+ Buena ubicación. tranquilo, muy cómodo, limpio y espacioso. Completamente equipado. La piscina del complejo es una maravilla.

− Sin aire acondicionado en la planta inferior, donde hay varios dormitorios.

− Il y a une forte odeur d’égout dans une chambre en bas il a fallu que je bricole avec des sacs poubelle, un cache hermétique au sol ou il y a une trappe.

+ Super eingerichtete Küche, sehr unkompliziertes Check-In und Check-Out, gemütliche Sitzplätze draussen, tolle Lage, coole Poolanlage.

− In der kleineren Wohnung gibt es ausser der Bar keinen Esstisch drinnen, ist aber auch an den meisten Tagen nicht nötig.

A wonderful stay for a family holiday

+ The apartment was well equipped and well decorated. Unfortunately no Aircon in the downstairs rooms but the Aircon we did have worked wonderfully. All 3 outdoor seating areas were lovely and the kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. 3 toilets were welcome with 7 of us staying. The pool area was clean and there was absolutely no sunbed wars with plenty of beds always readily available. On a number of occasions we were the only ones using the pool in the morning, it did get slightly busier as the day went on but plenty of sunbeds remained unused.

− Unfortunately we travelled the second week of the UK school holidays 30 July - 9th August which is apparently still part of low season in Gran Canaria so many of the restaurants in the local area were closed, especially at the start of the week but more things opened on Friday and Saturday evenings.

+ Amazingly equipped villa. Excellent location. The pool area was fantastic. Perfect place for a family vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay.

+ Extremely well equipped and clean kitchen, and lounge area (with large TV with a good selection of features), good aircon in the lounge and two bedrooms. Short walk to a large swimming pool and jacuzzi. Outside areas at front and back were quite secluded and provided good options for morning and evening dining. Would recommend taking a headtorch if using the BBQ at night since the area was unlight.

+ The room is well-equipped, providing everything we need. The surroundings are quiet, and the location is great. The householder is welcoming. The presence of a dishwasher and an outdoor BBQ grill are definite pluses. +++

− I am very satisfied with the house; there is nothing to complain about.

+ property is in a very quiet location, very close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Property is very clean and everything you could need for a self catering holiday 

A nice place, dampened by the host who made us feel like intruders.

+ Two terraces and a balcony meant we could follow the sun.

− The second room wasn't made up and the guy who met us was not happy when we told him that we needed the second room making up. He did so begrudgingly, complaining about the cost of laundry. It is none of his business about our sleeping arrangements - if we book a two bedroom property, I expect both bedrooms to be readied. This might seem a minor quibble but it was completely out of order for him to assume we only needed the double room. We were also discouraged from using the outside barbecue. We felt like intruders upon our arrival.

+ The pool was lovely - large, clean. Wasn't busy at the start of the week, but towards Easter holidays it filled up.

− There were a couple of empty units by the pool which I assume are restaurants/ cafes/ shops which have closed down. Would be good to have these facilities open again. Somewhere to buy coffees, soft drinks and sandwiches would be great.

+ Host was very welcoming and helpful ....

− Local bars and restaurants..,.,we ended up walking along the coast to the restaurants in maspalomas..
