+ Property was clean, great facilities and an amazing location. They really have thought of everything you might need.

+ This was our second stay. Great location close to the beach, shops, restaurants and coastal walk. Great outside space and quiet at night. Petra is a wonderful host.

+ Loved the location close to bars restaurants and the beach. It was a really friendly complex. The pool was amazing and quiet.

− Although no air conditioning maybe a small fan in the living area would be an ideal addition to the amazing facilities.

+ The apartment was 100% clean and according to the pictures. The pool and the water was perfect. However the apartment is in the city center it is quite calm: the windows and the terraace is opened onto the inner courtyard and in the background you can see the ocean and the island of La Gomera. During the day it was quiet, but of course the closer night parties noises could be heard between 10PM-2AM, but mostly as a background noise, so we could sleep. Petra, our host was super nice and helpful. We had an issue with the garage gate on the day we arrived, she acted immeadiately and helped us solving the issue within 10 min. When we had any questions during our stay, she replied quickly. I truly recommend this apartment for a long holiday.

Great Host... Lovely Apartment.. Quite location...

+ Great communication from Petra our host.... Petra met us at the apartment and we were able to check in early... Large Balcony area and furniture got the sun all day... Very quite complex... didnt use the pool but looked clean... Comfy Beds... we cooked breakfast everyday and we had everything we needed..... nice big TV... we felt very much at home.

− Overall the apartment is clean and nothing to worry about.... however could do with a new shower curtain... brown water stains at the bottom.... the odd stain on the sofa and stains on outdoor furniture.

+ The location is great. Close to restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Short walk to the beach and promenade. Secure parking for our car. Balcony, pool and complex are lovely. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Check-in was very smooth. It was a great choice for a winter sun break away with our two adult daughters. We would come again.

First time here, family holiday and we all had the best time.

+ Location was perfect, the swimming pool was lovely and the accommodation was ideal for us as a family with two teenage sons, it was tucked away like a hidden gem with literally everything on your doorstep as soon as you ventured out.

+ The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The host, Petra was very helpful. The location is very central and not far from some of the attractions for kids

− The shower is very inconvenient to use, especially with small kids

+ Beautiful modern property. Spotlessly clean with very luxurious touches. Beds very comfortable. Really well set up for self catering. Excellent location, quite small complex. Step outside the gate and all the bars, restaurants and entertainment you could wish for is right there. Petra the owners representative was so lovely and helpful, at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Lovely pool, not heated but definitely not the coldest we have swam in. We really did enjoy our stay here, home, from home. Many thanks 🤩
