Great villa, great location, great management company

+ Close to the marina, town centre and a large supermarket, so perfectly placed. The property was very clean with everything you need there. The communication with the rental company was amazing and when we reported we couldn’t turn an outside light on they were there asap. Really would recommend and will be returning.

− We were not aware that the property was next door to a construction site which impaired the views greatly !!!!!! The air conditioning in the bedroom did not work, a person came to fix it and changed parts but it still was not working correctly for the whole of the stay ! There was a live cable coming through the rear garden !!!!! The table tennis table is in desperate need of changing ! There are no photos of the construction site in the photos on booking.com if there were there is no way I would have booked the villa The amount I paid for the stay was unjustifiable !!!!!!!!

A super stay. A quiet location yet at the same time, right beside everything.

+ The house is beautiful and has a fabulous terrace and pool. Beautiful open plan living and terrace. The villa is perfectly located. A quick walk to the beach, the town and the marina, yet still in a quiet location. The washing machine and line was great too. The terrace was beautiful to sit out and chill and the pool is fabulous.

− The Air con is actually quite noisy upstairs, perhaps needs a service only. A few tea towels would have been nice too as this is not something you normally expect to go out and buy in a high end holiday rental.

+ Beautiful villa, outdoor pool area was great, my son loved the grassy area for playing football too. The property was very clean and the hosts were very helpful when we had any queries. We had messaged asking for an iron and they dropped one off the next day. Great location, 5 minutes to the supermarket and marina. 5 minutes in opposite direction to town with lots of restaurants and bars. 10 minute walk to a lovely beach as well. There was also a lovely basket of food and drinks upon our arrival. We are already planning our next trip back, it was perfect!

+ Great villa in great location. It was well equipped with everything you need for a family holiday and very clean, including the pool. A few minor issues were resolved quickly, and there was always support from the property management company and owner. Happy to fully recommend this lovely villa.

− There had been a recent change of policy by local council regarding rubbish disposal process, but was soon sorted.

+ The villa is great for a group of friends to chill, swim, cook and barbecue. It is 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Cala D'Or. In December the price is really cheap but you should know that the area would be very calm during this season.

− The villa itself doesn't have any significant inconvenience. HOWEVER, the agency that's managing it, SM, gave us a lot of hard time. It turned this into the worst Booking experience. Not gonna go into details, but they asked us to pay a big deposit. They also suggested that we share our card number so they can charge us the amount. That was super SUSPICIOUS! Communicating with them was a hassle. Booking customer services were really helpful but it took more than 24 hours, several calls, waste of time that I was supposed to be spending with family and friends, to solve the problem. While I boarded the plane not knowing if I'll have a place to stay at night, my friends had to wait next to the villa for like an hour before they finally agreed to give them the keys without having to pay the deposit. In fact, I found out that in a link they had sent us there was a 300 euros deposit mentioned but it wasn't clear at all, however they were asking us for a 700 euros deposit. Booking confirmed to us that we shouldn't pay a single penny because they (booking) are responsible for the insurance. The people at this agency are not professional and need to be held accountable (and maybe improve their English skills so they can communicate better with customers).

Fantastic Villa, beautiful pool, great location and super efficient agent.

+ Fantastic service from agent who was always one step ahead in communicating. Villa was beautiful and the pool was the perfect size for both relaxing and playing about in. The Villa is located on a quiet street very close to the gorgeous Marina at one end of the street and the town centre at the other end. Spotlessly clean. Lots of choices of good restaurants and now a brand new supermarket on the doorstep. We would have no hesitation in booking this villa again.
