− En la entrada del edificio y de la casa había una obra para cambiar todo el suelo (se que es casual pero nos ocasionó molestias)

− El sofá cama es complicado de montar. La ducha es muy estrecha. La puerta de entrada, también muy estrecha (no pasa una silla de ruedas)

Good apartment in a quiet area

+ The host was friendly and helpful at all times and was super accommodating to all requests, even though we had a very late check-in. The apartment was clean and fully furnished. The area was nice and quiet.

− The location of the apartment is quite far from the city center, and at night, it takes an hour to get to the apartment by bus from the city center, and the bus is the only option because there is no metro station close. Also, even though the apartment is advertised as a 5-person apartment, I would not recommend it for 5 people because 2 of you will have to sleep on the living room sofa, and the sofa is not comfortable at all. Also, more pillows and bed covers would have been helpful to have. Another inconvenience was that there was no ventilation of any kind in the bathroom, and you also could not lock the door to the bathroom. The air conditioning in the apartment kept turning off by itself and would not keep running throughout the night, so we would always wake up in a warm apartment.

+ It was lovely area, the property itself was nicely stocked up and had appliances we need and use on a daily basis. As a new mum, I was comfortable and was provided with a high chair and cot for my baby.

+ For a family with children is perfect . Outside of the main city , park near by , supermarkets ( all walking distance ) , access to buses or train for the centre of Barcelona . An added time of 25-35 minutes from the apartment to let's say Ramblas.

+ The location is near the train station and near the mall, which is convenient. We had all the facilities needed, and the apartment is big enough for a family (2 adults and 3 children). It was a good choice for us.

Best equipped apartment for family stay and the location is superb and convenient especially for its proximity to the BC

+ This is one of the best apartments that we stayed during our 1-month travel through Spain and Portugal. The apartment is well equipped for all necessity for family stay for maximum convenience. We chose it since it is close to the BCN for our departure flight. Though by default the guest is advised to park car at the curb outside the building, when we arrived after 8pm, there was no space available, the host Maria helped us connect with his brother who offered us a private parking space in a garage two blocks away within 5 min walking distance. It exemplified Maria’s customer orientation and attentive care to details. Next to the garage, you can find Condi Express and a decent restaurant, all super convenient.

− The day we arrived was the day for Spanish election thus everyone in the neighborhood seemed to have come back thus leaving no place to park on the street. But as mentioned earlier, if you notify the host Maria, she will most likely help you out. In our case she arranged for us to use her brother’s private parking space that is within 5-min walking distance.

− The entrance area smelled like an old hotel. The keys did not work well. Hard to find a parking spot if you get there later in the afternoon.
