+ Ontvangst was goed geregeld. Even bellen als je onderweg bent en iemand wacht je op voor uitleg en de sleutels. Centrale airconditioning is erg fijn. Appartement was schoon en netjes. Alles voor het verblijf was aanwezig. Er zijn zelfs ligstoelen. De ligging is top als je niet meteen naast de feestcafe’s wilt verblijven. Die zijn in zo’n 15 minuten lopen te bereiken. Het strand zie je vanaf het balkon al liggen, daar loop je in een paar minuten heen.

− Het putje van de douche in de grote slaapkamer zit af en toe verstopt. Er is ontstopper aanwezig en dat werkt goed. De centrale badkamer heeft hier geen last van. Het zwembad is niet toegankelijk, die is aan vervanging toe.

It was a VERY enjoyable stay.

+ The apartment was really nice and the location was perfect , so close to the sea and the shops were close by. Natalia (the key manager)was really nice and friendly and helpful. Beautiful sea view from the balcony.

− It didn’t have a smoke alarm.

− The towels could do with being replaced there was visible stains on white towels of old tan which was not acceptable. The en-suite was flooding the floor and bedroom The manager i was dealing with sent up a bottle to pour down the drain. but made no difference we did not use the shower in that bedroom for the week Overall for the money we paid it is a beautiful apartment but not good value and overpriced.

Expected more for the money spent.

− Told a week before stay swimming pool not available. Washing machine not working. Took 3 days for them to acknowledge that and then we were left with no washing machine for the whole stay so had to spend a lot of time at a laundrette. Only one pillow and towel each. We asked for more but were told they couldn’t. Eventually given some old towels half way through our stay. Would have expected some money back due to no swimming pool or washing machine.

+ great apartment very clean and spacious, very comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace, good kitchen equipment, 2 sets of keys, we were 7 people so it's very important, Nataliya is very nice and helpful I will definitely go back there 🙂

+ Large clean spacious property. Great outside space. Good views. Good facilities in the apartment itself.

− Confusion regarding sun beds despite me specifically asking which ones belong to the apartment in the communal area. You don’t go on holiday to be told off by the neighbours.

Fantastic apartment in a great location for a family stay.

+ Lydia UNO was clean, spacious and well equipped. As an extended family of 8 we were all delighted with the apartment and everything that was in it. The air conditioning was excellent and we loved the welcome pack when we arrived. There was lots of storage and we really felt at home.

− It was great to have access to a pool however the water restrictions meant that the patio area was very dirty due to dust. It was difficult to stop this getting into clothes and feet. The sun beds for the apartment were also dusty and tired, we were a bit envious of the sun beds for apartment 2a!

+ It's a lovely, well equipped apartment with great views from the balcony and comfortable seating. The location is excellent, close to beach and restaurants - this was very important for us as our group included people with mobility issues. The company responded quickly to our enquiries and requests. Beds were comfortable and we all loved the swimming pool

− We were alerted to the fact that the shower is the en suite was leaking. It was actually leaking quite badly, if two people had a shower in close succession it quickly flowed out of the shower tray and out into the corridor. We asked for and were quickly given extra towels to mop the floors with but it's not what we expected on a holiday and it could have been a risk (for slipping/falling), should be fixed asap
