Proche du Chateau et de centreville. Avec la chaleaur il va mieux de la climatisation

+ la communication avec la personne en charge qui était attentif et nous a permis de rentrer plus tôt ver 13h30 à la place de 16h. On trouvait que rentrer à 16h c'était plus qu'un demi journée, et très tard pour nous.

− En été, il fait très chaud en général à Alicante et il n'y avait pas de climatisation dans les deux chambres. J'ai préféré dormir dans le salon où il y en avait, mais le seul bémol était que l'air s'éteignait et parfois je me réveillais en sueur plusieurs fois par nuit, alors je n'ai pas eu l'impression de pouvoir me reposer. Je pense que être là sans climatisation pendant la nuit était compliqué en plus c'est une appartement en plein rue ou il n'a pas beaucoup de brise.

Very good accommodation off the beaten track in Alicante.

+ Very clean, with a very responsive host, Raul. Good size apartment for three adults. Plenty of shops and cafes/ restaurants nearby. Good value for money

− Apartment could do with air con in bedrooms as well as living area. Fans in bedrooms only partially effective in hot weather. 20-25 minute walk to promenade, beach and main restaurant area of Alicante.

− The beds were a little bit uncomfrotable, the air conditioning does not affect the last room with double bed so that room can be hot at night.

+ Este un apartament foarte primitor. Ne-am simtit ca acasa. Am avut tot confortul si nu ne-a lipsit nimic. O sa revenim cu siguranta!

− El apartamento tiene PLAGA de CUCARACHAS! Se meten por la ropa, corren por la encimera de la cocina y baños. Se avisó desde el minuto uno, y la solución era Cucal y trampas ( ahogados del olor) , íbamos con menores, que acabaron traumados...y el colmo era que te digan ( es un bajo, Alicante está en fiestas, has tenido la puerta abierta 45 minutos en la entrada a la casa...) la estancia era de 5 dias...que por caer en fin de semana te aguantes...el penúltimo dia nos ofrecieron dar tratamiento dejando el alojamiento cerrado 4 o 5 horas...( de risa ) no tubimos mas cojones de pernoctar en otro lugar, dejando las pertenecían dentro y usándolo lo estrictamente necesario POR NECESIDAD, menos mal que somos Alicantinos y tenemos casa. No lo recomiendo. Aparte el apartamento no tiene mantenimiento ninguno...muebles obsoletos con mas mierda que el palo de un gallinero, aire acondicionado que se autoregula sólo en salón, no llega a las habitaciones que tienen 2 ventiladores...pero que si los enciendes con el aire salta la luz...Cortina de baño con moho...suma y sigue. Una fantasía que va a verse en el juzgado, pues booking se lava las manos. Tengo fotos y vídeos para quien los precise.

− Mieszkanie na parterze, przez były słychać wszystko o czym mówią przechodnie na chodniku. Nie działający wiatrak sufitowy gdy światło jest zgaszone - szkoda.

+ The Location, 15-minute walk to the marina and the beach. The access to the apartment was a smart key on your phone. So, everyone gets a key. The communications with Raul were top notch via what’s app, we even got to meet him when he came to change some batteries in the security system. I very nice man.

Kellemes, kényelmes, tiszta. Minden igényünket kielégítette.

+ Nagyon jó környèken fekszik. Csendes, mégis könnyen megközelíthető minden.

Cómoda

+ El apartamento es muy cómodo y está perfectamente ubicado para recorrer parte de la ciudad caminando. Hay tiendas y servicios muy cerca. El alojamiento es confortable y todo estaba limpio y ordenado. Destaco especialmente a Raúl quien hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor con su atención excepcional; estuvo siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesitáramos. Se agradece encontrar anfitriones tan comprometidos.

Your famous air conditioning and heater didn't work at all. I hope it gets warmer in Allicante.

− The accommodation was average for the price, it is necessary to invest in an apartment, outdated equipment, in this period the rooms were cold. The owner saves on heating, it was a disaster. In the summer it can be good but in spring, autumn we do not recommend it. The owner was annoying and was writing every now and then. We will definitely not go there again. After all, you asked us for a good review.

It was a great place to stay close to everything and well appointed.

+ Everything was great, check in was easy, place was well equipped, was in ground floor so no stairs, location was as stated, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Very happy with our choice

− This apartment is a complete nightmare. There is a construction site outside starting at 8 a.m. every day – impossible to rest. The walls are paper-thin, you hear everything, including garbage trucks under the windows. The whole place stinks of trash from bins next to the building. The air conditioner is useless – one small unit in the living room that keeps shutting off, so I had to wake up 10+ times every night. The apartment is extremely hot. The bathroom curtain is dirty with mould, the electricity keeps tripping, and worst of all – the apartment is infested with cockroaches. They were with us the whole stay. The night before departure was sleepless because I had to kill cockroaches one after another. I even left one dead cockroach in the kitchen for the host to see (photo attached). My wife and child were terrified and stressed, and we are worried about health risks. This property is filthy, unsafe, and absolutely not suitable for families. Avoid at all costs.

− Single beds slightly uncomfortable - noise from street late at night and early morning - renovations taking place adjacent to property -electricity tripped daily appeared to be when using too many appliances in kitchen

Apartment Alicante

+ We were on holiday with our family in Alicante. The apartments were clean, the renovation was done, air conditioning, water heater, large TV, Wi-Fi... everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location. The owner of the apartment is a very kind and responsive person. He was always in touch with us on any questions we had! Thank you very much for the holiday! We really liked it. Great location and very helpful host

+ Superb location. Ideal for walking to the castle, old town, marina etc - everywhere we wanted to go. Fantastic host. Very clear instructions for accessing the property and very helpful in answering further questions I had.

+ The location was great, just north of the main market which meant it was easy to get into town. The rooms were really clean and well kept, as well as being spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of plates and cutlery and cooking utensils for making breakfast or dinner, though of course there were lots of options within a 15 minute walk. Plenty of towels and a hairdryer were provided. Raul was great at keeping in contact if there was anything that we needed. I would highly recommend if you are planning on staying in Alicante! Thank you!

+ Thank you for being such a nice host, and for the great place overall. The location is not far from the beach (about 15 min walk through some nice streets), and the central market Mercado is only 5 min away. Highly recommend using this advantage of being not far from the market to get some fresh fruits and nuts (just come early before the lunch time). The rooms were clean, we felt very comfortable in this place, the host is amazing and always helpful. Highly recommend the place!

+ We really enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. It’s fully equipped two bedroom flat with kitchen, bathroom and living room. You will find everything what you need in the flat for perfect family holiday up to 4 ppl. Location is very good as well, you can just walk to the beach or old town which has a lot of restaurants and bars. Highly recommended !

+ Apartment is big, has two separate bedrooms, not modern but comfortable and has everything which could be necessary. 10 minutes walk from the city centre and about 25 minutes from the nearest beach. A little bit difficult was to find the parking. Pets friendly. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

+ Good repair in the apartments, there is everything you need, including air conditioning. Nice place to walk in Parque del Tossal and also walkable to Playa del Postiguet. Mercadona is a large store 400 meters away. The Mercat tram stop is approximately 700 meters away, so you can easily reach the beautiful beaches of San Juan.
