Hôtel La Suite

+ Just excellent!!

+ Not the best stay we have ever had.

+ Ce n'est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles ! Nous avons eu une chambre à la cave avec vue sur la descente du parking souterrain d'à côté(a 5 ml). Au pied de cette fenêtre il y a des détritus qui ne sont pas là depuis la veille. Et surtout il faut prévoir des boules quies car l'hôtel est très bruyant.

+ Do not stay at this hotel. It is not a 4 star place. Our shower had no door, the junior suite was advertised as an ocean view but there is a huge building in front and you can see barely a slice of ocean. Also, after we got home, the hotel informed us randomly that they were charging us an extra 200 euro because we left a few shopping bags in the hotel room. They called it a cleanliness fee. Stay somewhere else

+ Fair value for price, great location to all beaches and lots of food options in the area as well as shopping. Not quite as seen on website but was a reasonable stay.

+ Very nice, clean, beautiful small hotel in the heart of Biarritz. The staff were very friendly and polite and accommodating. Had a pleasant experience.

Oceac view without view

+ Room with ocean view without view.(Junior Suit according contract) The suppletory bed was made aftwe reqruest art 2140. Via Whatapp....They dont have internal line Suppetory Room without plugs or a switch for the lights .just two big towels for 4 people. Breakfast roo. Is the entry hall....ulira small

+ Hotel was exactly as described. Staff helpful. We had an early flight and allowed to check in early. Would have no hesitation in recommending a stay.

La Suite Parfaite

+ Très bonnes prestations sur tous les points (accueil avec le sourire , emplacement, confort, qualité du petit déjeuner ). L'hôtel est dans le centre ville avec un arrêt de bus juste en face (ligne 5 directe vers la gare). Literie très confortable. Accès direct à la plage. Possibilité de bagagerie et douche pour profiter de la plage jusqu'àu départ

+ Hôtel très agréable, hôtesse d'accueil très gentille,nous accompagne jusqu'à la chambre. Chambre très bien, spacieuse, propre, très bonne literie, calme même si elle se situe côté rue mais celà ne nous a pas dérangé et le bruit de la boîte de nuit en face un samedi soir non plus. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon avec beaucoup de choix. Le service en chambre est un vrai plus. Peut être un deuxième tabouret serait le bienvenu. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

+ Actuellement, il est impossible de se reposer à partir de 9h00 en raison des travaux de réhabilitation de la façade qui sont en cours dans le bâtiment voisin.

+ From the moment I arrived – early – I felt welcome. I was able to sit down comfortably, order a cappuccino and relax while my room was prepared. I enjoyed a conversation with (Florian) a friendly staff member who excelled at connecting through conversation. From check-in through my very last day, everything was perfect. Staff were relaxed but also on their toes, so to speak. I will return to this particular hotel in Biarritz.

+ Hôtel très bien situé (plein centre de Biarritz et d'un parking). Il est très propre. Les chambres sont très épurées. Seul inconvénient, la proximité d'une discothèque avec les fêtards qui parlent fort à la sortie (de 05h00 à 6h00 du matin).

+ Flo Bernard was excellent at checking me in, helping with parking and great restaurant suggestions. Parking is very easy right below hotel. In a perfect location right by the beach and shopping. And the FREE breakfast was amazing. I had a city view room that was very modern. I also saw the ocean view rooms and suites, amazing .

Déception

+ Il faut savoir que les chambres "standard" qui ne sont pourtant pas bon marché et aussi chères que dans d'autres hôtels de centre ville, sont à moitié enterrées en sous-sol. Il fait nuit dans la chambre même en plein jour. Ma chambre donnait dans un recoin, face à la buanderie. Pas de déco, minimaliste triste, aucun rangement, pas de chaussons pourtant annoncés. Bref une réelle déception en arrivant et vraiment l'impression d'avoir été logée dans les sous-sol de l'hôtel. La seule exception, un personnel charmant, pourtant très mal installé sur une banquette de salle de petit-déjeuner, qui comprend ma déception et qui n'en est pas à son premier avis négatif. Le personne de direction est lui cassant. Je n'y retournerai pas et déconseille cet hôtel.

What a gem

+ Wonderful hotel, great location (pretty much on the beach, and bus stop from station in front of hotel) and lovely staff

+ Neues, sehr sauberes, zentral gelegenes Hotel, Parkplatz direkt darunter. Zugang zum Strand nur über eine Straße. Personal sehr nett. Absolut zu empfehlen
