Perfetto e accogliente

+ A very good hotel, spacious room, large and very comfortable bed. Kind at check-in and check-out, free underground parking for the bike, air conditioning which we didn't need because it was cool outside, lift and excellent breakfast. The restaurant has a system which we liked very much, every dish on the extensive menu was represented by a photo and was also described in English. We ate very well, although the ambience is a bit spartan and rustic. A pleasant surprise at the check-out, when I went to ask to pay for the drinks for dinner I was told that it was all included in the half-board. Wow! Well done everyone, a hotel to recommend with an absolutely convenient price/quality ratio.

A great family run hotel

+ We have just spent 3 nights at this hotel and can’t fault it! Car parking is plentiful right outside the hotel, although not secure, it’s very safe. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and you have the choice of using the AC or a ceiling fan. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, plus we ate here every evening and couldn’t fault the food or service. There isn’t a pool at the hotel, but you have use of a pool at a campsite, just a short walk away. It’s a family run hotel and the staff are all friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning here

+ Situated on the main road, with easy street parking. The town is geared to outdoor sports. In the off season, it is quiet. Property is not new, but the room was well maintained. It had a pleasant view. Breakfast was in the adjoining hotel and was fine. Definitely recommend, if planning to stay in Sort.

+ Hotel sencillo pero muy cómodo. Escogí la habitación moderna y descansé bastante bien. El restaurante ofrece un buen menú, tanto de día como de noche. Fácil aparcamiento.

+ We booked this hotel online because of its location to the national park, and because it got such good reviews. We were shocked when we arrived and saw the condition of the rooms! Positives: *very nice staff *excellent coffee bar *good breakfast Negatives *This place is tired! It needs a major renovation. They've clearly put more effort into maintaining the outside than the inside *Our room was not very clean. There was debris on the floor and dust on the furniture. *The shower leaked so much that there was a huge puddle on the floor after every shower and we had to use our ration of towel to mop it up. *The room decor was hokey with fake rock wallpaper and some weird paper on the wall above the bed meant to evoke... not sure what. We were happy to check out - although we did greatly enjoy our time in the national park and some nice dinners at other restaurants.

+ Nuestra estancia de una noche en el hotel ha sido muy satisfactoria. La habitación muy cómoda y perfectamente aislada de los posibles ruidos de la carretera y del río. El restaurante espléndido, tanto en la cena como en el desayuno. Y, sobre todo, la profesionalidad y amabilidad de todos los profesionales del hotel.

No sleep

+ This is probably the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in (and I travel to Asia a lot). Whatever is going on in the hallway you will hear it like it’s in your room. Basically you won’t fall asleep till the loud guests stop wandering around and wake up when other early guests will be going for breakfast (I sleep with the earplugs) The hotel is clean, very basic, but can’t be used for a proper hotel use - a sleep. Missed the breakfast, still tried to catch up with the sleep.

+ La luz podría ser con sensor porque te vuelves loca en encender a oscuras y apagando para irte. El restaurante se come muy bien y se desayuna también bien.

Average, perfectly fine

+ It was fine. Nothing spectacular, but clean and comfortable and in a nice location. There were some issues with the plumbing (the water from the sink was boiling hot no matter which way I turned the handle; not something you want to drink). Pictures show much nicer rooms. No fridge or kettle in the room but the included breakfast was fine. The restaurant is not great but good enough if you just want something quick without going out. Overall, it was an average stay with no serious issues and nothing amazing either.

+ What a lovely comfortable and convenient hotel. Lovely well equipped and big rooms, excellent bathroom and shower and very helpful service. Lovely breakfast in what looks to be a very nice restaurant. Unfortunately it was closed for evening meals when we were there which was out of season.

Great location, nice room and friendly service

+ Stayed with the family for few nights. Great location to explore Sort and the area. The family room suited well 4 family members. Nice breakfast and welcoming staff, decent dinner as well, very supportive for gluten-free travelers.

+ Hotel bien, servicio de restauración pésimo, deja mucho que desear, cocina poco profesional y producto de bajo coste, para un hotel d e montaña o zona montañosa con los productos gastronómicos que ofrece esta tierra… podrían tener cocineros que de verdad amasen lo que hacen.

Muy recomendable alojamiento y desayuno

+ Problema de personal. Los mismos trabajadores atendían el restaurante como la recepción del hotel, cuando el check in es a las 14 horas. No hay aire acondicionado, son ventiladores. El teléfono no funcionaba durante las horas de las comidas. Aún y así, lo recomendaría. El personal muy atento y eficiente. Junto al río

+ El hotel está en el centro de Sort, muy cerca de restaurantes y con fácil aparcamiento alrededor. Las instalaciones normales y el desayuno correcto. Las almohadas bastante incomodas.

Bueno y bien situado

+ Lo mejor la recepcionista que nos ayudo con todo y fue muy profesional, paciente y buena. También el chico que servia en las cenas muy muy bueno. Gracias
