Perfect Stay at stunning location

+ The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach. The living room and kitchen are very spacious for four people. The balcony overlooks the ocean and offers beautiful sunrises. The balcony is superb. The apartment is clean and equipped with all the essentials. The bathroom with a large shower is spacious, and the bedrooms are spacious and have large wardrobes. The mattresses are very comfortable. (We slept well!). It's very close to local shops and attractions and there's plenty of spaces to park up car The owner contacted us a few days before our arrival and sent us all the apartment instructions. He personally welcomed us with delicious local fruit and water on the day of check-in. We highly recommend it and hope to see you again soon.

− It's very hard to say what I didn't like because I met all our requirements for the duration of my stay, although some places could use a little freshening up.

+ Großzügige Wohnung mit sehr großer Terrasse, die den ganzen Tag über Sonne und Schatten bietet. Von dort hat man einen herrlichen Meerblick. Das Doppelbett war bequem, die sehr sauberen, weißen Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Nahversorger und Strand sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, Parkplätze sind kein Problem. Sehr freundlicher, netter Vermieter.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful, well-equipped home near the beach, with a kind and helpful host.

+ The host, Aurelio, was very kind and accommodating with our late check-in and check-out. Communication was easy, and he was very helpful with his local suggestions. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of a fruit basket and drinking water on arrival. The house itself is lovely, with beautiful sea views and just a five-minute walk to the beach. It had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay and is conveniently close to restaurants and other amenities. We would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place near the beach in Costa Calma.

Il soggiorno è stato eccellente per il relax, la comodità della casa e luoghi da visitare

+ La casa è completa di tutto, ben tenuta e dotata di una splendida terrazza dove cenare al tramonto con vista sulla baia, in una posizione perfetta e silenziosa a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e dalla spiaggia, con supermercato vicino e parcheggio sempre disponibile, e il proprietario cordialissimo e disponibile ci ha fatto trovare frutta fresca, ombrellone, racchettoni e asciugamani per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

− L’unica difficoltà è stata nel trovare l’alloggio, perché Google Maps ci ha portato al civico 21 come se il 33 non esistesse, e abbiamo perso un po’ di tempo dato che nello stesso civico ci sono diversi appartamenti che riportano numeri sulla facciata che sembrano altri civici; naturalmente di questo il proprietario non ha alcuna responsabilità.

Outstanding apartament in top location in Fuerteventura

+ In general, costa calma is among top three places to serve as a base to visit the island. The apartment is located in a modern building in a very quiet location, 15 minute walking to the beach (several beaches to choose from depending on preferences). The apartment is very professionally managed, it's extremely well equipped (way above typical standard) and beds are very comfortable. Seaview is great bonus. Last but not least, Aurelio was an excellent host.

Pleasant apartment

+ Aurelio is a cordial and attentive host; he explained us everything needed and answered all our questions with smile. Beautiful ocean view and nice terrace. Apartment is bright, clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped with all you need (except dishwasher (but we didn't need it)). Smaller cups for coffee (not just usual big mugs or glasses) and good variety of tableware in general. Strong wi-fi. Welcome little surprise - thank you Aurelio, we enjoyed!

− Constant monotonous noise during the nigh and morning. It's not from the apartment or the building but from some more distant outside place, nonetheless it can get really annoying. Construction and road noise during the day (none in immediate proximity and none very loud but still rather disturbing sometimes).

Host was attentive and responsive. Would love, love, love to visit again.

+ Huge terrace and lovely apartment. Everything you need in the kitchen and wifi, tv. Wonderful shower in the big bathroom. You can watch the sunrise from the terrace.

+ Aurelio welcomed us on the arrival and showed us around the property. He made sure we were doing fine during our stay and provided us with lot of information about the island. The property has a beautiful view over the sea, it is nestled in a quiet community, supermarkets, restaurants, bars are in ten minutes walking distance. The apartment was clean and had everything you could ask for.

+ We vacationed in Fuerteventura for the first time. We really enjoyed our vacation. We also liked the apartments where we lived. The host, Aurelio Sandoval, is very friendly and pleasant. He took care of us. When we arrived, he met us and showed us the apartment. The apartment is spacious, bright and very clean. The apartment has everything you need. There is also a terrace from which you can see the ocean. Another big plus is that you can walk to the beach. We have pleasant memories of the vacation. We will happily want to return more than once for this holiday and to the same place and to the same host.

Aurelio was one of the best hosts we ever had, he was always checking on us and making sure that we feel comfortable and

+ it was very clean and we had everything we needed, provided by the host. towels for shower as well as for the beach, extra blankets and pillows, all kinds of cleaning supplies, coffee and tea, even a welcome-basket. He always checked on us and made sure we had everything we need. He even pick us up fron the bus stop and let us stay after check out so we wouldn't have to wait in the heat with all our things.
