+ Voy a decirles por aquí ,que el hotel y todo genial Pero por lo visto hackearon su página (Booking)y a través de ella me han estafado 300€,he puesto la denuncia y el banco me respondió que pierdo el dinero,ya que yo respondí pensando que eran ,ustedes o el hotel, Pero la que perdió el dinero fui yo y creo que eso no está bien

Decent Accomodations but be prepared to be hot and sleepless

+ The room was clean, check-in was easy, the staff were friendly and responsive.

− The two worst things about this place were: the fact the mini split AC unit would make a LOUD noise every 3-5 minutes and that the walls must have been paper thin. If you wanted the AC on, there was no way around the noise; I would just be falling asleep when BANG, the noise would go off and wake me up. I tried for two hours to fall asleep but gave up at midnight. We tried to sleep with it off but the room got too hot. At 1am I had to dig out my noise cancelling headphones and put on a white noise playlist to drown out the AC noise. When we turned off the AC unit at 12am because it was so loud, it meant that we could hear EVERYTHING in the hallway and the other rooms. Any creak, cough, or conversation-at about 12:30am a group must have checked in and they were so loud and rude. They were laughing for easily 15 minutes in their room. At that point I cried a little because we had a very early flight and decided to try to sleep with my headphones. And what could the hotel workers do? No one is going to fix the ac unit so late at night. We’re not going to change rooms at 12:30am. They can’t make the walls thicker. I was so upset and exhausted and stressed about my flight in the morning that I couldn’t bring myself to complain about these things and make a bigger deal of it in the moment. I would NOT recommend staying here if you’re a light sleeper in any way, shape, or form. It’s too bad that there isn’t an actionable solution.

Super emplacement, super personnel, chambres très propres! Manque un petit frigo.

+ Très bon emplacement, près du métro, transports, restaurants, épiceries et les plages à 5 min à pied. Personnel très accuillant, aimable et efficace que ce soit à la réception ou la gentille dame du ménage. Les espaces en communs et les chambres sont très propres et bien tenues, confortables et bien isolée.

− La chambre que nous avions choisie était assez petite 15 m2 environ, un peu coincés à deux personnes pour circuler et il manquait un petit frigo pour conserver nos boissons au frais car avec la chaleur... La salle de bain était très petite aussi, une étagère ou petite armoire, pour poser nos produits personnel, aurait été très pratique.

Do not stay here! Spend a tiny bit more for a good hotel

− Massively overpriced, located in a smelly, rubbish Filled street, very unattractive. In a residential building, quite hard to find, paint falling off walls and very smelly lobby. Tiny rooms. No facilities. Have to walk to another hotel for breakfast, which is a two star and is miles better than the Lyon which is shocking. Breakfast food was the same all week, and stale. Trying to speak to the hotel before we arrived was almost impossible and when I did get through they were unhelpful. They also tried to give me a single bed room for two people. When I said I called ahead to make sure it was a double room they said it was subject to availability and there was no more rooms. Ten minutes later a room was available but I had to pay another £125!. In total for 5 nights it cost me nearly 2K. Absolutely shocking! I want my money back.

− Cuando me alojé me oblifgaron a pagar por adelantado. Luego de pasare una noche y como el hotel tenía mucha humedad y cucarachas solicité dejar el hotel y que me reembolsen las noches que pagué adelantado pero se negaron. Lo pasé muy mal. Es un lugar deprimente.

− The hotel offers discounted parking nearby. However, access to it isn’t very convenient. To drop off or collect your car, you need to let reception know and wait for them to contact the person who will open the car park.

You cant beat the facilities and the breakfast buffet for the price.

+ Skvělá lokalita-blízko metro, vlak i moře. Ochotný personál-recepce 24/7. Možnost úschovny zavazadel v den odjezdu. Funkční klimatizace.

− Hotel jsme vůbec nemohli najít, není nikde viditelné označení-pouze na zvonku. Zápach v ulici i ve vstupní chodbě. Málo denního světla v pokoji.

+ Всё понравилось: комната была маленькой, но чистой и уютной, душ в ванной работал нормально. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный! Наш рейс в Барселону отменили и мы приехали на день позже. Когда написали об этом в отель, нам очень быстро ответили, что для нас в стрессовой ситуации было важно

狭さゆえに非常に不自由な部屋でした。

+ ビーチに近かったので、通りを選べば、海水パンツのままビーチ(Santa Miquel Beach)に行って泳ぐことができました。また市内観光をするにもメトロの駅が非常に近くにあった(徒歩3〜４分)上、ハーバーエリアにも非常に近く、観光にはベストな立地とも言える。朝食は充実していました。

− 部屋が非常に狭くて、スーツケースを広げるスペースが全くなかった。また、デスクや、スーツケース用の折りたたみ架台を広げるスペースもなく、スーツケースが広げられないばかりか、小物などを置くスペースもほとんど全くなかった。到着して、最初に部屋に入ったときに殺虫剤か何かの強烈な匂いがこもっていたので、エアコンを入れたまま窓をしばらく全開にして匂いがなくなるのを待つ必要があった。2日目以降にはその匂いはなかった。ロビースペースがないに等しく(長椅子が1台あるのみ)、友人同士話をするために、近くの系列のホテルまで行く必要があった。朝食も、その系列ホテルまで歩いて行く必要があった(徒歩1分だったが)。ホテル内に、氷や水、飲み物 (コーヒー以外)のマシンの設置がなかったので、非常に不便であった。部屋自体は狭かったが、リノベーションはきちんとされており、不潔感はなかった。利用客にもよるが、廊下からの声が室内にまで届きました。ホテルの外観は、古びていてびっくりしました。

− La habitación es demasiado pequeña, las fotos no reflejan lo que realmente es, el aire acondicionada sonaba demasiado duro y no enfriaba bien

Aceptable un tanto caro por las instalaciones. Sin embargo la ubicación es buena.

+ El personal muy amable y atento. Sobre todo el personal de limpieza. Que mantienen todo muy limpio y ordenado y educados. Hacen un gran esfuerzo en trabajar en ese espacio tan pequeño. El personal es muy amable en general y ayudan al turista.

− Demasiado chico, todo el espacio es minúsculo. Ningún espacio para cafetería, tomar agua, sentarse o tomar algo relajadamente. Solo es un lugar para llegar y tirarse a la cama. El desayuno es en otro hotel.

− Sería fantástico contar con una pava eléctrica dentro del cuarto pero me facilitaron una cuando pedí para calentar agua. También sería importante tener una pequeña heladera

+ Location was great, I requested parking and this was available le close by for 25€ a night. Comfortable bed.
