Large Flat Old Town

+ Non saprei da dove cominciare.. è stato tutto meraviglioso! La struttura si trova in un palazzo storico di Alicante, in pieno centro e per di più vicinissimo al mare, inoltre è bellissima ed arredata benissimo, ha proprio una sua anima, ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Sonia la proprietaria è una persona davvero squisita, premurosa e fin troppo gentile. Sicuramente ritorneremo c abbiamo lasciato il cuore 🥺

+ Heerlijke plek, maar omdat ik op 4 hoog zat ontbrak er een nooduitgang! Dat vond ik een dikke minpunt. Als er wat gebeurt, je kunt geen kant op! Daar mag zeker actie op worden ondernomen. Een branduitgang is verplicht, ook in Spanje!

+ Kitchen facilities, lots of available beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc), awesome location, as long as you are an early bird.

+ It was spacious and had a well equipped kitchen.

− The bed was uncomfortable.

Two days in the emergency ward, two with osteopaths, lots of pain, caused by a soft "antiquity bed"

+ This apart is big, has excellent location.

− The owner misunderstands completely his duty to provide liveable lodging conditions, as was already apparent from the fact that the apart, despite complaints by previous renters, has still mostly "antiquity decorative" lighting. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the least of my problems; a soft bed caused my first and very serious crisis of sciatica, which turned this stay into an excruciatingly painful experience.

+ Everything was perfect! The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — right in the city center, yet quiet and pleasant. The host was very kind and gave us great recommendations on what to see in the city. Communication was fast and easy. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Alicante

+ One of the most authentic flat I’ve been in my life. This is a pure gem in Alicante with everything you need inside and outside. The place has is own soul and spirit.

Piso con mucho estilo en el corazón de Alicante

+ La ubicación es fantástica e inmejorable. El piso tiene todo lo que necesitas: cocina completa, baño con champú, gel de ducha y otros artículos de higiene. El piso estaba súper limpio, la cama es cómoda, y todos los espacios son grandes y la decoración es todo un puntazo, ¡muy original! Nos recibió Sonia y estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y nos pasó sitios donde comer y visitar en Alicante. ¡Seguro que volvemos!

− No creo que haya algo que no nos haya gustado. Incluso el hecho de ser una cuarta planta sin ascensor es algo que ya estás al tanto cuando lo reservas, y se hace llevadero con los días.

Más que agradable

+ La ubicación del alojamiento está muy bien. Muy cerca de la playa de la ciudad y de restaurantes y lugares para visitar. La anfitriona ha sido excepcional. El apartamento es muy cómodo, con ambientes grandes y equipado con lo correcto para pasar unos días. Muy bien!

− No tengo muchas críticas. El apartamento es un poco oscuro, pero no molesta, considerando que uno no va a instalarse dentro de la casa cuando sale de vacaciones.

Appartement original et emplacement parfait

+ Très bel appartement, très grand, décoration originale, climatisé, bien équipé, literie confortable. L’emplacement est top! Plein cœur des rues piétones au milieu des bars et restaurants, 5min à pieds de la plage et du port, 3min de l’arrêt de bus direct aéroport. Excellent accueil de Sonia!

− Le seul bémol c’est le 4e étage sans ascenseur..

Great central apartment for a fantastic price.

+ The apartment is huge and located in the old town close to the beach, with lots of restaurants close (although we avoided the ones on the tourist street right outside). It's also close to several buses and trams that go to San Juan that has a phenomenal beach. The place is worth every penny, and you can't beat that price.

− The only thing missing was a balcony, but for this price you can't expect one. I also didn't love the bed, but it worked fine.

Perfect location for the city

+ Pros: Location is amazing, right where you want to be. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Staff was very nice to welcome us and gave us a lot of tips on what to do and see. The apartment is huge. Nice shower and all facilities included. Cons: too many stairs. It’s on the 4th floor.

Exceptional

+ The location of the apartment is ideal to explore Alicante and beyond. A short walk to the tram station giving access to El campello, Benidorm and Denia. Also the train station is only a few hundred meters further on from here Madrid, Valencia, Cartagena and Zaragoza are just some options. There's many restaurants of various cuisine on the doorstep. A wonderful apartment with an eclectic decor that really grows on you.

+ The location was convinient but very noisy late in the night, both in the bedroom and the living room

− The owner kept too much of his stuff in the apartment. Too much old furniture falling apart.

+ Location was great! The apartment is really special and with a lot of character. It is so spacious. We didn't miss anything, the place is well equipped. Sonia, met us to hand us the keys, she was very helpful and gave us a lot of advice on Alicante. She was always available to answer our questions (Thank you :) We had a great time!
