+ Perfect apartments with ideal location. Just 2 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes away from city center! We enjoyed staying there. Spacious modern apartment with all necessary things. We stayed there for 10 days and enjoyed a nice view from the window! Thank you to Aurora for the hospitality!

+ The view was amazing The location is great for the beach and walking into the Old Town or to the Esplanade The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed Aurora met us when we arrived and messaged us when the apartment was ready. + Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, zadbane i wygodne. Świetna lokalizacja, wszystko blisko. Aurora była pomocna i bardzo miła, co zdecydowanie uprzyjemniło pobyt. Duże okno zamiast ściany z widokiem na morze robi naprawdę niesamowite wrażenie i dodaje mieszkaniu wyjątkowego klimatu. Polecamy i chętnie wrócimy.

+ The location is perfect, the apartment was spacious, bright and clean! Location is 10/10. Some people complained of the noise from the street, it is not as bad! And Aurora was really friendly and helpful!

− TV was slow and a bit older! Worked fine but very slow, also didn't have option to cast your phone to the TV which would be very handy.

+ We really enjoyed our stay, the view was incredible, apartment is very confy, clean and well equipped and location is great : close, both to the sea and the city centre ( although getting to the sea with the baby stroller was not so nice because of not working elevator going down to the street, but we were going other way round to avoid the stairs). The host Aurora welcomed us nicely and because of our late time of arrival she left us something to eat, that was really nice.

Absolutely perfect for visiting Alicante, everything within walking distance.

+ Perfect location overlooking the sea. Really clean well kept appartment with 'extras' - dishwasher tablets, washing liquid, oils etc. Owner very helpful (arranging taxis for us). Fantastic bars and restaurants to choose from all within walking distance from the appartment.

− Not so much 'didn't like', but we would have appreciated a folder of recommended places to go, perhaps a map of Alicante to get us started, a toaster, and some tea-towels!

− For us, beds and pillows were too firms, but that's for us. If you like a firm bed, the apartment is absolutely perfect!!!

+ What a wonderful place to stay with kids! So spacious, perfectly equipped, with great location close to the beach and surrounded with playgrounds. And this view, of course! Wonderful experience, so much recommended.

This a gem of an apartment - sunny, cozy and modern!

+ The view and the light of morning sun are amazing! The apartment is very clean, spacious, modern and cozy. And very well-equipped! We did not miss anything in our holiday. Extra plus for such a clean and well-working kitchen! We felt very welcome and the communication with the owner was easy and friendly. For us (we travelled with two kids) also the location worked perfectly: beach on the front, short walk to the center, park for the kids to play and my old favourite breakfast/coffee place downstairs. Perfect! Nearby you’ll find also a little market and panadería. We travel Alicante a lot and have been renting several apartments: La Ventana is our favorite #1 so far!

− If I have to mention one thing that I didn’t like, it’s the parking. It’s almost impossible to find a place for a car from the narrow one way street (stopping for a brief moment is normally possible). But this is very common everywhere in Alicante center.

+ Amazing place! The location is perfect. The sea view is charming. The apartment is spacious and very clean. You have everything you need for comfortable and convenient residence. The host is very friendly and helpful. The best choice ever!

Great location; we would like to return next year

+ This property is located in an amazing location - 2 mins away from the sandy beach. The seaside is shallow, so absolutely perfect for families with young children. And you don't even need to cross the road to get there, there is a ramp over the motorway. It may be tricky with buggies, as the street lift was not working. Located very close to the beach and centre. A couple of small restaurants are available in the same or nearest buildings. The small supermarket is 30 secs away. Street parking was a bit tricky, but we managed to figure it out within a couple of days. The host was very kind to meet us at the property and show us around. there were no issues at check out as well. The property itself has a great view. The facilities are as described. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (including beach towels). The property even has plastic plates and cutlery for kids.

Wonderful stay

+ We got a possibility for early bag drop off, which was a great help. Aurora was very kind and helpful host, the property was just perfect. Clean, sunny, spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, quality elements. The view was amazing, full panorama for the rising sun and the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea. The beach is right in front of the house, coffees few steps away, easy walk to the old town. Superb.

+ Big, spacious, comfortable, great views and close to centre and beach

− Noise. when in the bedroom you can hear everything going on in neighbouring apartments from flushing the toilet to people talking, it was like they were in the same room. The sound of the lift is also apparent every time it’s in use, which was regular. As for the location, had I known the main road through Alicante was in front of the building I probably wouldn’t have stayed there. If you have windows open you can hear traffic. The description isn’t clear in this.

+ A lovely host and a beautiful apartment. The apartment was really nice and clean, with an amazing location close to the beach and the city center. The apartment is modern with everything you need to make your own food, even beach towels, parasol’s and toys for the beach. We felt very welcome by the host and she would answer any questions we had during our stay.

− The beds were a little bit short, so the guys slept with their feet outside the bed.
