+ L’appartamento è pulito, spazioso e ben attrezzato. Ho apprezzato molto la piscina, il parcheggio privato e l’aria condizionata nella camera da letto. Personale gentilissimo. Consiglio a tutti!!

+ On se sent comme dans un petit cocon dans l’appartement et il y fait très calme. Pour un séjour seul de quelques jours, c’est idéal.

− Pour un appartement, certains essentiels manquent comme des sacs poubelles supplémentaires et quelques épices de base (sel/poivre) pour cuisiner. Également des pinces à linge seraient bien, vu le vent à cet endroit.

+ Tres belle établissement. Immeuble récent, Parking privé très appréciable et très belle piscine au 3 eme étage avec vue sur mer. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel pour la remise des clefs. Merci à Matilde et à Marco pour le suivi. Dommage que l’établissement soit souvent réservé je serai bien revenu ici au moi d’Octobre.

+ Las instalaciones, está todo muy cuidado y el jacuzzi y el gym un plus, la cama y las almohadas super cómodas, la ubicación, el detalle de bienvenida, la limpieza, la seguridad del edificio y la atención recibida de Matilde, han sido unos días de descanso increíbles.

What an amazing place!

+ My partner and I absolutely loved the apartment. It felt like a home away from home, with an amazing view from the balcony. The building itself was super modern and secure, with a pool, jacuzzi, private parking, and other facilities. The host, Marco, is super nice and helpful, and we really appreciated him.

+ Location was to far out from beeches and restaurants the walk could take 40mins.Bus service is not to bad spent a lot on taxi's.

+ I can’t believe this one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in and we have traveled widely ok first the apartment is fantastic the balcony is by itself the pool is upstairs the supermarket 4 min walk away this area is really upmarket and feels so nice the apartment has a ground floor parking safe the guys that run this we organise a car for u nothing is too much trouble Oliver is just fantastic and it’s all done with a real smile he loves his island he truly wants people to love it too I can’t praise the service enough it was better than great would I stay here again yes yes yes

+ Great little property with a roof top pool and gym. All properties and facilities was very clean

Well equipped accommodation in a great quiet location

+ The accommodation is located in a nice quiet area with beautiful views of the sea. Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you'll need for a 1-2 weeks stay. Balcony is lovely to eat breakfast and take in the views. The bed is small but very comfortable. Two smart TVs which made it more of a home from home. Comfy sofa also. Spacious shower. Towels, etc, provided. The pool area is fabulous. We had it to ourselves most of the time. Small gym with cardio machines and a sauna and jacuzzi again with great views of the sea and the paragliders. The designated secure parking was also a big plus. We will be staying again on our next Tenerife trip.

− The check-in process wasn't great, which was unfortunate, and the only negative was that we found there was far too much contact in the time leading up to our arrival. We gave the time of arrival at the airport, and it was interpreted as the time we would arrive at the accommodation, meaning i had a message on landing that someone was waiting at the accommodation If this wasn't the case, everything would have been 100%. Found it unnecessarily stressful.

My husband and l were looking for a nice relaxing place and that was exactly what we got. Had a lovely time.

+ The apartment had everything you needed for our stay. Good bed , great shower with lots of room, living area was comfortable and kitchen was clean and well equipped.lovely balcony . The rooftop pool area and jacuzzi were really nice,clean and relaxing just what I was looking for. Would definitely go back .

− There wasn’t a lot of choice for restaurants around . lots of Spanish restaurants but there was a bus stop right round the corner that took us to Fañabé where their was a lot more choice of restaurants and bars.

Perfect for a relaxing break

+ Very comfortable apartment with a beautiful rooftop pool and very handy basement car park. Cafes shops and restaurants all nearby. Adeje is a very nice upmarket area.

− Nothing to not like about this area or apartment but to get the best of the area and island you need to have a car.

+ Great location! With an amazing sunset view (in april at least). Safe neighbourhood, with small shopping center nearby, one Lidl close, plus and other shops. Perfect place for a +7days stay, if you want to blend in, and feel like you are living on the island. Easy to get to, and from the main highway, and drive towards any part of the island. Fast to reach Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Costa Adeje. We highly recomend this place if you drive a rental. Parking place included, inside the building, very safe. Apartment nice and cozy, equipped with pretty much everything you need.

− the only downside. if it can be called like that is the weather that was almost always cloudy around apartment. but it's fault of the weather no apartment) ah yes. the size of the bad on the bedroom a bit small. but it's not big of a deal

+ A beautiful and cozy flat in a nice house, perfect for a couple or one person (only one bed). The view from the balcony to Gomera and surroundings was great. Nice neighborhood with a school, church, coffee shops, bars and restaurants and the Galeon outlet just few steps away. The host Oliver was extremely kind.

− I had some problem finding the right busses, but next time will be better!

Wonderful little apartment

+ Wonderful little apartment with sunny balcony (from 15.00 hours on). It is clean, well furnished, bright, modern, quiet and with a nice view in a new neighborhood. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Netflix available as well as a private indoor parking space. The communication with Oliver the owner was perfect and he was flexible as well.

− A big drawback was the fact that the beautiful rooftop swimming pool was not heated. This means that the water is in winter defenitely too cold to swim in. Because the apartment was not cheap we expected the pool to be heated. Allthough the bed was comfortable is was also small, about 130 cm.
