+ La cercanía a la playa, si bien estás en primera línea debes saber que hay que bajar unas escaleras para el acceso a la playa justo enfrente, sales por una puerta de la piscina al paseo y si no a la derecha unos 600 metros vas a la playa del inglés, llena de bares y tiendas, con hamacas y sombrillas a buen precio. La chica de la limpieza y el de mantenimiento encantadores, siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

− Tuvimos una incidencia, se rompió el termo y aunque todo se soluciona bastante rápido, la primera noche fue regular. El sofá quizás un poco sucio, pusimos sábanas para sentarnos y sería bueno que en el baño pusieran algún mueble extra y más Perchas para las toallas, es muy amplio y caben.

Mooi appartement

+ Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers waren schoon en zagen er mooi uit. De douche is heerlijk! Bedden lagen prima. 2 supermarkten op nog geen 5 min lopen afstand.

− De kakkerlakken en gekko's! Tuurlijk hoort het er een beetje bij en valt er niet altijd iets tegen te doen, maar we troffen iedere avond minstens één kakkerlak aan in het appartement. Soms wel 2 en één keer zelfs 3. Ook hebben we 2 gekko's gezien binnen, maar die zijn gelukkig niet vies en deden niks.

+ Tolle Lage, direkt an der Promenade aber nicht mitten im nächtlichen Trubel. Der Poolbereich bietet ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste. Vom Balkon hatte man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer, zum Strand sind es jedoch einige Stufen. Restaurants, Supermarkt etc. alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

− Geschirr und Besteck ist nur in geringer Anzahl vorhanden. Eine Kaffeemaschine hätte es perfekt gemacht.

Fabulous week

+ Just got home to a very cold and wet England. Had a lovely week here immaculately clean. Fabulous location. Close to all bars restaurants and the beach although there is quite a lot of steps down to the beach. There is a lift back up if you walk into maspalomas. Fantastic weather 37c yesterday. Want to book for next year but found out these apartments are being taken over so I am unable to book sadly. However I'll keep trying. Would highly recommend these apartments. Word of advise take you're own dishcloth and fairy liquid and dishwasher tablets as non provided.

+ Todo. La tranquilidad del alojamiento, lo amplio y moderno que es a pesar d que la fachada sea totalmente diferente. La ubicación es excelente, las vistas, el tamaño de la nevera y congelador, la limpieza, la comodidad de las camas, tener aire acondicionado en toda la vivienda, tener la playa justo ahi, que tengas acceso directo a la avda.. es un lugar ideal y repetiremos seguro.

− La mayoria de los canales de tv estaban en otro idioma y no te permitia configurarlo .. y la conexión de una puerta con otra vivienda que esta condenada, nadie en recepción nos aviso y el susto que nos llevamos ppr la noche de los otros huéspedes intentando averiguar a donde daba la dichosa puerta... De resto todo estupendo.

+ Phenomenal place with a beautiful view of the ocean, close to the center of Maspalomas. The pool was spotless and amazing – a perfect spot for relaxation.

− There were a few downsides: the electricity in the apartment would sometimes cut off completely under higher load. At the beginning of our stay, there was a strong smell of fresh paint in the apartment. Also, there’s a construction site across the street, causing a lot of noise early in the morning.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and would certainly come again.

+ The location overlooking the promenade and sea was excellent, the apartment was spacious, light and airy with a good terrace above the pool. The staff was very friendly and obliging, and Mary at Reception (Marieta Hotel) was so kind and helpful in returning my mobile to me in England when I mislaid it just before leaving for the airport.

− A small thing, but important for guests staying a short time - the washing machine had no powder, and there was no washing up liquid or sponge in the kitchen. No one wants to have to buy excess amounts of those for a couple of days. Please provide, other apartments do! Also, the range of cooking equipment was poor - only a few utensils, and no sharp knives at all.

Nice but could be so much better with a few small improvements.

+ Location and most fixtures and fittings were good and as expected.

− Unfortunately our room was linked to another by a single door with no soundproofing. We could hear everything the people next door were saying and they weren’t being particularly loud. In my opinion there should be two doors with soundproofing between as in other hotels I’ve stayed in. Other than that, the kitchen stools are badly worn, rusty and need replacing. The smoke alarm was missing and the pool and surrounding area was not cleaned properly.

+ The place we stayed was a very nice property. We were on de 2nd floor and the balcony had a gorgeous view of the ocean. It's located right next to the boulevard and beach. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy and the kitchen had pretty much all basic necessities. Bathroom was also nice with a good shower. The pool and garden area was well maintained and clean. There's a bus station that takes you to the airport, just a few steps away. Overall, it was an excellent stay, I was with my parents and they loved it too. The staff of this place is also super friendly!

− Could have left some cleaning products in the kitchen. Messaged the property regarding where to collect the keys twice received no reply, luckily there was a cleaning lady at the property who took us to the hotel who hold these.

+ The apartment looks exactly as on the pictures. Amazing ocean vew. The beaches were quite close. The nearest one you must go through lots of stairs, so we don't recommend. There is another one a little bit further down, the stairs are a lot less and there is a way for wheelchairs or bicycles. The difference is about 2-3 minutes. There are sunbeds and parasol for 2,50 euros each. Quite few shops nearby. The pool is in the garden and only people from these 8 apartments can use it. Cleaners come every other day, no service during the weekend. You must get your keys from LABRANDA Marieta hotel, which is opposite the bus stop. You can get bus 90 or 66 from the airport, the journey is about 20-30 minutes. The ticket is 3,50 euro per person. We booked half board, the restaurant is in LABRANDA Marieta Hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was tasty but quite basic. Also, no enough fresh fruits. No fresh pineapple for example, it was from compote. But we are not picky so for us it was ok. Staff was very friendly. We highly recommend that apartment.
