+ El apartamento está fenomenal y la piscina, la ubicación inmejorable todos los servicios cerca y para moverte por la isla perfecto

+ Nos ha encantado, buena zona en el centro de la isla pero alejado del turismo, el apartamento bastante renovado y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para menaje, buena terraza, muy bien tener smart tv, aparcamiento en las instalaciones, vecinos simpáticos, además han sido muy detallistas dejándonos varias toallas para baño y piscina.

− Por poner una pega, ciertos días a algunas horas había un olor muy fuerte a cañerías en el baño, pero bueno se disipa al abrir las ventanas, no es un problema grave, pero lo demás todo bien.

+ La tranquilidad para dormir,urbanización sin ruidos y por supuesto,la amabilidad de Vicente,atento en todo momento,te hace sentir como en casa.

Die fehlende Waschmaschine war ein Manko. Die Unterkunft ist unter Preisberücksichtigung in Ordnung

+ Die Unterkunft war sauber, sehr gutes Bett, sehr gute Dusche, absolut ruhige Lage, sauberer und genügend großer Pool. Kontakt zum Vermieter problemlos.

− Die Waschmaschine war bei Ankunft defekt und wurde erst am letzten Urlaubstag ersetzt. Küchenutensilien unvollständig und zusammengewürfelt. Unbequeme Stühle.

− Por decir algo, diría que la nevera es muy pequeña y enfría poco y los primeros días pasamos bastante calor sin aire acondicionado

+ Apartment and pool area absolutely beautiful. Plenty sunbeds for everyone.Safe in apartment for all valubles . Cooking facilities with pots and pans . Washing machine in apartment so our holiday clothes were cean and dry going home Very quiet complex. No late night noise. Apartment had everything to accommodate a lovely holiday. Very close to beach and restaurants shops etc. Will definitely be back to this complex. Vincent the owner was a gentleman and kept in contact to make sure everything was OK. Would highly recommend this apartments for a nice quiet holiday. Ground floor apartment so no steps ideal for someone with walking aids. Security rails on all windows to give you that extra secure feeling. Taxis into Porto del carmen main strip about 4 euro very cheap . Local bus service 3 minute walk will take you through the main strip and into old town . Would highly recommend this complex.

+ Small apartment but with all utensils etc, had everything we needed, kettle, toaster, microwave with oven, lovely pool, very quiet location, but occasional noise from above, but that can happen anywhere you go.

Perfect place to spend holidays

+ Perfect place to spend holidays: 1) excellent location close to a very large and not crowded beach Los Pocillos, which is much better than in Puerto del Carmen 2) apartment in a quiet gatedestate close to the beach and supermarket 3) well equipped apartment with nice spacious terrace 4) very polite and friendly host communicates quickly and efficiently via the internet. Thank you for nice stay 🙂

+ Apartment was excellent, clean and fragrant, very well equipped with all the necessary necessities both in the bathroom and in the kitchen (hairdryer, iron, washing machine, cleaning products, extra towels for the beach, etc..). The owner Vicente is very kind and gave all the necessary information through whatsup. The apartment is in a closed part where you can enter only with a code. There is also a swimming pool in the yard. Parking is right in front of the building. Excellent location, easily accessible to all parts of the island.

− Everything was great. Only thing I can mention is that wifi could be better, there were some periods when it wasn't working but it was not so important.

We had a great stay!

+ The accomodation was perfect for our 7-day long stay, it contained everything from washing machine to a fully equipped kitchen. It is located very close to the beach and a store. It’s beautuful with its pool and a cute cactus garden and was very clean. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it!

+ Location was great, close to centre. Clean and tidy apartment and good contact with the host. Apartment contained all the essentials.

Ideal quiet place for a relaxing holiday near enough to everything you might need

+ Locality of the property was within easy walking distance of a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Property is small but wasn't an issue as very good use of space was made for storage, drawers and wardrobes etc.

− Change of bedding and towels would have been expected during our two weeks stay rather than being expected to wash and dry our own. Having said that, the washing machine was found to be useful during our stay. Property description stated there to be an oven but only hob and microwave/grill provided. Huge TV but unfortunately no English channels

+ Quiet place at the end of a road so no road noise, short walks or very cheap bus rides to the main town centre (or a 25 minute leisurely walk) but nice restaurants at the end of the road. Recommend Marcos bar in the area for service and beers (or the upper deck in the main town if you like a craft beer) and the local spar for food shopping. Short walk to the beach and only €12-16 euro for a taxi to the airport.

− Not much, maybe a real oven rather than the microwave/grill but thats a minor issue. Eating out is cheap!
