Es un LOCAL COMERCIAL con camas.

+ La ubicación.

− Se trata de un LOCAL COMERCIAL. La publicación decía departamento pero NO lo es. Las paredes exteriores son de chapa, lo cual no aísla en absoluto el ruido del la calle ni la temperatura. Además, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y junto con el calor, hacía imposible la estadía en ese lugar. No hay ventilación natural accesible. El local está completamente cerrado y no se puede abrir ninguna ventana para ventilar siquiera. Era asfixiante. Muy ruidoso y no se logra descansar. El sector de la cocina (no es tal) se trata de una sencilla kitchenette. Se encuentra en un primer piso por escalera. Es muy complejo utilizar el ascensor ya que no pertenece al local, sino al edificio lindero. No volvería a alquilar ese local comercial y deberían aclarar en el aviso que NO se trata de un departamento.

+ Muy prolijo, cómodo y con ubicación excelente.

Excelente apartamento para recorrer Madrid

+ El apartamento es muy lindo y cómodo para 4 personas. La ubicación es excelente, ya que a pocos pasos estás en la Gran via y cerca de muchos lugares para ir a comer. Los anfitriones se mostraron muy comunicativos y amables. Está a pocos metros de las estaciones de metro, lo cual facilita mucho trasladarse.

− El apartamento es ruidoso, por encontrarse en una zona muy concurrida, pero ya lo sabia al momento de alquilar el departamento y no nos molesto para descansar.

+ Lo mejor es la ubicación, y que el piso está moderno

− Que no tiene ventanas habilitadas para ventilador, si bien el aire acondicionado funciona correctamente, las ventanas están a 3 metros de altura o más. Imposible abrirlas. Si bien es muy luminoso, al ser esmerilado no se puede ver nada. Por otro lado solo te dan un juego de llaves, y el alquiler es para 4 personas, podrían ser 2 llaves mínimo. Luego algunos detalles lo harían mucho mejor. No te dan nada con el piso, no tiene colador para fideos o arroz, ni una tijera por las dudas. (ni sal, ni aceite nada, solo 1 rollo de papel higiénicos y detergente. No habia placares, ni un cajón para guardar ropa. El placard es uno muy minimalista pero 0 funcional.

Wonderful location for travelers who have planned many shopping trips.

+ Location is amazing, decoration is really cool. Although the down side is you can hear the noise from the streets. Highly recommended to bring earplugs to fix the problem.

− Would be nice if there is a night light and a nightstand in the smaller room.

− It is a bit noisy at night, but that is somewhat expected given that the location is along a major avenue.

− Tendría que tener luces auxiliares con menos intensidad. Un poco ruidoso.

+ EXCELENTE UBICACION, AMPLIO, LIMPIO, MODERNO. LA LLAVE ESTABA ADENTRO TINE CERRADURA ELECTRONICA Q AL LLEGAR ENVIE FOTO POR WHATSAPP Y ME ABRIERON LA PUERTA DESDE UNA APP. UNA VEZ Q ENTRE ME MANDEJE TODA LA ESTADIA CON LLAVE FISICA.

Pésimo apartamento.

+ La ubicación bien.

− Un apartamento pésimo, por decir algo. Mas bien era unas oficinas que las han convertido en apartamento. Muchísimo ruido para dormir, parecía que el camión de la basura estaba al lado de la cama. Entraba luz por todas las esquinas. Frío, la calefacción no funcionaba caída agua por el techo y los radiadores no calentaban lo suficiente. Vamos que un desastre. No lo recomiendo para nada. La gente pasaba a pie del apartamento y las cortinas no tapaban lo suficiente. Adjunto fotos.

Unos días en Madrid

+ Todo, al lado de la gran vía, con bares alrededor, el conserje un 10, fácil contacto con el anfitrión, y del ruido, es normal, estás en pleno centro, si no quieres ruido, puedes buscar alojamiento lejos del centro, para nosotros un 10, la limpieza, la estancia, etc

+ Location is great you can do pretty much anything from shopping, sightseeing, public transportation, whatever it is in a perfect location.

− It does get noisy at nights but that's about it

Excelente, acima das expectativas

+ Localização é excelente, no centro de Madri. Perto de vários pontos turísticos que dão para ir para a pé, além de ser perto da avenida principal da cidade, perto de várias lojas e comércios.

− Não tenho o que reclamar, tudo que foi prometido, foi entregue.

Nice stay, if only it were a classic apartman.

+ I liked the location and cleanliness the most.

− There is a lot of noice from the street because it is not a classic apartment, it looks like an apartment with glass instead of upper walls. The bunk beds in one room are confortable ,there is no safety edge at the end of the bad.

We loved exploring the city and this was an ideal location

+ The location was very convenient.

− You could not see out the windows since all were frosted. This gave privacy but we’d have preferred to see our and close curtains if we wanted privacy. Getting in was a bit challenging and I had asked ahead of time about the process and did not hear back. The info for accessing the apartment t could have been better ahead of time.

Definitely a good stay.

+ Great location. The pics are exactly what you get. They were very accommodating for an earlier check in.

− Because it’s such a great location, at night there’s some loud noise on the streets doing to people partying. It wasn’t too bad, we were able to handle it.

− Υπήρξε ένα πρόβλημα κατά την άφιξη με το ηλεκτρονικό άνοιγμα της πόρτας αλλά το έλυσαν άμεσα!

+ The Location is amazing. The unit is very comfortable and well maintained. It is convenient for a small family of four.

− The noise was so bad because the unit is made of light material on the mezzanine floor on the street. We found a cockroach in the apartment. There is no flexibility with early check-in or late check-out.

Top appartement, rot check in

+ de locatie was perfect, het appartement zag er heel prima uit en was comfortabel

− de check in is onduidelijk. De dag voor de check in stuurde ik een bericht. Daar werd niet op gereageerd. Op de dg dat ik moest inchecken werd pas gereageerd toen ik nogmaals een bericht stuurden. Daar werd aangegeven dat de check in gegevens in de boeking stonden en dat ik een whatsapp naar het kantoor kon sturen. In de boeking waren de check in gegevens leeg. Je moet een whatsapp foto van de deur sturen en dan wordt er opengedrukt. Er is dus een risico dat er niemand achter whatsapp zit. Ik vond het appartement echt heel fijn maar de check in stressvol en super a-relaxed.

− Entry was glitchy. Meant to be automated, but failed. Took extra time in 37° Madrid summer heat to get in. Not fun.

Excellent location, troublesome check-in

− Our stay was generally good, except for the check-in procedure to the property. In order to check-in to the room, we were directed to be physically at “the main door of the building,” and to retrieve an access code via web chat or phone call. We arrived at the site (an office building) and called, expecting an access code for a key pad to a yet-unidentified room. We were told that we needed to download a special program app into which the access code would be entered. Why wasn’t that process announced earlier, allowing the app download earlier? It took over an hour to finally get into the room, and only after it became necessary for one of the property owners to physically show up to assist. It would not have been good doing this in the rain or dark! Otherwise, a great location. Shower needs a soap holder. Washer/dryer needs operating instructions in multiple languages, including English.
