+ The location was perfect. The hotel itself I’d immaculate. Totally modern and has high class finishings. Staff polite, friendly and exceptionally professional particularly the young man with the ponytail at breakfast. A great ambassador for the hotel

My stay was fabulous!

+ Everything was amaizing. The breakfast in delicious, you have so many options. For me especially was great because I am allergic to gluten and lactose and I never had so much to choose.

− I love that is near everything. Very clean, the staff is amaizing, everyone really from the reception to cleaners. Literally everyone who works there is very kind, polite and makes you feel welcomed.

Vi kommer sikkert tilbake !

− Very difficult to write anything that I didn't like but I would rather have some natural light in the room.

+ I would like to say that I did travel around the Europe a lot but this Hotel one of the best as there I had all what is required for the people who use the whealchair. Personally I would like to thank the person who meets all of the guests at the breakfast. I didn’t fix his name but I know that he is from Lill. Many thanks!!!

Amazing hotel in the heart of Malaga

+ Amazing stay from the first step into the hotel to check out with the possibility of taking a shower before the evening flight. This is how I imagine the staff of a 5* hotel. Both at check-in and in the restaurant, very nice and helpful staff. The surprise in the form of sparkling wine was a pleasure. The room was spacious enough and equipped with everything you need. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I really appreciate the emphasis on the small details. The air conditioning was functional and efficient. The breakfast selection was breathtaking and very tasty. The location right in the city center. I will definitely recommend the hotel and I will be happy to come back here when visiting Malaga again. Thank you

− The size of the pool is smaller and could be bigger. There are also limited places to lie down by the pool. The fitness center could be bigger and better equipped.

+ From the moment we arrived we were greeted with friendly and courteous staff who were welcoming and hospitable. Even although we arrived prior to check in time, we were given accesss to our room earlier with no need to ask. We also were lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea view room. The staff are professional and provide 5 star customer service. The rooftop bar and hotel restaurant are wonderful. The views are incredible!

− Tenía mi vuelo tarde y casi me quedo sin poder ducharme porque no me daban habitación de cortesía y no disponen de duchas para poder usarlas por este motivo, por subirte la dirección me dió una soluciones finalmente.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they gave us great recommendations and guidance about the city. The atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful, and the location honestly couldn’t be better right in the heart of Málaga and close to everything. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, especially with the beautiful view. The service throughout our entire stay was outstanding, and every member of the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I truly can’t think of anything negative to say about this hotel.
