Muy mejorable

+ Me gustó la ubicación del hotel, puedes elegir entre playa o piscina y las sombrillas están sobre césped, el personal súper atento y la comida está bien

− Me alojé en un estudio para tres, realmente es para dos, muy pequeño para tres personas, además la habitación se notaba antigua y para colmo me limpiaron la habitación todos los días a las tres de la tarde, con lo que cuando subía de comer no podía relajarme y tenía que estar esperando. Otra cosa es que no tuvieron el detalle de ya que íbamos tres personas, dejar una silla más en la terraza y como mínimo un vaso más en el baño para el cepillo de dientes. Son detalles que en otros sitios si los tienen, incluso con menos estrellas, tampoco ponen una botella de agua de cortesía

+ Plage sans trop de monde ce qui était parfait, la mer nickel repas, on arrive à trouver de tout, beaucoup de plat local , c'est genial la chambre/ l'hotel doivent etre rafraichit, 4 etoiles dans les années 80, mais je dirai que les murs sont fins, on entends tout, il faudrait tout remettre au gout du jour. le personnel est agreable et fait de son mieux. quant aux repas, si heure de pointe...il y a une longue queue devant le refectoire et il faut etre patient.

− Dåliga nyckellås, fick gå till receptionen och byta kort två gånger mitt i natten. Hög musik på kvällen för mig som låg i sängen med feber. Nästan omöjligt att få solstol då alla var ”paxade” utan att någon låg på dem. Dåligt skött!!

Great location. Not relaxing by night too loud.

+ I liked the location near the beach . The breakfast buffet was delicious and staff at the buffet were lovely.

− The noise at night from the activities was extremely loud from 10pm-12am every night. The staff at reception were unhelpful I asked if we could be moved due to the noise and they never responded to that. When I asked questions about the area, the timetable of events etc the response was “check the app”.

Didn't want to leave. Would return again.

+ Good choice of food and full of flavour. Lots of sunbeds with the choice to sit next to the pool or overlooking the beach. Sea was very clear and clean to swim in.

− Some of the scheduled events were cancelled like the foam party and table tennis tournament.

+ Close to sea

− People put towels on sunbeds in the early morning even they don’t use, but to reserve to use hours later and we couldn’t find empty sunbeds. Thats the responsibility of the management and they shouldn’t let this. I couldn’t benefit from sunbeds and umbrellas

Hotel doesn't reflect the price point charged

+ The reception team dealt with our complaint very well and effectively, Miriam in particular showed outstanding customer service.

− The hotel looked older than the one out of Fawlty Towers, we did half board and had to eat out. Went to breakfast and the queue was a 40 minute wait.

− Une arnaque complète, les quatre étoiles affichées vont réellement une seule, pire que Ibis ou hôtel de même catégorie.

Hotel muy bueno en una zona magnifica

+ La ubicacion es magnifica, a pie de playa de excelente calidad, la piscina e instalaciones super limpias.

− Nada, porque todo fue de mi agrado, pienso volver

− La recepción fría y mal organizada.La animación de por las noches da mucho que desear.La limpieza de la habitación de 5 días 2 muy mal .

+ Personal profesional y ubicación al lado mismo de la playa. Comida mediterránea y variada.

− Qué nunca ponía la chica que hacía la habitación las toallas de tocador acorde con el nr. de personas qué residiamos allí...y la playa mucho oleaje( días de nuestra estancia, que seguro no será siempre así) y muchas piedras que hacen que pasear descalzo no sea agradable. Por decir algo!!!

Great for a few days stop off with kids

+ Staff were amazing. Very entertaining for kids. Sea and beach nice and convenient

− Quite dated and run down. Very noisy as rooms are close to entertainment. Food very average.
