Heureusement que le confort c'était Biarritz !

+ Hôtel très très bien situé. Personnel sympathique.

− La chambre était plus que limite au niveau de la propreté (la poubelle et le frigo n'ont pas rencontré d'éponge depuis longtemps) + des tâches sur le linge de maison + cheveux et autres sur le "sur-matelas". Le matelas est défoncé, à changer d'urgence.

Vabbè che era Ferragosto ma € 322,00 per una notte in due in un albergo che sembra fermo a 30 anni fa, anche no.

+ Posso dire bene solo del personale, credo forse i proprietari. La signora si è adoperata subito quando al nostro arrivo in stanza abbiamo trovato il letto bagnato (lenzuolo, copriletto,piumino).

− Stanza rumorosa, sulla strada che porta al mare, fino alle 4 del mattino confusione. Letto e materasso praticamente a terra. Struttura vetusta. Un gran peccato per il posto in cui si trova. Sarebbe oro!

− El infierno para llegar a dejar las maletas de tan bien situado que está. La habitación era muy muy pequeña

L’hotel Marbella è in una posizione ottima ma i servizi non sono assolutamente all’altezza del prezzo.

+ Ottima posizione, la struttura è carina ma davvero basica.

− Spazio limitato, pulizia media, asciugamani non cambiati. Al limite del 2 stelle. Colazione eccessivamente cara per la deludente proposta del cibo.

Если бы не проблема с кондиционированием, тогда только 5 баллов!

+ Место расположения прям супер, старый город, пляж рядом, магазины кафе рестораны все в шаге

− Единственное замечание -очень плохо работает кондиционирование в отеле, прям совсем плохо, пришлось брать вентилятор, чтобы хоть как-то нагнать прохладу при включенном на минимум кондиционер по температуре

+ Just a perfect location, super close to the beaches and a great variety of nearby restaurants & bars!

+ The location is the only benefit they have. Do not stay here!!! The hotel matches nothing like the pictures, the WiFi barely works, it’s dirty and the staff is unfriendly.

− The place is falling apart and looks nothing like the pictures. We had a dripping AC in the first room they gave us and couldn’t sleep all night while the room got wet. They gave us buckets as a solution. WiFi doesn’t work, sink doesn’t drain, staff is extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. And booking.com did very little to support in this nightmare stay. Plus, it was super expensive!!!

− On avait peur de prendre notre douche car le sol ne paraissait pas stable.

For location and comfort and cleanliness, this is ideal.

+ Location is second to none. Room is small, but manageable, bathroom has everything you need. Tea and coffee supplied, no milk. Beach towels available, a real bonus. Bed is very comfortable. Would stay again as the location is amazing.

− Air con was great in one room, not good in another. No milk for the tea or coffee. The TV had poor service/reception. Not one English channel. That's ok, if it was upgraded to a smart TV, it wouldn't be noticeable.

− Personale per niente accogliente, camera poco pulita, armadio rotto ed attrezzature fatiscenti, stanza più piccola del previsto tanto da non poter aprire le valige per assenza di spazio

+ L'emplacement idéal

− La qualité des prestations n'est pas du tout en adéquation avec le prix. On ne doit pas payer que l'emplacement, il y a un minimum décent à respecter, comme une fenêtre qui ferme et un minimum d'isolation phonique (j'entendais toutes les conversations téléphoniques de ma voisine de chambre), ainsi que des éléments d'équipement en état de fonctionnement. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas à mon arrivée et j'ai dû me débrouiller toute seule pour la remettre en route car personne n'a réussi à m'aider, et l'ascenseur n'a pas du tout fonctionné pendant notre séjour, c'est loin d'être pratique avec des valises quand on est au 4eme étage. Peu importe le prix d'ailleurs, j'aurais souligné les mêmes dysfonctionnements si mon séjour avait coûté 4 fois moins cher. C'est une question de décence.

+ Emplacement dans le centre.

− Personnel peu agréable. Nous avons demandé à ce que la chambre soit faite après la première nuit, les équipements (gobelets, thé, bouteilles d'eau) n'ont pas été remis. Hôtel sans isolation, impossible de dormir la nuit. Fuite d'eau par le plafond à cause de la climatisation, personnel prévenu mais personne n'a bougé et nous avons dû passer la nuit comme ça ! Mauvaise indication des parkings alentour. Pas de connexion Wi-Fi dans la chambre au 2e étage. Je ne recommande ABSOLUMENT PAS cet hôtel, 200 €/nuit pour une qualité comme ça, c'est INADMISSIBLE.

+ L'emplacement est parfait. Nous avons cru que le parking était compris avec l'hôtel. Monique a été d'une aide précieuse dans le conseil de bons restaurants. Très agréable et très professionnelle pour nous guider dans la ville.

+ La ubicación, excelente. La amabilidad de sus empleados.

Le pire possible

− INSONORISÉ ! Bruit insupportable sur les 2 cotes. Climatisation ancienne - avec la chaleur on à eu besoin de climatisation mais elle faisait un bruit comme une ancienne aspirateur. Donc impossible de dormir avec climatisation et avec les fenêtres ouvertes encore pire .

Déçu des prestations de l’hôtel qui ne valent pas 3 étoiles et encore moins le prix

− Prestation pas à la hauteur du prix : Clim qui souffle tiède, obligé de demander un ventilateur Ménage moyen et linge de lit pas nickel Matelas en 140 pas confortable

Good value for money

+ It’s an excellent location, right in the middle of everything! Excellent bars and cafes around, stone throw from a beach.

− I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast, not enough variety to justify the price. Nicer cafes around to go to. If you are someone who needs extremely strong aircon in summer, this might not be ideal for you. It works it’s just not extremely strong.

Great location and staff!

+ Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Location is superb. Room was very comfortable. Beach towels were provided upon request. AC was great on the hot days.

− Parking is a bit difficult. We were advised to park in a certain lot upon check in but it’s actually impossible to access the lot during certain hours due to the street bolsters that are raised during the afternoon and evenings. We found another lot but a bit stressful as it’s a super busy area and narrow streets.
