− Vecinii, dacă pentru turiști se impune liniștea așa ar trebui impusă și vecinilor ,nu să se asculte muzică până la 12,30 noaptea și la 5,30 să te apuce zbieretele că pleacă soțul la serviciu!

+ Super hostitel. Dobré místo apartmánu, všude blízko - metro, vlak, autobus, obchody, restaurace, nákupní centrum, kavárny. Hezký a čistý apartmán s dobrou výbavou.

− Hluk z ulice (zrovna se stavěl za rohem bytový dům). Méně denního světla a nebyla možnost si otevřít okno. Vše řešeno přes klimatizaci.

− V noci bylo v apartmánu dost světlo, chce to přidat závěs na horní okno.

+ Apartamento nuevo, limpio y muy bien situado. Volveríamos con los ojos cerrados. Nos encantó.

+ The host provided all information up to date, the apartment is the same as in the pictures, very clean :)

− The neighbors were extremely loud all night... The walls are extremely thin and you can practically hear everything through.

Modern beautiful spotless mezzanine studio with everything you need .

+ Very modern, spotlessly clean and well designed. We stayed in jan and it was lovely and warm . Small space with mezzanine for bedroom but well designed and had everything you need for a short stay.

Beautiful studio apartment with great location

+ Beautiful apartment, very clean, everything you need for a short stay, great location

+ Moc hezký, moderně zařízený byt, kde nám naprosto nic nechybělo - fajn posezení u chytré tv, dostatečně vybavená kuchyňka, pohodlná postel, vchod přímo z ulice. Byt se nachází cca 15 - 20 min chůze od centra města, dobrý poměr cena x kvalita. Dokonce nás čekalo překvapení v podobě vánoční výzdoby. Paní majitelka velice nápomocná a komunikace s ní naprosto perfektní. Rozhodně doporučujeme.

− Dole u sedačky a televize by mohl být nějaký koberec. Od země bylo trošku chladněji (než se vytopilo). Navíc by spodní patro působilo ještě útulněji. :)

Kein Rollladen

+ Einrichtung, Lage

− Sehr hellhörig aber was überhaupt nicht geht, ist das kein Rollladen für das obere Fenster vorhanden ist. Das hat mich sehr gestört, da man keine Möglichkeit hatte die Wohnung dunkel zu machen. Außerdem.war die Matratze viel zu weich. Aus diesen Gründen würde ich nicht nochmal kommen.

+ La ubicación estaba muy bien y en general no estaba mal.

− Una vez ahí nos avisaron que las normas de la casa no permiten dejar sola a tu mascota en la casa bajo ningún concepto (viajábamos con nuestro perrito pomeranian) y obviamente tuvimos que rechazar planes porque en momentos de mucho calor no podíamos hacer salir al pobre. Nos hubiera gustado conocer la norma antes de ir.

Excelente loft a minutos de la playa

+ Ubicación conveniente en un sector muy tranquilo de la ciudad, a minutos de la playa, con restaurantes y bares muy agradables. Las instalaciones están diseñadas con muy buen gusto y tiene de todo para el viajero.

− A la escalera le falta un peldaño, lo que la hace algo riesgosa si hubiesen niños en el grupo.

− Cleanliness: Under the beds had obviously not been washed in a while, as there was a decent amount of dust there. The rest of the appartment was clean though. Privacy: The curtains offered little in terms of privacy. I didn't feel comfortable undressing without turning off the lights first.

+ For me the most important in the accomodation is cleaness and matrasses in the bed. Both were 10/10 You are close to shops, reataurants, huelin park and san andreas beach. We will be back ♥️

+ Handy to train station, metro, beach. Nice kitchen facilities. Quiet location. Good air con. Nice bathroom.

− Cheap furniture. The couch is packing cases with a foam cushion on top facing away from the very small tv. The apartment is on the ground level on a corner so there is no privacy if you open the windows.

+ The house was so clean, well equipped and so organized. You get access to a washing machine and a dryer 👍🏾 The proximity to the Metro, bus stop, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach was awesome and highly convenient for us. Another very important bit is the effective and timely communication prior to checking in - how to access the premises and check ourselves in was so straightforward. We truly enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend this house to anyone intending to explore the city of Málaga in Spain.

+ The apartment was close to the train station and was walking distance from the beach. I recommend staying here because the hosts are very nice! I liked the high ceilings and the beds were really comfortable!

+ Comfortable, well laid out, nice decor, lovely high ceilings, good location for bus, train and sightseeing. Easy and quick communication with the hosts.

+ Very clean. The location is convenient. The place is big enough. It is great value for the money.

− Response a little late. It have two motion detectors in the room. Even though the host mentions it is only for safety purposes, it still makes us feel not comfortable.

+ I really liked it, you can go on foot to the train and bus stations, the centre is about 20-25 minutes on foot as well. The facilities in the apartment are sufficient, everything was really clean, and I think the owners were really nice and helpful, but we didn't have to write each other too much because everything worked as it should.
