+ The staff was kind and happy to help. We mainly opted to this hotel because it was close to Disneyland. The hotel has a bus free of charge from and to Disneyland which was really helpful!

− En nuestra habitación no colaba bien el agua en la ducha. Pero por lo demás es excelente.

− staff are not friendly. its difficult to get help in the hotel, and requests are not met. The water bottle in the room in the fridge was already open by someone and when asked to replace, it was refused.

Good hotel choice

+ Large comfortable beds, good air con. Good security. Great breakfast buffet. Close to the main shops and restaurants

− Our complimentary teas and coffees hadn't been replaced and the spoons were dirty.

+ Do quarto. de ter 2 camas king size. Óptimo para famílias. A localização é boa por ter o shopping mesmo em frente.

− Um elevador estava avariado. Era realmente uma espera grande ter apenas um elevador. Tem um Bus em frente ao hotel a ir para a Disney, mas ele nem sempre vem no horário. Ou pula horários. Estava marcado um bus para 10h50 e não apareceu. Tivemos de esperar pelo próximo horário.

I loved it

+ We stayed after a visit to Disneyland and after a long day it was a great rest. The beds are comfortable, the restaurant open until late with great food, the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Das Hotel ist gut, aber für eine Reise mit Kleinkindern nicht optimal

+ Das Hotel ist klimatisiert, die Betten sind groß, das Personal ist freundlich. Es gibt auf jeder Etage gratis Trinkwasserspender. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung (bis man ab 15 Uhr einchecken kann) hat gut geklappt. Das Frühstück ist zwar jeden Tag das Gleiche, aber es gibt eine Auswahl und es wird immer nachgefüllt.

− Es fehlt ein Raum/ Spielzimmer für Kinder. Es handelt sich schließlich um ein Disney-Partnerhotel und die meisten Besucher fahren ins Disneyland mit Kindern. Das große Einkaufszentrum gleich nebenan ist ein ganz normales Einkaufszentrum und ich habe mich dort leider nicht immer sicher gefühlt, insofern kann man da zwar ein Eis essen gehen oder ins Sea life, aber entspannt ist es nicht, insofern kann ich das Hotel nicht unbedingt für Kleinkinder empfehlen. Für Familien mit Jugendlichen oder Erwachsene ist das Hotel gut. Wenn man am Bahnhof ankommt ist leider der Abfahrtpunkt für den Shuttelbus nicht ausgeschildert und auch viele Mitarbeiter konnten uns nicht weiterhelfen. Jemand wusste dann doch Bescheid, dass man durch die Sicherheitskontrolle muss und am Disney village vorbei ein weiterer Shuttelbus-Standort ist. Der Shuttelbus-Standort direkt neben dem Bahnhof ist nämlich der Falsche. Leider fährt der Shuttelbus nur vormittags und gegen Abend. Wer nach dem Mittag nochmal ins Disney Village oder so möchte, der muss z.B. den Zug nehmen. Die Verbindung ist kein Problem. Man braucht aber die Papier-Metrokarten vom Automaten etc. Also man muss ggf. Zeit einplanen und gratis ist es dann auch nicht. Also für Reisen mit Kleinkindern dann nicht optimal.
