Exprés con ganas de volver !!

+ El alojamiento nos gustó mucho , zona de apartamentos muy bien aprovechado, con terraza , pequeña cocina con lo necesario para preparar desayuno etc Está muy bien !!

− La cortina de la ducha sería mejor que fuera más corta, ya que no es agradable pisarla. Lo demás perfecto!

+ El personal, cómo nos cuidó. Sobretodo Patricia de recepción, y algunos camareros del buffet que no se el nombre. La comida del buffet buenísima.

+ Možnost parkirne garaže za doplačilo 12€/dan, bližina plaž, okusna hrana, prijazno osebje.

− Slaba komunikacija z receptorko, saj zaradi slabe angleščine ni znala povedati, kje se nahaja parkirna garaža. Iskali smo jo eno uro, izkazalo se je, da je za prvim vogalom hotela pri supermarketu.

+ Ottima scelta per visitare l'isola, facilmente raggiungibile in auto e con tutti i servizi e confort necessari. Grazie al personale della reception per i consigli dati e per l'assistenza.

+ El personal del hotel es mejor q el de un hotel gran lujo. Un 10 al personal por su amabilidad y simpatia

J’ai adoré !

+ J’ai passé une excellente semaine avec ma fille d’un an et demi. Le personnel a été d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance incroyable, tant avec ma fille qu’avec moi-même. Les repas du buffet étaient variés et bien cuisinés. Le ménage a été fait tous les jours et cela est appréciable avec un enfant en bas âge. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait et permet de tout faire à pied. Les espaces communs sont très agréables et joliment décorés.

+ A very well designed space in a perfect location. Very spatious room with all the amenities needed for a medium-long stay and we had an amazing view of the ocean and sunset. The Staff was friendly and very helpful with anything we needed. The pool was cozy and a nice touch with the terrace and restaurant.

− The parking although free was very small and was based on luck. Whoever got it first was the Lucky winner otherwise we had to find parking on the street.

Un séjour merveilleux !

+ La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. La propreté des lieux et la situation de l'hôtel. Près de la mer, des restos, boutiques et activités.

− Pas très bien insonorisé au niveau des chambres mais en même temps c'est aux autres clients de se rappeler qu'ils ne sont pas les seuls clients.

A wonderful stay

+ Me and my daughter have just recently stayed her,what an amazing place to stay at from our arrival to leaving the staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are spaces as we had a one bedroom apartment with a surprise of a sea view,breakfast was great such a wide range of foods and lunch was great too,we didn't really eat in restaurant other than the bbq which was a lovely evening with lots of foods available, the hotel pool areas and room are spotlessly clean always,and the cleaning time are so friendly and helpful too,would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing comfortable stay with a very pleasant team,the hotel is also in a great location to town and sea and fabulous restaurants all you need for a perfect holiday

+ Stanza spaziosa e pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione vicino al centro di Los Cristianos. Colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità. Cena sempre varia con prodotti freschi.

− Il parcheggio interno a volte non era disponibile per tutte le autovetture.

Great Stay - Fantastic Location

+ Loved it here. 12 nights started 27th June. 3 adults Location - Excellent. Quiet but within 200 yards of supermarket or bars and the sea. Rooms - Simple but very clean and bathroom a good size Food - All good. Breakfast - Enough choice, if I'm being super critical it could be a little hotter but it's no deal breaker. Lunch - Very good. The salads where very nice, all the menu v v good Evening meal - Good. Again could be hotter but plenty of choice via the buffet. The themed nights were very good, BBQ grill v good. Pool - good size plenty of space at this time of year Sunbeds - ok for us, could be interesting if there's lots of families during school hols. Staff - Outstanding. All the reception staff were really good. Bar staff outstanding. Lolo, Favio, Karima so friendly and always on hand for anything you need. A credit to the hotel. Overall - cracking hotel, staff wonderful. Would recommend.

Nice little hotel in a good location

+ The staff were amazing, all super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. The pool area was immaculate and cleaned before opening and after closing each day. The food was ok, some days better than others but thats down to personal taste, in general for a 3 star it was as expected and good value for money. The chefs and staff clearly took pride in what they were serving. The BBQ was my favourite, the steak was delicious!

− The orange juice at breakfast - tastes like undiluted squash but i just took my own fresh orange so wasn't a huge problem.

Good convenient hotel with lovely staff

+ Very good location, close to a bus stop/bus station. Next to the sea and along promenade. Big room with a nice sized balcony. Room and kitchenette very well equipped, we had everything we needed. Pool area was small but sufficient, there was never a case of not finding 2 free sunbeds, even if we only came to the pool in the afternoon. Very friendly and helpful staff.

− The only thing we didn’t like was the food - boiled eggs at breakfast were soft boiled and they were impossible to eat when cold. Dinner meat selection wasn’t great, and there weren’t any Spanish dishes, I would have loved a paella.

Enjoyable, convenient, clean and great value for money

+ The hotel was clean and tidy. The pool was smaller but very nice and the sunbeds were comfortable. The food was nice just a smaller variety as the food hall was small, but there was enough. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect as it was far enough away to be quiet and close enough to be convenient

Our happy place

+ We had our 8th holiday at Hovima Panorama in May spent 2 wonderful weeks there & have just booked to go back in May 2027. From the minute you walk into the reception you are welcomed with a smile. All the staff at Hovima Panorama are so helpful & friendly nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean the food is really good. The location of the hotel is great we cannot fault anything about this hotel but what makes it for us is the staff. Thank you to Patricia & everyone on reception & everyone at the pool bar especially Jose & Karima. You are all wonderful & we can't wait to come back & see you all again next May. Julie & Trevor
