− We were extremely cold at night, tried everything to get the air con unit to produce hot air, to no avail! Unfortunately this did impact our stay. Also, after one person had a warn shower the water for second person was cold

+ Great location on the Cabo Roig strip, lovely pool area with a little tiki bar. Second time staying in Marzenna’s apt which was spotlessly clean, lovely fluffy towels, A/C throughout and large smart tv with access to Netflix etc also excellent Wi-Fi free of charge

− Everything was honestly great but I would recommend an umbrella on the balcony as it gets sun in the morning & can get very hot by 10am

+ El hotel muy cómodo. Mi apartamento era bastante amplio y bien equipado. Excelente calidad precio. El único fallo que le doy es la limpieza y el WIFI. Tuve la mala suerte de que antes de mi estancia debe haber estado alguien con perro porque habian muchos pelos en el sofá y la fregona olia a pipi. Pero no deja de ser una muy buena opción. Repetiria sin duda.

+ Falta de información en todo momento,solo se preocupaba de los ingleses. Lo del wifi es algo q no tiene explicación hoy en día. Cuando es gratis en todos los sitios públicos/privados. Aunque sea un sitio para estar con tu familia,elegiría otro para disfrutar de las vacaciones q esperamos durante un año .

Cabo Roig after the storms

+ Great penthouse apartment on 3rd floor with a big rooftop terrace with good views. A few items missing in kitchen, cups, spoons etc but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Overall a good place to stay at a reasonable price. ext door to Numbar5 restaurant - try it

+ El establecimiento era muy limpio, cómodo y con todas las cosas necesarias para su estancia! La piscina ideal para refrescarse, los supermercados están a un paso lo único que playa queda un poco más lejos, pero en 10 min se llega. El punto más negativo que en hotel solo se habla en inglés pero hay una persona que te ayuda la que habla en español, pero en general todo perfecto!

Stop gap stay

+ Excellent location .Quite happy with the room side . We were only there on night . However light in bedroom didn't work. patio door didn't lock . Hairdryer didnt work . Pool looked dirty . Had to pay for WiFi 5 euros per day per device .

+ Passez votre chemin c est horrible...réception ouverte uniquement le matin et arrivée à partir de 15h...cherchez l erreur et surtout 1h de perdue. Appartement avec vue rue et pas sur la piscine ou le jardin. Literie d un inconfort total. As de wifi gratuit

+ Fantastic location!!! Easy but secure access to the apartment. The apartment was spacious and comfy for me and my friends. I will be booking there again for next year.

Hotel over Caba Roig Strip

+ Overall, the apartment and hotel is good. Receptionist is pleasant and approachable. Pool is great as is associated garden area. Our apartment over looked the strip if restaurants and not the pool. Apartment had all facilities you could want. But it is in need of some maintenance as blinds in both bedrooms don't work, cushions on couch torn and plastic furniture on balcony is badly worn. But don't think that detracted from a great stay!

Apartment hotel.

+ Don't forget the "apartment". Set midway on a strip of restaurants, bars and some shops, could be noisy but excellent double glazing allowed us to sleep through the 04:30 closing times and non-stop bin collections. Excellent service, but intended for self-caterers. Pool small but adequate, pool bar operates on shared staff with reception. Wifi not free, paying via machine in lobby. Accommodation excellent, double glazed, roomy,clean and air conditioned, balcony with views of the sea 400 yards away. Games consoles set up in reception area, pool table {near pool, appropriately } front and rear controlled access.

Hotel close to restaurants and beach

+ Had problems with noise in first apartment but Angie (the receptionist) was very good and relocated us in another apartment which was excellent.

+ Asked for non smoking and apartment had stale smoke smell

Return visit already being planned for next year.

+ This was a walking football team "on tour", and we booked four rooms in the aparthorel. It proved absolutely ideal for our party as we were local for all the bars and restaurants.

Great hotel located in the heart of Cabo Roig

+ Fantastic location with easy access to some beautiful beaches along the coast. Friendly, helpful reception staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is an excellent experience - nothing is too much trouble! We will most certainly be back to stay at Playa Marina 1!
