Проживание было максимально комфортным и приятным.

+ Нас очень тепло встретили, всё показали и подробно рассказали. Апартаменты были идеально чистыми: посуда, кухня, духовка, чайник — всё в отличном состоянии, готовить было очень комфортно, есть абсолютно всё необходимое. Чистое постельное бельё с приятным запахом, много полотенец, чистая душевая. Отдельно хочется отметить большой балкон с красивым видом и кусочком океана — вечерами было особенно приятно там проводить время. Территория комплекса ухоженная и очень красивая, с бассейнами.

+ Nice, clean with a good view. It was very quiet and had everything we needed. The pool was impressive. Good location although it’s a medium walk to the beach. The host was very kind and helpful. And the place was nice and roomy with a TV with many channels and also games and books. The area is very nice with a lot of restaurants around. We would definitely recommend and wish to repeat our stay!

− Tenerife is famous for it’s flying cockroaches, and, although the place itself didn’t have any, if you want to leave the door open to let the wind in at night, be careful cause we did that and one flew right in! We would recommend the owner to put a mosquito net on the door. Also, the pillows weren’t very comfortable and the water ran cold very fast.

− - 1 mancata flessibilità e disponibilità dell’host - 2 stoviglie non complete : comprato mollette per stendere e persino scolapasta ecc- 3 la camera da letto con piccola finestrella dalla quale non entrava aria per tendina coprente che ostruiva e non facendo corrente con l’altra stanza non cambiava mai aria oltreché si affacciava all’esterno ad altezza uomo/ scale e si temeva entrasse qualche malintenzionato visto il via vai continuo di persone che girovagavano a tutte le ore - 4 ventilatore a soffitto a pale in camere con rumore fastidioso se lo si accendeva -5 balconcino con piccolo tavolino esterno e quindi non utilizzabile per mangiare all’aperto in tre costringendo a mangiare su una penisola con sgabelli - 6 rumoroso perché si affaccia su strada trafficata - 7 difficoltà trovare parcheggio auto - 8 non adatto a persone in difficoltà a deambulare per scale presenti dal cancello di entrata fino a casa: non semplice gestire la spesa da parcheggi distanti fino a casa tramite due rampe di scale - 9 piano cottura ad induzione lentissimo - 10 wc sì incanta spesso e non carica acqua - 11 caffettiera moka da 6 tazze che per due adulti fa sprecare caffè a go go - 12 gli addetti alle pulizie hanno comunicato all’host di aver trovato cose mancanti ( tipo ombrellone ), padella rovinata e piatti rotti quando in realtà abbiamo addirittura lasciato tutte le provviste avanzate compresi i detersivi lavatrice , piatti e bagno, frutta in frigo , acqua, biscotti , pasta zucchero in bustine , riso intonsi , ecc ( prima volta che ci capita una situazione del genere!)

+ The apartment is very cosy, super clean, with everything you need for living there: cooking utensils, spf creams, iron, linen, towels etc. Even flowers and decor :-) Located in a nice complex, with balcony and walking distance to the promenade and beaches (7-10 mins). You can really feel like at home there!

− If you come there during cold season, keep in mins that the swimming pool is not heated

+ The apartment is good and clean. It has the basic things you would need to stay and have facilities to cook and do laundry.

− It was a bit more noisy than I expected due to the location (quite close to the traffic-heavy street) and people walk by.

I would use these apts again

+ Clean spacious apartment.Comfortable bed and living quarters., Sun on terrace most of the day.

− Property would benefit from some reclining chairs/sunbeds on terrace.We purchased airbeds to use to sunbathe on terrace.

We had a wonderful stay in a excellent apartment,just beautiful.

+ Location of the apartment was wonderful.Just a short walk from restaurants & bars. Our host met us, & was so very helpful insetting everything up for us,internet etc, & he is such a lovely man. His apartment is just beautiful,every thing you need, & the terrace gets the sun all day. Will definitely return.
