Condiciones del alojamiento

En este alojamiento no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares.
Informa a Recinto68 con antelación de tu hora prevista de llegada. Para ello, puedes utilizar el apartado de peticiones especiales al hacer la reserva o ponerte en contacto directamente con el alojamiento. Los datos de contacto aparecen en la confirmación de la reserva.
* CHECK-IN is at 3pm, on-line and totally autonomous. Prior to this and to reduce the waiting time, you must at least 1 hour in advance:
* Make the payment of the entire reservation through the link of our payment gateway, you will receive the day of your arrival by email or WhatsApp. (For property policies this is our only method of payment and no cash is received).
* Fill out the guest registration through the link of our Hospy platform, which you will receive after the reservation has been confirmed.
* Once verified that your registration and payment are correct the same day of your arrival, you will receive the access codes to the building and your Studio, and all the additional information that you must take into account during your stay.

* Valid Documents for guests and visitors:
Foreigners: Physical Passport with the entry stamp to Colombia.
Colombians: Original or Digital ID Legally issued.
Visitors: You must present a valid physical document to enter the building.
* If you are traveling with a minor, remember to bring a civil registry and a document that specifies that he or she is your child. Otherwise, you must show an authenticated power of attorney that specifies your parents' permission to travel with you.
* Those presented in photocopy will not be valid identity documents.
*After CHECK-IN:
-The building access code will be active for the entire duration of your reservation.
-The access code to your Studio is a single use to enter on the same day of check-in, and once you enter it will be inactive. When you enter the Suite you will find a card in the card holder or desk, which will function as a key , so *always carry it with you*, it also enables you to have all the energy and lighting of the Studio.
-Due to property policies, only one card will be delivered per Studio.
*Only 1 visitor is allowed at a time (maximum 3 hours)
* Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
* Drug consumption is not allowed.
* Sexual tourism is completely prohibited and the entry of strangers into the building is prohibited.
* Quiet hours after 10 pm.
* Use of the coworking is only for guests and the hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 pm.
* The use of NetFlix and/or any other digital platform is with your own account.
* Inside the building you have an autonomous laundry service with an additional cost.
* CHECK-OUT is no later than 12pm. If you plan to leave earlier, please let us know the time you expect to leave, and when you leave you must leave the card on the desk and close the door.
A deposit may be required at the property.
