+ Buena ubicacion y buena relacion calidad precio, habitacion con buena television Neflix Series y mucho mas. habitacion tranquila y acogedora, con neverta y set de bienvenida cafes e infusiones

+ Vicino a tutti i punti di interesse di Gjion. Camera molto spaziosa, silenziosa e pulita. Aria condizionata perfetta. Più di quanto mi potessi aspettare. Parcheggio auto vicino con possibilità di uno sconto del 10% tramite l'albergo, basta dirlo.

Overpriced, uncomfortable, good location but the entire city is walkable and cute so would be fine to stay in other loca

+ The location was very nice

− The air conditioner was weak and the room stayed hot despite the outside temperature. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The property also up charged us an extra 100 euro once we arrived because there were two of us instead of one and they said it was also due to it being a holiday (the eclipse x 2 nights) + a third night and said take it up with booking. I had already paid 888 euro and we arrived at midnight so they took advantage of this and charged us this amount separately from the online booking and refused to change it. This hotel is definitely not worth that price. There were left over hairs in the bidet and shower additionally so not sure about how clean it was. Stay elsewhere for this amount of money this is like a two star hotel

+ Esta muy céntrico.

− Decoración antigua. Pero la tele está colocada de tal manera que te chocas con ella porque está puesta en un lugar de paso al final de la cama.

− Sólo pasamos una noche, y ducha atascada el agua todo por el baño, les digo en recepción lo que pasa pero les digo que ahora no vayan puesto que marchamos y mi sorpresa es que han entrado sin mi consentimiento para desatascar, para más mosqueo por la mañana la de la limpieza entró sin picar a las 11 de la mañana, la salida la teníamos a las 12, no pueden esperar a q dejemos la habitación? No volveremos desde luego.

+ This hotel has a special charm once you get to know it. I will continue to return there due mainly to the attitude of those who work and manage it there.

+ HOTEL SENCILLO PERO CÉNTRICO PERSONAL AMABLE.

+ The location is pretty good, close to the action. However, this hotel is screaming to be renovated. When I got to my room I felt as if I were in a motel.. The sheets, the carpet, and funny smell. AC didnt work in April which was warm. I do not recommend staying here.

Disappointing and uncomfortable

+ The hotel is pretty dated and in need of modernisation. Not great value for money given the size of the room and the quality of the finishes. We were given a room on the first floor facing toward a small square. Over the weekend we stayed it was incredibly noisy all night long - at least until 6am - with clubbers coming home through the square. It is in a good location in central Gijón but that’s about all it’s got going for it.

+ Hotel muy centrico. Frente las letronas. A 2 min a pie de la plaza Mayor. Y a 3 min a pie de la playa de San Lorenzo. Personal muy amable y atento. Muy muy limpio. En plena zona de copas. Estabamos en segunda planta y no se oia ningun ruido con la ventana cerrada. Fuimos con nuestra mascota y muy buen trato hacia el tambien.

Hotel familiar

+ Hotel familiar. Es mas bien un 3 estrellas alto que un 4 estrellas. Personal muy amable. Habitación amplia y limpia. Esta muy bien situado para moverte por la ciudad a pie. Unico inconveniente que esta situado encima de dos bares de copas y de madrugada hay algo de ruido porque no esta insonorizado totalmente. Dispone de un restaurante de comida asturiana que tiene unos menus muy buenos.

+ La ubicación inmejorable. Pero el resto, veamos. En la web me figura como un cuatro estrellas. , no lo es. Las camas bien, pero la habitación super pequeña, la tv de 21' pero lo peor es que las paredes parecen de papel. Se oye TODO. En el baño habia en el suelo bajo el lavabo una toalla manchada que no quise tocar. Sin duda lo mejor es la ubicación, fácil de llegar y cerca de todo, a metros del puerto.

+ Muy caro para el hotel que es y las instalaciones que tiene. Le sobra una estrella por lo menos. Con tres tiene más que de sobra. Requiere una remodelación. Lo mejor la situación.

+ Hotel muy céntrico. Algunas habitaciones no están totalmente reformadas,la limpieza es correcta. Quizás: la calificación de cuatro estrellas, es un poco excesiva...

Best location for a good hotel.

+ Good, comfortable, clean, cozy, well attended. Excellent location across the marina and the harbor. Walking distance from the pedestrian streets, from lots of restaurants, shops, shopping, from historic building, from the sea and from public parking.

Komfortables Hotel an Super Lage

+ Wir waren zu dritt für eine Übernachtung dort. Es war ein Reisestop auf dem Weg nach A Coruña. Freundliches Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Die Hotellage ist top. Ein Parkhaus ist ca. 200m entfernt. Gijon ist sehr ursprünglich Spanisch. Wir haben bereut nicht für 2 Nächte dort gebucht zu haben.

Great location with views of the Marina and beyond

+ Our first overnight stay on the way to the Costa, we booked into the Hotel Don Manuel this hotel is one street back from the prom and the Marina. Our room on the fifth floor with views of the Marina cost us just under 90 euro for the 2 of us for bed and breakfast. Parking was an additional 11 euros (subsidised by the hotel) in the underground public car park just around the corner on the prom. Room was very clean and tidy, you do need patience though finding the car park. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

One night

+ Before we open the door for our room the protector for the corner wall a was missing Mosquitos inside of room, walls in room nasty, beds terrible. Nice people .

Muy bien

+ Todo muy bien. La ubicación es perfecta, tiene muchas tiendas y restaurantes de todo tipo cerca. Tiene una parada de autobus en la puerta y aunque por ahí solo pase una linea, a unos 200 m tienes otras muchas paradas. La recepcionista, creo que se llamaba Elena, super amable. Nos aconsejó todo lo que no podíamos perdernos de Gijón. La habitación tenia buenas vistas, al puerto deportivo. Como única pega pondría que a veces se oían ruidos de otras habitaciones.

+ Las vistas daban a un callejón oscuro. No había mucha luz natural y se pueden escuchar los ruidos del baño d otras habitaciones.

Overpriced and Noisy, but not Uncomfortable

+ Fine hotel but definitely not worth what we paid for it, especially compared to a superior hotel for less money that we'd slept in the night before in Oviedo. Neighborhood was walkable to all the sights and restaurants but was very noisy and the room was nothing special.

Facing port, small clean ROOMS, below avg. toiletries, not four stars.

+ Hotel is good for a short stay to visit old Gijon but does not merit four stars. It is clean and just average. The rooms are very basic, linens clean but low quality, beds just average and small, and the toiletries dismal although good quality towels. Ok for a very brief stay. It is very clean and provides easy access the old town. The common areas are unimpressive but clean and just average. We stayed in a triple room and there was hardly any room to walk, despite just have three small single beds. The room TV is very small but plenty of channels. Not sure if I would have picked is hotel myself. I"d say it is just average but not worthy of four stars. It does offer free , easy access, and excellent quality WiFi- much better than what I have found in Spainish hotels.my friends tell me breakfast is offered but expensive for quality. Plenty of places nearby so not necessary to book with breakfast.

Good location

+ Building has seen better days but room was ample, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very good. Good bar and coffee shop. Great location for all the sightseeing involved in this very interesting town.

? 4 Star

+ The hotel has a great location near the harbour and old town but has seen better days. It claims to be 4 star but I'd question that classification the whole place has a run down tierd feel. My room seemed to have had a cheap refurb recently but just a bit of paint slapped on walls through which you could see where the old fittings had been removed, there was no desk area and only one single power socket obviously designed for the cleaner as there was nowhere but the floor to put phones i-pads etc. on whilst charging them up. The breakfast room is in the basement down a set of stairs which look as if you're going into the service area's of the building and when you get there is dark and depressing not helped by a poorer than average breakfast selection. If I'd been paying cheap 2* rates I'd have been happy but this hotel is not worth the extra money in my opinion.

+ We paid with our credit card and afterwards, we discovered that someone had stolen our credit card details and committed fraud by purchasing goods online. It is such a pity because this was actually an awesome place.
