+ We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the best part was definitely the huge terrace. The area is very quiet and peaceful, while the beach is only about a 10-minute walk away. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. Overall, the accommodation met our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay. 😊

UNA VERA E PROPRIA TRUFFA!

+ Solamente la posizione.

− - La proprietaria non rispondeva al telefono né prima né al mio arrivo e mi ha aperto 2 ore e 40 dopo l’orario del check-in. Sono stata con una bambina di 5 anni sotto il sole dalle 14 alle 16.40. - Scarafaggi ed altri insetti in cucina (vedi foto) - Piatti sporchi - Non c’è un cesto per la spazzatura, quindi (per niente igienico) il sacchetto lo appendono alla porta della cucina. - Divano rotto e con ferri che fuoriescono (vedi foto). Ci siamo fatti male più volte. PERICOLOSO. - Scale per salire alla camera molto pericolose: se più alto di un metro e 60 si sbatte la testa se non ci si abbassa. Buco enorme dal quale un bambino può cadere. - Letto matrimoniale INESISTENTE. Ci sono due lettini leggeri che si separano costantemente. Siamo cadute due volte. - Comodini fatiscenti e rotti (vedi foto). Ho rovinato due vestiti e mi sono tagliata. Mia figlia cadendo dal letto di notte si è tagliata sul collo. - LENZUOLA SPORCHE. Non erano state cambiate e puzzavano. - Cuscini neri, puzzolenti, luridi (vedi foto). Ho dovuto lavare tutto per togliere un po’ l’odore di sporco, chiuso, sudore, perfino i copri materasso. - Gabinetto otturato. Cassetta dell’acqua rotta. Gli odori risalivano. - Porta del bagno in camera rotta. - Aria condizionata solo in stanza e mal funzionante. - Rumore fino alle 2 del mattino. Casa giusto sopra un bar. - Casa molto buia essendo al piano terra e le luci sono troppo fioche. Casa carissima per il disservizio dato. E visto che paghi ben prima di arrivare, non puoi poi andare a trovare un’altra sistemazione. Ci ha rovinato le vacanze!

Da fare un bel po' di lavori

+ La posizione e che ci fosse l'ombrellone e le sedie da spiaggia. La comunicazione con l host

− Abbiamo trovato un casa molto trascurata, la biancheria, il letto, i mobili erano vecchi e logori. Per ultimo,ma non meno importante, muffa nella tenda della doccia.tutto ciò la rendeva poco accogliente. Abbiamo chiesto la cancellazione del soggiorno perché non c'erano le condizioni minime per avere un sereno soggiorno. L host è è stato sensibile al problema e ci è stato riconosciuto l'indennizzo

− The place wasn't clean. We struggled cleaning the bathroom (there was a awful smell coming from it). On the terrace the lounges were broken. The photos are from years ago. Beds are not the same.

Insgesamt überwiegen die negativen Aspekte deutlich, sodass wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen können.

+ Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich die zentrale Lage und die Aussicht.

− Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schwierig, da die Gastgeberin erst sehr spät geantwortet hat und ausschließlich Spanisch gesprochen hat. Eine Verständigung auf Englisch war nicht möglich, was die Organisation der Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe unnötig kompliziert gemacht hat. Auch vor Ort gab es mehrere Probleme. Die Wohnung war sehr kalt, und die vorhandenen Heizmöglichkeiten waren unzureichend. Zudem war die gesamte Unterkunft in einem schlechten hygienischen Zustand: Im Bad roch es stark nach Abfluss, die Bettwäsche war unangenehm riechend und das Geschirr teilweise nicht sauber. Erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage wurde neue Bettwäsche bereitgestellt. Die Ausstattung entsprach ebenfalls nicht den Erwartungen. Die Schlafcouch war sehr unbequem, die Fenster sind nicht schallisoliert, wodurch es nachts extrem laut war. Der Esstisch war beschädigt (lockere Glasplatte), was ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Außerdem war der Wasserdruck sehr schwach und warmes Wasser nur verzögert verfügbar.

Sind enttäuscht.

+ Tolle Lage und prinzipiell nette Unterkunft. Coole Dachterasse.

− Nicht sauber, Gardinenstangen lose/ abgefallen, Rollo kaputt/ nich zu schließen , Betten umhergerutscht, extrem schnelle „Einweisung“ auf spanisch = nix verstanden, und zack war die Dame weg. Dusche gefährlich mit sehr hoher Stufe ohne Halte Möglichkeit, klebriger Klodeckel. Muffiger Geruch vor allem im Erdgeschoss , sehr viele Duftspender überall. Antennenmast klappert ununterbrochen bei geringstem Wind. Es müsste einfach mal richtig hergerichtet werden. Für das gebotene viel zu teuer.

+ Objekt je blizu svega. Ima sve što vam je potrebno za boraviti negdje na tjedna ili dva. Apartamn je bio jako čist

− Jedina mana je sto vlasnici ne pricaju engleski

Fabulous, authentic, old town experience with an amazing roof terrace.

+ The location and roof terrace are absolutely amazing. From breakfast to evenings and all the times in between you can comfortably chill on the terrace with the amazing view of the castle. You are right in the heart of the new town with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Also close to the castle and the beach. There is a lovely feel to the area with the hustle and bustle of real Spanish life. The owner was very quick to reply to any queries and sorted out a new hairdryer for us easily. We would definitely stay here again and was perfect for an authentic Spanish experience.

Superbra läge men dålig standard på boendet

+ Läget var toppen. Stor terrass.

− Bilderna stämde dåligt överens med verkligheten. Kranen i pentryt (det var inget kök, vilket angavs i beskrivningen) var lös. Tvättmaskinen fungerade inte. Facket där tvättmedel ska placeras var riktigt grisig. ”Städhörnan” var smutsig. Fläkten i badrummet fungerade ibland, det luktade illa och den var i väldigt behov av rengöring. Fjärrkontrollen till TVn fungerade inte. Möblerna på terrassen var smutsiga och saknade dynor. Där fanns ett litet parasoll som inte var tillräckligt för att skydda mot solen. Vi meddelade i tid att vi skulle checka in 14.00 men det var inte färdigstädat då.

Non responsive host.

+ The terrace with views over the castle were lovely. Location was good for accessing shops, restaurants and the beach. Good air-conditioning in the bedroom, fan works well downstairs. Shower works well.

− communication was non existen with the owner . I tried multiple times to contact them about an early check in. Booking.com raised a concern and hoidu sent me a email asking me to contact the owner direct if I heard nothing... this was the problem -the owner was un responsive.Holidu were not listening to my problem. In the end booking .com told me they had spoken to the owner and that we could check in early at 12 noon. When we arrived there were still guests staying. The owner was still unresponsive to my messages . Luckily the guests still in the house had a contact number .. they gave it to me.. I managed to speak to a cleaner who came to let us in. She was very nice and let us leave our bags and said come back in an hour. I had no contact at all with the owners . We weren't given a number for the key safe . When we checked out I contacted the cleaner again and she said to leave the key on the table. I had to re wash bed sheets for the sofa bed as they were dirty and all the towels smelt of cigarette smoke. I don't like to leave reviews like this but feel others need to be aware of communication barrier.
