+ The apartment has everything you need for cooking and in general. Small touches like kitchen towels, ear buds, hygiene paper, etc. Very clean. It is basic and modest, but very well located - small walk to natural pools, and exit to walk to the neighbouring village Bajamar. Also nice surfing school is in the same building, Supermarket is in the same building. The owner was extremely responsive to any small problems we had.

− Maybe bedding could be newer. But it is clean, so not a big problem indeed. One of the rooms could have a small light as it is a bit dark the way apartments are made in that locality. But we moved one of the lamps.

+ La ubicación y la tranquilidad del vecindario. Es un apartamento cómodo en general.

− Los colchones de la habitación pequeña y el poco menaje de cocina. La limpieza tampoco fue muy buena, ya que en algunas estanterías (sobre todo de los armarios de ropa) había mucho polvo.

Very good

+ The apartment is comfortable and spacious. Being a family we appreciated having two separate bedrooms. Comfortable beds. It's fairly easy to park the car nearby. There's a small supermarket just 1 minute walk from the entrance. The kitchen works well and is equipped.

− It's kind of "on the way" but we didn't like having to stop by to pick the keys in a different location 25mins from the apartment. The living room is a bit too dark (not much natural light coming from the window). A bit too many personal things left in the house from previous guests or owner (food in the fridge, medicines in a box, personal things like tweezers in the bathroom)

+ Excellent location for the beach, hiking and bus stops. The apartment was comfortable with all amenities you need.

− All good. Inevitably can hear the noise of the local deliveries, but no serious issues.
