Nice Sunset Apartments

Świetny czas w komfortowym miejscu.

+ Cudowny taras z widokiem - to tu spędzaliśmy najwięcej czasu. Apartament jest daleko od plaż i centrum Costa Adeje- dzięki temu jest cisza i spokój. My jeździliśmy na różne plaże więc nie szukaliśmy miejsca w pobliżu oceanu. Jest fajny basen w tym kompleksie, czynny 10-20. To mieszkanie nie jest w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie basenu (myślę że ludzie mieszkający najbliżej basenu czasem mieli głośno) Wygodne łóżka, duże szafy, wyposażona kuchnia. 2 wygodne łazienki robiły robotę bo byliśmy w 5 osób. W łazienkach podstawowe kosmetyki. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu - super bo nie wsiadasz do nagrzanego auta. Ręczniki na plażę na wyposażeniu. I butelka wina na powitanie🙂

− Byłoby super gdyby było trochę więcej naczyń i sztućców - czasem musieliśmy myć ręcznie bo bez sensu wstawiać do zmywarki kilka sztuk użytych między posiłkami. Przydałby się też większy zapas papieru toaletowego, worków na śmieci, kapsułek do prania i zmywania. To nie jest jakaś duza wada bo to drobne rzeczy i po prostu je kupiliśmy, ale odpowiednia ilość tych rzeczy na 9-dniowy pobyt 5 osób, to byłaby wisienka na torcie

+ Posizione ottima, raggiungibile con macchina. A piedi potrebbe essere difficoltoso.

− Sostituire i cuscini, quelli in dotazione troppo alti.

+ Czyste, świetnie wykończone i w pełni wyposażone mieszkanie. Jeden z lepszych noclegów w jakim byłem. Ogromny taras z pięknym widokiem.

− Pas assez de serviettes et draps et verres et vaisselle, juste le minimum, et a fallu faire du lavage souvent.

+ Apartamento nuevo con todo lo necesario para pasar una excelente estadía. Muy linda vista ya que está en una colina. Lo único que si o si hay que tener vehículo porque no es de fácil acceso a pie ya que hay muchas pendientes. Nosotros lo teníamos.

+ Понравилось все! Из мелочей только одно ,хотелось бы добавить больше тарелок и приборов, если семья большая(нас было 5) то посудомойку приходилось включать практически после каждого приема пищи, но это из мелочей.

Superb

+ The view is amazing. The place was spotless, great facilities in the flat. Comfortable beds. Oksana and her partner were excellent. Despite us being a challenging group they were stellar in their help. There were two TVs (smart) so you can sign in onto netflix, prime, YouTube, Disney, apple TV, etc. And keep watching your programs as well as local TV. There is a dishwasher, microwave, a very large double bed, two full bathrooms one of them is an ensuite. Two individual beds and a sofa bed. There are tables, chairs and sun loungers at the terrace and parking is easy to access and park. There is a lift and the flat it is on the first floor so it is easy to walk upstairs. The pool is large and comfortable but there is *zero* shade so do ask for umbrellas. There are two in the balcony area but they are more beach type and quite flimsy and the place can be windy. Place is quiet.

− There is very little that I didn't like. So these are more suggestions rather than criticism. Some of the facilities are very modern and not intuitive. Having instructions either printed or online on how to operate the cooker, microwave, dishwasher, shower, washing machine, lights would be great. There are two cameras in the flat. I noticed they were off (thanks for that) but I did cover them as it still feels a little invasive. Please provide covers for them. GDPR protects your guests. Although the cameras were off they can be switched on remotely so a physical cover will go a long way. The two windows in the toilets that lead to the corridor cannot be locked and this feels slightly unsafe. A simple bolt lock would go a long way and it is relatively straightforward to install. The place is far from a lot of facilities. There is a market not that far but leaving a map or suggestions to guests on where to buy stuff or what to visit would be fantastic Suggestions for guest: Aqua: this is a large spa at the bottom of the road. Next to the small shopping centre with super Dino (supermarket) and burger king and a few restaurants. Almar Tenerife: great restaurant. Not cheap aiming at fine dining. It is near, 7 minutes by taxi (or driving but you probably want to have some El Griffon or similar so you're best if you don't drive) Los Abrigos is not far and it has some of the best fish dishes on the island (there are a few restaurants here that are all very good) Las Rosas. Venezuelan food. Very good place to eat. You can have some Pabellón Criollo or cachapas (also arepas and empanadas) and it's great flavour, proper Venezuelan food. El gomero (closes on weekends) delicious Canarian food. Playa de las Torviscas is 8 minutes away. If the main parking is full. Go out and turn right, follow the road for about 2 minutes there is another one. It is tight for large cars so be mindful if you have a big truck this might not be for you.

Quiet, clean and comfortable

+ Very clean, quiet, comfortable and with an amazing terrace and view over the Adeje coast! One parking space in the garage. Oksana was very helpful and kind. I would recommend it if you are looking for a nice, clean and quiet place.

Great appartment but not so great location and owner...

+ The appartment is really nice, you have everything you may need and it is spotless. The terrace is just amazing and the view is stunning. We got a bottle of wine offered on arrival.

− This appartment deserve 5 stars but we had some issues during our stay. The second day of our stay there was no water coming out of the faucet and we called the people who gave us the keys. They made it sounds like we did something wrong and that's why there was no water. They came over and were unable to fix the issue, then left. When we called later to know what to expect, the guy told us to call the owner at the number provided in Booking.com, as this was not his problem, he was just there to provide the keys. I did and a man answered talking a foreign language I didn't understand and hanged up the phone on me. I was so upset that I was just thinking about getting a refund and go get another appartment somewhere else. I messaged Booking.com and never got a response. Finally, after maybe 20 hours without running water with 5 people in the appartment (they gave us like two gallons of water to flush the toilets) the issue was fixed the day after. I was so upset that I could have given a really bad rating to this appartment but the appartment itself is great; but not the owner... We also had a hard time to find the appartment when we arrived as the address I got on Booking and gave to the taxi wasn't correct. The owner told me that everything was correct on Booking and there was nothing to change. So the issue was me... The location is far up the hill and it is sometimes really hard to get a taxi when going out. We had to wait for an hour sometimes to get one. We went down the hill the first two days thinking it will be easier to find a taxi down there but we started to have issues with our knees, just going down, not even up...

Great appartment with stunning view.

+ Great appartment with spacious balcony and stunning view. Well equiped kitchen. Appartment was clean an has it's own private parking space. Parents bedroom has its own ac and bathroom. Childrens bed room with 2 single beds and fan. I highly recommend this appartment.
