Hôtel très sale et bruyant !!!

+ Rien aimé mise à part le personnel qui est vraiment adorable et très courageux, une équipe qui essaye vraiment de faire leur maximum pour embellir cet endroit et essaye de maintenir propre malgré leur clientèle qui détruit tout sur leur passage ..

− Hôtel très sale et très bruyant !!! - Infesté par les cafards ! Notre première chambre en était envahie (heureusement l'équipe a été réactive et a pu nous reloger immédiatement). La deuxième chambre était correct. - Le ménage à notre arrivée dans la première chambre n'avait pas été correctement effectué, il y avait encore des traces d'urines sur la lunette des toilettes. - Il y a aussi des punaises de lit dans le lit parapluie, notre bébé est recouvert de boutons. - La clientèle laisse traîner leur déchets partout (même dans la piscine). Il n'est pas rare de retrouver des déchets dans la piscine, et la pataugeoire sent l'alcool ! Nous n'avions pas envie de baigner notre bébé dedans. - La clientèle est très bruyante aussi, il n'est pas rare d'avoir du bruit (des cris dans les couloirs et au niveau de la piscine, des portes qui claquent..) jusqu'à plus de 2h du matin. - (Nous étions en demi pension) La nourriture est toujours la même, le soir souvent les mêmes repas, tres peu de spécialité espagnole ou canarienne, st tres peu d'aliments frais (sauf les bananes et les tomates). - Mauvais rapport qualité/prix

+ Good Value 3-Star Resort in a Great Location We stayed here as a family and, overall, had a good holiday. It’s important to remember this is a 3-star resort and, if you book with realistic expectations, it offers reasonable value for money. The location certainly helps, and being in Tenerife means you’re already off to a good start! The rooms appear to have been recently refurbished and felt bright and fresh overall. The only part that looked a little tired was the patio door to the balcony, which could probably do with replacing. Although we were all inclusive, the kitchenette looked perfectly adequate for anyone staying on a self-catering basis. There isn’t any air conditioning in the rooms, but the ceiling fan was a real help. We also took a small travel fan, which made sleeping much more comfortable during the warmer nights. Housekeeping was every other day, with the room cleaned and fresh towels provided each time. We found this perfectly adequate and the room was always kept clean. Although the décor around the apartments and pool area is a little dated in places, everything is well maintained. It may not have the modern feel of some newer resorts, but it certainly doesn’t feel run down. The hotel itself is split over two levels, with reception on the upper level and the main bar and pool area below. It’s a straightforward layout and easy enough to get around. The pool area was one of the better parts of the hotel. Despite visiting in August, we never struggled to find sunbeds, although they are the non-adjustable type. The pool itself was clean throughout our stay, but it’s worth knowing that it becomes very deep in places, reaching around 2.5 metres. The pool area was generally well looked after, and any litter we noticed tended to be left by other guests rather than being due to a lack of cleaning. Our week holiday experience at laguna park

We have just returned from a week's stay at Laguna Park 1 with my husband, our 9-year-old daughter and our 2-year-old son. We weren't looking to spend a huge amount on a holiday this year and had set ourselves a smaller budget.
It's fair to say Laguna Park has a few positive points, but unfortunately there are many areas that require significant improvement. 
The positives
: The pool area is aesthetically pleasing, and the bar in the middle of the swimming pool is a lovely feature. One of the ladies behind the bar, Antonietta, was an absolute credit to the hotel. She was fantastic with the children and greeted everyone with a genuine smile and warm welcome every day.
Although the restaurant offered a fairly limited selection, our children always found something they enjoyed. It was particularly convenient being able to feed our 2-year-old before heading out for dinner in the evening. There are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby, and we especially enjoyed Embassy, which served excellent food.
 The negatives: 
While the pool area looks attractive, it wasn't maintained to the standard we expected. We arrived at around 1pm and were informed that our room wouldn't be ready until 4pm, although we were welcome to use the pool and all-inclusive facilities while we waited.
After getting changed in the rather dingy toilet and shower area, which had dirty towels scattered around, we headed to the pool. We were immediately met with food on the floor and dirty plates and cups left on tables. Our first impression was, "Where have we come?"Unfortunately, those tables remained uncleared for the rest of the afternoon. My daughter also commented that, while swimming with her goggles on, the pool floor looked dirty.
When we finally accessed our room, there was a large dead cockroach outside the door. Inside, there was popcorn left on several surfaces and the balcony floor hadn't been cleaned. I immediately asked reception for someone to remove the c

Fab location

+ Fab location, very clean with rooms cleaned every 2nd day. Paths mopped daily. No Aircon but do have ceiling fans , they were just fitting Aircon in the restaurant. Friendly reception staff.

Stay clear

+ Location is great , rooms dirty no air con in the whole facility pool filthy , my check out was the 5th on the 4th came at 12pm for me to check out I showed them the booking my holiday was till the 5th to which they said they would try and contact love holidays an hour later came back said they couldn’t get hold of them I have to get out the room as it’s booked but then a manager told me if I want to stay in the room I have to pay 200 euro as if I didn’t pay enough already for mine and my two children’s holiday they had no care in the world didn’t help me to which me and two children’s holiday was stranded and ended up staying at the airport stay clear of this place

Amazing!

+ We are absolutely delighted with this hotel. That’s our second time in. The rooms are really nice, staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is absolutely amazing so close to all sorts of attractions and shops.

+ The staff was so nice , all of them was welcoming and helpful for any questions to be asked . The location was perfect , really close to the beachfront about a 15 minute walk and very close to local shops aswell as restraunts etc . The rooms are nice , it has a ceiling fan what is pretty powerful . The bathroom was nice and modern. The atmosphere was nice got a large pool , near the bar bit in the pool is pretty deep I would say about 2 ish meteres plus . The restraunt food is nice and the bar has loads of drinks ,cocktails,mocktails and other things . The cleanness of the rooms was exceptional cleaners come every 2 days so it stays pretty clean . The noise level isn’t very bad u can hear abit of noice from the upstairs above . It was very nicely decorated with tv in rooms etc .

Great Holiday

+ Stayed here every year for last 10 years staff are always going above and beyond to help in any way francesca is such a lovely person always smiling rooms are spotless cleaned ever 2 days never had any issues or problems with the apartments don’t believe everything you read about this hotel . Just meet wena seems a lovely person also . Lovely stay always.

Class

+ It was a really good family holiday, the food was really nice. The pool was perfect to escape the heat and the staff are hard working and nice. Hotel and grounds were very clean. The entertainment was absolutely class and Michael was fantastic and the kids loved it, bingo and karaoke was good entertainment.

No air con,

+ The fact there is no air con is why it’s only a 3 from me but the staff are brilliant Michael always has a smile on his face and is brilliant with the kids.

Amazing stay

+ Michael the entertainer is phenomenol my son was never bored always doing activities with the kids he made loads of time for each child he made my sons holiday one not to forget we will definetly be coming back here in the new year for this reason. Also maria (antonietta) the lady who works in the pool bar is brilliant she deserves a lot of credit she works so hard she is always smiling & happy and interacting with the customers she is kind and funny The whole hotel is clean the cleaners do not stop the gardeners painters are constantly working overall we cant fault the full hotel the rooms are clean its in a great location right near shops supermarkets pubs the beach I must also add that the lifeguard yasiel is brilliant my son run down to him every morning they would translate with an app haha

Would not go all-inclusive at this hotel

+ The food was not the best we complained to jet 2 rep on the second day although she did speak to the people concerned and gave us a copy of the weekly menu.unfortunaely what was printed on the menu was not served only some of it. The rooms were clean but it took eight days for bed sheet to be changed and twelve days for the pillow sheet to be changed. A lthough the pool was nice rubbish never seemed to be cleaned up around the pool area.

Possible would stay again for cheap Hoilday in mid year but not for our main family Hoilday

Fun family holiday

+ Overall we had a great holiday. The complex was kept very clean and kids loved the pool. The children’s entertainers Lucia and Michael were great with the kids and always full of enthusiasm! The only thing that would prevent us returning is the lack of air conditioning, especially in the bar area where the entertainment takes place. It was uncomfortably hot for guests and staff alike. If there was suitable air conditioning I would rate this hotel 4 stars.

Good what you expect from a 3 star

+ Was a pleasant stay, good enough, entertainment was a bit of let down. Very hot in the venue and small. Food was good enough, but went out for a couple meals during the week to split it up. Room was very nice with a great view.

Great hotel, friendly staff

+ The hotel is great, we are all inclusive and can’t fault the food. Could be doing with a faster toaster at breakfast that toasts both sides but other than that there is good choice and staff are very friendly and helpful when needed. The rooms are good and cleaned every second day, we had a family room it was 2 single beds pushed together which was annoying as they would seperate during the night a little proper double bed would be better. Also no air con but had ceiling fans this was good in the bedroom but the livingroom where my son slept was really hot and didn’t make much of a difference. We didn’t go to the entertainment we felt the room it was in was very dark with no windows and excluded and quite hot with the sunnier climates. The pool is a great size and appeared to be well kept and clean, however, my son did cut his foot in the pool nothing major possibly off a tile under the water near the waterfall bit. I would recommend this hotel though for a 3 star they do go above and beyond where they can. I was here for 2 weeks with my partner and son.

Family holiday all inclusive

+ 2.5* The hotel wasn’t the cleanest. The rooms were serviced every two days, but this mainly involved making the bed with the same sheets we’d had since day one and changing some, but not all, of the towels. The mattresses in our room were like sleeping on slabs of concrete—even the kids complained! Strangely, our in-laws’ mattresses were amazing. 😂 We weren’t overly bothered, but it’s worth being aware that there were cockroaches in the corridors, and we also saw them in the bathroom. The restaurant was quite small considering the size of the hotel. The food was okay, but there wasn’t a huge amount of variety. The snack bar, however, was a great alternative, especially for the kids. The pool was lovely, and I personally preferred that it was salt water rather than chlorine. The deep end was definitely deep! Good luck getting a sunbed though—we even set alarms for 6am and they were still virtually all taken. The entertainment was okay, but nothing special. We didn’t stay for much of it because the entertainment room was far too hot and had no air conditioning. There were quite a few limitations on what was included with the all-inclusive package and at what times, so we ended up buying snacks and drinks from the shop next door, which was actually cheaper. Most of the staff were friendly, but there were a few who were quite rude, especially towards our children. I appreciate it’s a demanding job and they deal with kids every day, but it’s still important to be polite. On a positive note, Antonieta, who worked behind the pool bar, was always lovely, friendly, and welcoming, and she really stood out during our stay.

+ Rooms were nice did have to get up really early for good beds, no air con in entertainment room so it was like a sauna and the god was very hit and miss but e still had a lovely holiday .

Great hotel

+ Very lovely hotel we are here for 2 weeks with 6 days left to go couldn’t fault the place at all. We would definitely return back our only downfall is how hot the entertainment room is definitely needs aircon and be good if the games were switched up abit as being here for 2 weeks can be abit repetitive but Michael and Lucy are AMAZING couldn’t fault them at all our kids have loved coming down here every night. All of the hotel staff is great. Sun lounges be better if they weren’t so flat but again not a big complain we will 100% be back especially for a 3 star hotel worth every penny we spend and have 4 happy children x

Great hotel really warm in entertainment room only thing

+ Hotel was great would come back again , entertainment was made up by the 2 members off the entertainment great people doing a great job , only down fall is the entertainment room is super hot most the time especially when there is a good amount of people in there, over all the hotel was definitely worth it great holiday !

+ Good hotel, do not listen to bad reviews, always something to eat, very close to Town and beach. Rooms very spacious. We didn’t have a hair dryer or a fan in the living room so I went to reception and they gave us one straight away. Very pleased with hotel

Nice But Food Let lt Down

+ Just got back from a week at Laguna Park 1. On the whole, the rooms were nice, although the 'bed' in the living room was very uncomfortable. The cleaners missed coming for 4 days and we had to ask for clean towels. Pool area was great, night entertainment good for families with kids. Reception were very helpful and it's in a great location for the beach. The thing that let it down for us was the food. Breakfast was what you would expect, good choice but let down by not enough staff to clear, clean and relay tables. Mish mash of dishes for lunch, that didn't go well together, some was totally inedible. The same dishes regurgitated for dinner. Good choice of desserts but if you went later, they had gone. The drinks machines were constantly empty, with no alternatives. I loved the setting but wouldn't go back because of the food, l would expect better for the price.

+ Our visit to laguna park 1 was great. Michael and Lucia were nothing short of amazing. Great entertainment for the kids during the day and kids and adults at night. Couldn’t recommend more. Thanks Michael for a fantastic time :)
