Reasonable location and ok flat but completely ruined by noise

+ Reasonably good location, very spacious flat, several small supermarket stores nearby

− - The flat was thilthy. The mop looked as though it had never been used. The floors outside the flat were cleaner than those in it. If you wore white socks in the bathroom, they soon turned brown. The shower leaked lots of water onto the floor... needs a door fitting. The bathroom lacked an extractor fan so got very steamy. The kitchen was very dated, wonky cupboards, slow electric two-zone hob, fridge had remains of kids stickers over it, no kettle, no cereal bowls so had to use large mugs, no saucepan lids, no washing machine powder. - Noise is a big issue and is the main reason we won't be back. You are very exposed to noise from several of the neighbours and from the small quadrangle adjacent to the bedroom. People do eat out in the quadrangle very late and you can hear absolutely everything, as though they were in your room... it was terrible and went on past midnight on one occasion. One neighbour's alarm clock was very effective at waking us up at 6:30am each day. - Turns out that you are expected to sort the rubbish and then walk quite a way outside to dispose of it. Happy to do this but really the owner needs to provide instructions, with multiple bins and bags for sorting and then a map/sketch showing which street to walk to to dispose of it all. - The broadband is slow to load complex website due to it being mobile-based and hence having high latency. The actual throughputs were ok so larger downloads were not problematic. - The lights in the bedroom are offensively bright, whereas in main living area they are inadequate. - The kitchen lacks a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and the flat lacks fire exit guidance (all illegal in UK, not sure what the law is in Spain) - The coffee machine is only instant coffee in the form of Dolce Gusto pods. The ones supplied had milk in them and there weren't even enough for one each per day. - The owner knows that the key lock box is unreliable and sometimes jams...

+ El apartamento es muy amplio y estaba muy limpio. La ubicación es perfecta. Muy cercano al ayuntamiento, en una calle muy tranquila. y con todo tipo de servicios a su alrededor. Los principales monumentos están muy cerca pero no te sientes agobiado por las oleadas de turistas.

+ La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento está en una zona céntrica pero tranquila. Tiene todo lo necesario y resulta acogedor.

+ Pięknie położony apartament w małej uliczce: spokojnej, a jednak położonej w centrum miasta, a więc o kilka minut spacerem od Mezquity i Alcazaru. Prywatny, podziemny garaż. Mieszkanie przestronne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Nie spotkaliśmy się twarzą w twarz z gospodarzami, ale wszystko było przygotowane wzorowo. Otrzymaliśmy zdalnie olbrzymią porcję informacji, włączając linki z poleceniami co zobaczyć w Kordobie i gdzie zjeść. Czuliśmy się cały czas otoczeni dyskretną opieką, zwłaszcza że każda sprawa była rozwiązywana błyskawicznie i bezproblemowo.

Schönes Appartement mitten in der Altstadt

+ Großes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Super Lage und sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieteragentur, Alle Informationen per WhatsApp, sehr gut erklärt, sogar teilweise mit Video. Stellplatz mitten im Haus. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten per Fuß bequem erreichbar. Frühstück gibt es nicht im Zimmer, sondern in einem Café, welches zwar nicht so üppig ist, aber vollkommen ausreichend und gut ist. Alles in allem ein Empfehlung und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Córdoba.

+ The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well located. The checking/ checkout process was smooth and simple.

− The lighting was ‘atmospheric’ rather than functional in the lounge dining area, but apart from that it was excellent.

− Remote entry - everything done by what’s app. No personal connection.a nice apartment but well overpriced. We had a lovely hotel for the other 2 days of our stay with human staff (not remote what’s app staff) for half the price!!! No kettle ..
