+ Apartamento muy limpio,bien cuidado y en una zona tranquila. Es una zona donde no hay problema para aparcar. Tiene todo lo que necesites para cocinar y cafetera dulce gusto. Calidad-Precio excelente ,cubrió todas nuestras expectativas. Anfitrión muy atento.

Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können diese weiter empfehlen.

+ Es war eine der besten Wohnungen die wir seit Jahren auf Gran Canaria hatten. An Sauberkeit war diese Wohnung nicht zu übertreffen. Die Ausstattung entspricht der angegebenen Beschreibung. Die Betten waren sehr bequem (zumindest für uns), es war extrem ruhig und von der Nachbarschaft hat man nichts gehört. Für diese Gegend ist ein Auto von Vorteil und einen Parkplatz haben wir in der Seitenstraße immer bekommen.

+ Spacious and bright apartment in a Vecindario, quiet city not far from the airport, Maspalomas and Las Palmas. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable.

+ Todo genial, sobre todo la amabilidad y atención del dueño, que se puso en contacto desde antes de llegar. Estaba todo impecable, la zona era perfecta, y como he nombrado, el dueño muy pendiente de que todo estuviera en orden. La verdad que lo recomiendo.

− la ducha, al entrar, cuesta un poco pq es bastante pequeña. Pero de resto, maravilla, todo muy limpio, amplio, sitio céntrico de donde íbamos al concierto, espectacular todo de verdad.

+ Another visit in Gran Canaria. Very happy to have returned to Nivaria Suite once again ! Nothing has changed since my last visit... still, all very clean and well taken care off, equipped with all the amenities needed, the quiet neighborhood, the usual very helpful and kind host (Ángel)... and the blue sky ! Everything still there ;) Perfect stay

Good location if you have a car, easy street parking. Very comfortable apartment.

+ Really nice apartment, well kept, very clean and comfortable. Quite during the night. It is equipped with all the amenities you could wish for. Everything perfect including the host, who was friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommended !

Good stay at gran canaria.

+ Quiet area, easy to park. This big appartment was very very clean and looks like recently. Very complete good kitchen. 2 WC. All rooms with shutter to have full darkness of you want which is good to sleep late in morning .

− The shower room has nothing to close, so water could go out from bath quickly. You need to be careful when taking shower. The pillows was very thing and not confortable. In every room, even in kitchen is written in big letters that smoking is forbidden.. I can understand the host but is a little bit too much in my opinion. Theses are minor points to improve eventually. Globally it was very nice!

+ Ángel was really responsive, sending lots of details about the area including taxi numbers, restaurant recommendations. The apartment is lovely and spotless. The apartment is fully kitted out with new appliances. The area is very local but peaceful and quiet and the locals all wave and say good day. All in all, I'd really recommend Angels apartment. Gracias!

+ A cozy apartment with everything you need to live inside. The host is very nice and can help you. A good communication with him. A excellent value of money. We really like the accommodation!

− The host was not reachable at check-in time and only contacted me after we had found other place (we thought we got scammed) and support managed to get hold of him.

+ Apartment consisting of two bedroom with a double bed, a single room bed, living room with a sofa bed -a dining area and a seating area with satellite TV & Netflix, air conditioning and a lovely fully equipped kitchen, . The apartment has two bathrooms, and one of them is with equipped with a shower tub. The apartment is located very close from LIDL and bus stations, we rented a car and we visit all the main beaches, driving around 15 -20min max. to any of them, because of the perfect location of the apartment. The area is quite and you can rest :) The host was very kind, by asking often if we enjoy our holiday/ if we need something... The apartment was recently renovated and everything was new including the furniture was very clean, from bedding, towels to the entire location. We stayed for two weeks and every time we will decide to come back to Gran Canaria, we will return to this location with all our heart. We highly recommend this apartment

Loved it and would definitely stay here again in future.

+ Excellent accommodation, clean and spacious with all kitchen utensils provided. Very central and easy access to north and south of the island and for trips inland with hired car. Airport a short distance away and bus services nearby to all parts of the island. Cannot fault this property's excellent accommodation and services. Thank You very much.

− For longer stays of a week or more a broom or brush and pan would have been helpful to sweep the floors and kitchen of dust and bits, to avoid getting under your feet! Not a big issue though.
