+ The apartment is located ia a well maintained, clean and quiet condo with a great view. Basically, everything is there to enjoy your stay and it also has a very nice pool area.

− They ask you to complete an online registration for all guests prior to arrival. If you are not travelling with your spouse, you normally don't have all the information at hand and moreover, I received two fraudulent messages with phishing links containing sensitive data like the date of arrival.

+ De locatie lag op een rustige plaats. We konden zo genieten van de rust, daarnaast was het handig dat de auto op een eigen parkeerplaats gezet kon worden.

− We hebben niet direct een minpunt kunnen ontdekken.

+ A part la gentillesse de Melanie, nous n’avons pas apprécié notre séjour…nous avons fait 2 logements avant et c’était le pire de tous et le plus cher… La vue est magnifique mais comme la plus part des logements de ce type…

− Les coussins très sales, énormément de bruits dans la nuit, les lits pas confortables, le lave vaisselle ne marchait pas, et le câble du seul lampadaire du salon était coupé… Résidence sans charme, avec une piscine vide toute la journée… très déçue de ce logement…

Bella casa vista mare da un fantastico terrazzo

+ L'appartamento è molto grazioso, in una zona tranquilla di Adele, sulla parte alta della collina. Le stanze sono ampie, pulite e fornite di tutta la biancheria. Anche in cucina è presente tutto il necessario. La vista sulla baia è favoloso, soprattutto la sera. Anche il terrazzo è molto gradevole e riservato, nonostante faccia parte di un ampio complesso.

− Per raggiungere le spiagge è quasi indispensabile avere l'auto. Ma è il prezzo da pagare per la tranquillità!

Amazing

+ Very good location. I spent a wonderful month there with my family. The place is great, quiet if you don't like noisy costa adeje. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. The terrace in this apartment is something amazing. The company that rents it is very responsive. I will definitely use their services again when I return on holiday to Tenerife.

+ Very spacious apartment, very clean. Just as it was on the pictures. All credit to the upkeep of the accommodation. Kitchen very organised with essential items required, washing machine too. Dishwasher was excellent. Air con in rooms. Bathroom....spotless. Comfy beds with extra bedding too. Lots of towels ready to use. Comfy settees both inside and outside. Garage available to use. Secure apartments with key only access.

− More information around the distance to the beach would have been ideal. It took us around 35 to 40 minutes to walk to the beach, it was all downhill but a long walk back. Either a car is essential or taxis are a must. These tended to cost is 6 euro each way. Please supply some coasters for hot drinks for your lovely tables, also consider more plastic glasses for outside use. Pool area not great, but then again we didn't know it had one.
