Worst experience ever

+ Nothing .. Just left a sick , sinking feeling that we’d wasted money on this apartment . Couldn’t get out quick enough.

− Check in was. Farce . Only got a key by chance as the cleaner was leaving … The property is in such disrepair. Nothing has been done in decades . Furniture falling to bits Kitchen dangerous and unfit for any food preparation. The first thing to hit you is the smell throughout .. Every surface and room stinks of damp , tobacco and poor hygiene… We had the misfortune to stay in room 503 Before having the expense and hassle of seeking alternative accommodation…

+ Location was good- around 10 min nice stroll to the beach. Fairly priced. Felt secure/safe. Plenty of bars/shops/ supermarket within a short walk. Wasnt noisy at night- seemed to be mainly people's own apartments and well cared for. Washing machine was a good addition.

− Bed was uncomfortable- like foam. Pillows were lumpy. Sofa also poor quality. No mirror upstairs. Tv small and none in bedroom.

Fantastic apartment run by a fantastic lady!

+ The apartment is excellent, there is everything that you need. The balcony is very spacious and the sun loungers are the most comfortable that I have ever experienced. The view is amazing and perfect for watching the sunset. The apartment was clean and we felt safe as there is a secure gate to the complex. Plenty of room around both of the pools (no sun bed wars) and the complex is quiet. The location is great, everything you need is just a short walk. There is a handy shop just under the complex. Kate is the best host, she couldn’t do enough for us and even left us a bottle of Prosecco as we were staying for NYE. What a truly lovely lady she is. Thank you Kate. I can definitely recommend this apartment!

− *Very old *Lots of furniture felt cramped in living room *One set of keys - which is impractical for a couple, if one wanted to go to the pool you need the keys to get through the doors then the other is stuck. *Expensive for basic

Beautiful apartment with sea view in good location

+ We message the owner on the way to the property and she met us on time in front of the gates, she shows us around made sure we had here contact details in case we needed anything, apartment had a beautiful balcony with lovely views, it was clean and in a great location for us, will definitely be going back next year

Fantastic stay in an apartment with a great view.

+ Kate is a great host, the apartment has everything you require for your stay. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Kate gave clear instructions to meet up to hand the keys over and went out of her way to ensure we could stay until a reasonable time to leave the apartment for our flight.

+ Peaceful location with nearby shops, bars and restaurants and close to the beach. Large balcony with beautiful views. The apartment has everything you will need. Excellent communication with Kate for handover of keys etc. Choice of 2 pools and sunbeds were always available.The bus stop is right outside. It is exactly as the photos show.

+ The apartment was fantastic beautiful views and very clean and comfortable.

− I had warned the people concerned about our late arrival and told them we would arrive at 8pm.We had to get a local shopkeeper to get in contact with the person who was supposed to be there to meet us with our keys. Unfortunately she didn't turn up until 9.45pm which after a long day traveling was not very good.

Amazing views with great pool and clean complex

+ Amazing views, felt safe and very clean.

− The beds were very uncomfortable - felt 2 single beds wasn’t suitable for 2 large adults! Wood around the edge of bed made it difficult to get in and out of - and very thin mattresses. But this didn’t ruin our experience at all! There was a sofa bed that my husband used!

+ A lovely apartment in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk into the main bars and restaurants and near by Fanabe beach. Lovely big balcony/terrace with plenty of space outside for sunbathing. Pool area is nice and was never a problem getting sunbeds.would definitly stay here again.

It was a great stay with amazing location, great sea view and almost everything needed i would recommend this to others

+ It was great location for price and space! Its a great space for couples families even friends or solo trips as its close to the beach with loads of food and bars near by.

− The washing machine handle was broken, the water piping made a lot of noise worse at nights, also the check in says 8:00am until 00:00am i had delayed flight so rather then arriving at 9:30pm as planned i arrived at 22:30pm and because of this the lady who dropped the keys to me charged me £20 saying after 22:00pm this is mandatory! I was not happy with this but she wasn’t rude about it. Also leaving and handing the keys back she had no plan to let us out the complex and took the keys before we got out and we had to wait to be let out by passing strangers staying at the complex this was unprofessional behaviour for me!

Loved everything about our stay and will be back.

+ Location is perfect - quiet and peaceful but just a few minutes from bars and restaurants. Supermarket and bar right outside as well.

Came back feeling really relaxed

+ The apartment is in a lovely location. Set back from the roads, so little noise. The sea view also overlooks the swimming pool area "which is cleaned daily and also quite" lovely big sun terrace with beds "ideal for chilling with a book" We met Kate at the apartment "she was very helpful with our arrival and departure" The apartment was immaculately clean on arrival. It had everything required for our stay. We will definitley look for this apartment again in the future. Thanks Kate.

+ Good location, great apartment, has all the facilities

− Lack of contact, I had to keep chasing the staff regarding where to meet them for keys, they told me I hadn't paid them when money had gone put of booking com so I had to chase booking who told them they had been paid. Didn't respond to messages, just Lack of communication which is not what you want when you have booked an apartment in another country and want to discuss arrival.
