Der Aufenthalt war wie gewünscht bzw. erhofft gut.

+ Centrale Lage, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar, ebenso öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

+ Der Gastgeber Rafael und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und sie haben mir das AurBNB persönlich übergeben. Es hat mir sofort extrem gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist absolut komplett und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist extrem gut und zentral. Bei der Anreise bedenken, dass das Taxi nicht direkt vor die Haustür fahren kann, und es gibt auch keinen Aufzug (1.Stock). Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator lassen die Außentemperatur vergessen. WiFi funktioniert gut. Morgens um 5:00 wird die Straße gereinigt, mich hat es nicht gestört. Manchmal verirren sich ein paar Nachtschwärmer in die Gasse. Man ist mittendrin und sehr komfortabel. Ideal für einen Urlaub in der Stadt. Vielen Dank an Rafael und seine Frau

Top Lage und Appartment

+ Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Besonders praktisch waren die zwei Strandtücher und der Sonnenschirm, die zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Rafael und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in sowie der Check-out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Die Lage ist hervorragend – man befindet sich mitten in der Stadt und kann alles bequem zu Fuss erreichen. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig. Man hört Personen, die unten beim Eingang des Gebäudes vorbeigehen oder sich unterhalten. In einer so zentralen Stadtlage ist das jedoch nicht ungewöhnlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

We enjoyed our stay!

+ The location was great for easily accessing historical sites, great restaurants, and delicious coffee. Rafael offered excellent communication, which made checking in and out efficient and easy. The room was very comfortable and spacious for two.

− Unfortunately the clothes washer was out of order at the time of our stay, but that is temporary and will likely be repaired soon.

+ Mooi, hip appartement. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Veel spullen die handig zijn om te hebben, parasol voor naar het strand bijvoorbeeld. Wasmachine heel fijn.

− Helaas niet goed geslapen door veel lawaai van buiten. Voorbijgangers na het stappen of een verbouwing ergens tegenover. Oordopjes lagen er, maar dat werkt natuurlijk niet top.

+ Beautiful apartment in the heart of Malaga. It is so well equipped with every possible appliance you could need. Fantastic location just off yhe main street. Very comfortable. Very kind hosts. We loved it.

− The street itself can be a bit noisy as there's a school opposite, but only an issue if you intend to have lazy mornings during the school term. Some noise is to be expected if you choose to stay in the centre of such a lively city!!

+ The apartment owners warmly welcomed me to a beautiful clean space with a well-equipped kitchen, a big shower, air conditioning and everything you really need. A comfortable bed with a large ceiling fan above that can instantly cool you down on hot days.

− The apartment is in the centre of Malaga, which is convenient from one side. On the other hand, the apartment is not well isolated from the outside nightlife, which is sometimes perfectly fine, but it can also be loud. It depends on your luck and tolerance. The owner offers earplugs if needed.

+ Apartment is amazing, new, clean, fancy! There are all things what you need to feel comfortable. Bed is great, kitchen well equipped. I love the painting on the wall! Chapeau bas for designer!

− Well, it is not about apartment itself. Just for your understanding: apartment is brilliant but location can make some issues if you want to sleep at night. If you are in Malaga for party, nightlife location is perfect - 1 min and you have amazing restaurants and shops.

+ It was a very clean, beautiful appartment and the location was great. Also the host, Rafael, is a very kind and lovely man and he gave us tips for the best restaurants and sightseeing places.

− The only downside of this vacation was the noise coming from the streets at night. It is very noisey when you are trying to sleep, but there are earbuds available for you.

+ Raphael is a great host, it was a perfect communication with him. He gave us good recommendation on what interesting places to visit. Nice, modern and clean apartment in the center of Málaga. You can walk from the train station to this aparment within 15 minutes. Apartment included everything you need for your stay there (wifi, fridge, dishes, coffee maker, towels, shower gel, shampoo). We really enjoyed our stay there.

+ Very charming apartment in the center of Malaga, close to all places of interest. Very well equiped and clean. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

− Even though the street is not a main street, the noise is coming in if people are talking in the street, but hey, you are in the center of Malaga. For the moment they are also working in the next door building so drilling starts around 08H30. Check maybe with the owner when this will be finished. I slept well with ear plugs.
