Le top à Malaga.

+ Bel appartement (sécurisé)2 ème étage ( ascenseur). Super propre. Très bien équipé. Tous Commerces à 100 mètres. Petite épicerie, Bar/tapas au pied de la l'appartement. Arrêt de Bus pour centre ville et historique à 100 mètres, et pour retour arrêt bus au pied de l'appartement. Le top.

+ La ubicación es perfecta, tienes supermercado cerca, puedes caminar a los lugares de interés y hasta el casco histórico.

− EL PARKING. Es imposible aparcar ahí. No es solo que sea pequeño, es k es imposible acceder a él. Solo coches muy pequeños y motos.

+ Appartement spacieux, confortable et propre.

− Il faut annoncer dans l annoncé (avant la réservation) que l entrée pour le parking voiture est assez étroite et correspond aux petites et moyennes voitures .

Perfectly clean, quiet, and spacious apartment with excellent access to the city center.

+ The accommodation was truly perfect. Communication with the host was fast and excellent. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Access to the city center was excellent, either on foot or by bus within just a few minutes. The blackout curtains worked very well, there was air conditioning in every room, and plenty of storage space for all our belongings. We can only recommend this place and would be happy to come back again.

Great flat in Málaga

+ Spacious flat, comfortable, well-equipped, normal-sized rooms. Good kitchen. We enjoyed it very much.

+ La decoración, las camas muy comodas, muy soleado, la ubicación.

− Al llegar al parquing , rallamos el coche porque es de muy dificil acceso contando que es un coche mediano i no grande. Al subir al apartamento la persiana de una habitacion estaba bajada y rota, no hemos podido abrirla en toda la estancia, nos dijeron que vendrian a arreglarla y no vino nadie.

I highly recommend this flat!

+ Good location, very nice flat, well equipped. Easy communication with the host. Would stay there again when visiting Malaga.

− The garage entrance is extremely narrow. We got warned by the host, but it was even worse than our expectations.

Celkově jsme byli moc spokojeni, až na parkování.

+ Velkou výhodou byl vstup na kód. Super pohodlné postele, byt byl krásně zařízený, prostorný a čistý. Ocenili jsme mýdlo, mycí prostředky na nádobí, utěrky a venkovní rolety. Komunikace s hostitelem výborná.

− Jedna peřina pro dva. Díra ve zdi u okna pro komín, tudíž tudy hodně táhlo a večer bylo v bytě chladno. Některé rolety šly ztěžka zatáhnout. Hluk z ulice (auta). Hodně úzký vjezd do garáže a hlavně do zatáčky. Na nutnost malého auta jsme sice byli upozorněni, ale bylo potřeba ještě menší. I přes dobré schopnosti řidiče a snahu jsme auto několikrát poškrábali. Spíše opravdu pro 3dvéřové auto. Když jsme auto jednu noc nechali na ulici (v boční ulici u garáže), dostali jsme pokutu.

+ Fijn appartement! Gezellige inrichting, ziet er precies zo uit als op de foto's. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Locatie is top, het oude centrum is op 10 minuten loopafstand en de bus stopt voor de deur. Contact met de host via gaat gemakkelijk via een Whatsapp chat, als er problemen zijn komt er iemand van iLoftMalaga om deze op te lossen.

− Het appartement is niet goed geïsoleerd. Er is wel een airco aanwezig die de ruimte kan verwarmen, maar als die niet aan staat is het vrij koud binnen (althans tijdens onze verblijfsperiode in januari).

− It is not avaliable some essential things, for example napkin. Dishwasher was so dirty, that is was not possible to use it. The location is not sure.

+ La ubicación. El apartamento es muy acogedor. Muy bien dotado de utensilios. En todo momento pude contactar con el arrendado y atendió a nuestras solicitudes. Muy satisfechos con la edtancia

− Por poner alguna pega la dificultad para aparcar ya que está cerca del centro y el parking es muy pequeño e inaccesible para un coche medio

− Attention l'évier de la cuisine est bouché

+ Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 15 min na pieszo od centrum i dworca. Mieszkanie ładnie urządzone i dobrze wyposażone, w kuchni więcej sprzętów niż potrzeba na kilkudniowy wyjazd :) Okolica spokojna, czuliśmy się bezpiecznie, w pobliżu kilka sklepów spożywczych i piekarnia.

− W nocy przy otwartych oknach słychać ruch uliczny i śmieciarki. Woda pod prysznicem była trudna do wyregulowania, ale w upalne dni chłodny prysznic nie był tak uciążliwy.

+ Lokalizácia blízko mesta. Bezproblémová komunikácia …

− Upchatý odpad v kuchynskom dreze aj v sprche. Ťažšie odtekala voda a zároveň voda z umývačky vytekala do umývadla . Nutne prečistenie odpadu.

+ Muy limpio. Información perfecta. Es como se ve en las fotos, no defrauda al contrario sorprende.

− Parking un peu difficile Oreillets à revoir (trop petite) Douche à gaz difficile à régler en température

+ - Good location - extensive kitchen equipment - pans, pots, microwave, blender

− - some towels and bed linen had been washed, but with dark stains. Sofa wasn't clean. - The landlord was not communicative and answered questions that he didn't know or that I should look in the app. - Parking is listed among the options, but you can park with a very, very small car or a scooter

− hot water in bathroom is SCI-FI door in bathroom it locked itself from the inside. I ruined my credit card to open the door, but is fun experience. :)

Good for family with children

+ Close to the center - walking distance or 4 bus stations - bus station in front of the building. Clean sheets. Comfy beds. Everything you need in the app.

− Pay attention for parking slot. It is written that is narrow, but actually the problem is parking acces- it is very very narrow with a steep cornering downslope. In my opinion impossible for medium/big cars not to "touch" the sidewall. My advice - small car!!! It would be great if it would be a baby chair amd baby step stool.

Exceptional

+ A very nice apartment looking just as good as in the pictures. It was very easy to reach, with several bus stops nearby. Very very close to the Centro Historico and basically everything is within walking distance. We also found lockers nearby for leaving the luggage on the day of the flight back. The place is really spacious and perfect for families or groups of friends. Fully-equipped, so it quickly felt like home as we didn't miss anything. The decor is also pretty. We found it sparkling clean. Would 200% return.

− We liked everything, though we have some minor observations: - One morning we felt it was smelling like gas around the heater and we opened the window, and we didn't feel it afterwards. Just hope there's no problem with it. - A bit noisy in the mornings on school days, as there is a school right across the building.

+ Beautiful and spacy, sunny apartment located within walking distance from centre. Cosy sofa and beds. Very clean. Nespresso (no coffee), great and strong hairdryer. Great and outgoing hosts at service, very easy to find. We would come back again, no matter the small complaints.

− The shower takes too long to get hot water, somethings wrong with the boiler. Kitchen is almost empty with minimum of utilities. Garage is way too narrow. We had citroen c4 and wasnt able to park inside so we used garage nearby for cca 27€ per day.

I would like to recommend this acomodation if you want to stay in Malaga and want to have everything close and perfect.
