Levede op til forventninger i forhold til pris, men også kun lige. Vi kommer igen, hvis prisen er go

+ Morgenmad, frokost og aften buffet var super fine. All-inclusive snacks var også fine, og ros til Palia for at bruge mærkevarer på sodavand.

− Værelses forfatning var dårlig. Der var havde helt tydeligt været en vandskade og gulvet var således ødelagt i store dele af værelset. Rengøring generelt på hotellets fællesområder var ikke godt. Der blev ikke ryddet ved pool området for kopper og skrald, hvilket var en skam.

− la restauration trop simple et répétitive. plats pas assez cuits. Faux jus de fruit piscine trop petite et froide. Obligé de payer des suppléments au bar. Animation médiocre.

Very expensive stay for what the hotel standard was.

+ The location as it was on the marina: but was about a 15min walk to the centre.

− Hotel wasn’t cleaned very well. Dirty floors, apartments need renovating as looking a bit worn, bathrooms rusty, shower pressure wasn’t very good, salty water, air con isn’t great. Restaurant isn’t the best, standard buffet, we ate out. Snack bar was ok if spending the day at the pool. French/German had different colour wristbands and entertainment/night entertainment was targeted for them rather than everybody else.

So war es nicht schlecht, könnte aber mehr abweschlung sein

− Zimmer war nicht sauber geputzt, Essen gibs jeden Tag das gleiche keine Abwechslung, Essen leider kalt, Nix für Kinder ! Die Wurst am Frühstücks Buffet könnte besser sein, alles so dick geschnitten ,

Terrible hotel with good location and spacious rooms.

+ If you want mouldy bathrooms and really tasteless food (ok breakfast but terrible lunch and dinner, didn’t get sick though), this is the place for you. The port is beautiful and quiet, so the location is good. Also okey swimming pools. Spacious rooms with no charm. We traveled with to kids (9 months and 2,5 years) and felt safe but would never book this hotel again.

− Not clean, very high humidity, staff not friendly at reception (housekeepers and chefs were friendly). Very worn down interior despite being newly renovated. Please clean all walls, tiles, toilets and sink properly and upgrade your food!

super! A refaire

+ L'espace piscine est très propre et très agréable, snacking à disposition presque toute la journée. Très sympa avec des enfants. L'hotel est joli et bien situé. Malgré le mois d'aout, nous n'avons pas eu l'impression d'être bondé de monde. L'équipe d'animation était très sympa, des activités presque toute la journée avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. Petit bémol pour le restaurant ou la nourriture est pas terrible compensée par la grande terrasse vue sur le port. Je recommande vraiment cet hotel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Merci à notre gentille femme de ménage. Chaque jour notre chambre était nickel!

− la nourriture n'était pas géniale. les plats vides ne sont pas souvent rechargés, surtout pour les salades, dommage.

altogether was a lovely stay.

+ the staff were lovely, always very helpful. room was big and modern. location was great, right on the marina and 20 minute walking distance to the main centre. all-inclusive was great too, included drinks at the bar. always got a sunbed at the pools. rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh and clean towels.

− cigarette burn on the blanket on the bed. air con was very poor and often didn’t cool down the entire room. no lock on the balcony sliding door. shower and sink water was very salty, didn’t make you feel clean afterwards. fridge was very small, not efficient for a weeks stay. you can beer everything that goes on outside, from doors of other rooms closing to other surroundings often early hours of the morning too.

Don’t book this hotel it’s aweful

− No Aircon had to ask for a fan , felt unclean , very French so being English excluded from the activities and the food and drinks where sub par the staff felt stranded and unfriendly

+ The room was beautiful and spacious. We had a direct view of the Cala d'Or Marina, which was spectacular. Realy AMAZING with balcony.

− Animation (Entertainment): There were certain activities that were not carried out as planned. They asked us if we were going to participate, and then nothing ever happened. We were left waiting without anyone informing us of anything until I myself asked if there was still going to be something.Cleaning: The place was relatively clean; however, the apartment was never vacuumed. Being by the sea, of course sand gets brought inside, and even on the last day, the floor was dirty. After six days, it was never cleaned the way we expected. At the very least, they should provide a vacuum cleaner in the apartments so that guests can clean it themselves. (Even if you don't expect that on holidays)Food Service: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were the same all week... The waiters would remove plates the moment customers stood up to get a drink, they would immediately clear the plate without asking. Also, if you arrived half an hour before the restaurant closed and sat down, the waiters would still remove your plate as soon as you have the last bit in your mouth. There was even a time I had to ask them to leave my plate because I still had food and hadn’t finished yet.

Having been to this hotel four times previously I would not return.

− Due to property closing for winter on 13/10/2024 the restaurant was very inadequate in its range of meals on offer.

Very pleasant very clean decent food but challenging for disabled people.

+ It was very pretty and in a lovely location right on the marina but didn’t realise it would be so far from the shopping area and the beach.

− We booked taxis on two occasions to go to the shopping area and both times after already waiting for 30 mins were informed by our receptionist that they would still be 45 mins! Which was both unacceptable and disappointing. There was only 1 shop locally and that was a fair walk. Everything seemed disjointed with the restaurant and bar at one end of the area and swimming pool snack bar and children’s area on the other side. You needed to be able to walk quite a lot and the pavements were very uneven. We were given an apartment on arrival on the 3rd floor even though we had specifically requested a lower or even first floor as I am disabled. It was also opposite the bar/evening entertainment which was really noisy and went on until 11.30pm then people shouting and laughing until around 12.30pm even with the window closed it was very noisy and the first night it was impossible to get any sleep. We were moved to a better area which was very quiet and all was ok after that. In my opinion this complex is not advisable for disabled people or someone who struggles with walking and for this reason we wouldn’t stay here again.

− The room the a/c didnt even work at all absolutley roasting , cleaners didnt even clean done nothing left 1 towel for us twice when in highlighted with staff nothing was done

Excellent stay and would definitely return!

+ From start to finish we had a great break away here. There are a lot of steps but this didn't bother us. The room was super clean, the food was lovely and had a decent selection for my fussy daughter including fresh pizza and pasta in the buffet restaurant. Always food at the snack bar. All inclusive drinks were a bit limited and I would say they should at least have two of the standard cocktails included (sex on the beach and pina colada). Location was perfect overlooking the beautiful marina and is about 20 mins walk to the town. Overall no complaints whatsoever and we can't wait to come back and were impressed.

− I would say if you are wanting a tea or coffee in the room, they only have powdered milk and this would settle on top of the coffee or tea so we just gave that a miss but could have a hot drink in the restaurant.

Cold food , no cocktails we had to pay never heard of it on an inclusive and lots of steps as previously stated .

− Steps lots of them , we are in our 70s have had knee replacement so steps didn’t help , we got put on the third floor room 345 whilst having a marina view the stairs were hard going a few times a day , we asked for another room ground floor if possible we got told the complex was full up all week 🤷‍♀️

+ Great location. You can't beat the view at meal times. Great pool facilities. Spacious rooms. Great cleaners in rooms.

− The air-conditioning didn't work. The shower ran hot/cold every 2 seconds so you had to hokey pokey in and out. Not ventilation in bathroom so on top of no air-conditioning it was sweaty. Lamp didn't work Tv didn't connect to WiFi Very basic rooms. Fridge was luke warm Food was poor. Very repetitive. Not alot of choice. Kids pool is run down

Amazing, would and will come back!

+ Clean and spacious. Room was perfect. Excellent views over the marina and excellent location for Cala Dor. The bar played house music all day and night which was lovely when sitting over the marina or sunbathing. Self pour your own drinks which cuts down on queuing times - beer sangria Fanta lemon coke etc.. wine also included at lunch and dinner. Main pool was lovely and lots of sunbeds. Night time entertainment was good - amazing singers that went in till midnight.

− The adults only often let children in. The adults only bar - the server would vanish for 10 minutes at a time meaning you couldn’t get a drink. Happened more than a few times so just gave up.Lots of steps - if you have mobility issues book with caution!
