+ L'appartement est magnifique du point de vue de l'agencement et de la décoration ( matériaux utilisés, choix des meubles et des couleurs...) et très confortable ainsi que spacieux. Situé dans le quartier très agréable du Realejo, il permet de visiter la ville à pied et de profiter de tous les agréments de l'endroit ( cafés et restaurants typiques). La terrasse offre une vue incroyable sur la ville et la montagne. Un coup de cœur !

− - Upstairs air conditioning wasn't working and the host did not fix it during our stay despite our notification. Since we were 3 people 1 person had to sleeping upstairs where it was way too hot - Parking is impossible on the street you have to go to a parking lot and pay significant amount of money - The terrace is unusable during the hot summer since all the AC outdoor units are located there

Perfect apartment for Granada stay!

+ Stunning apartment and rooms. The location is ideal - a quiet street with some delicious local bars, and a pretty 5 minute walk to the cathedral. View is exceptional.

− With little kids there are some tricky things- lift opens straight into the lounge, high windows on the terrace above the lounge are not locked. However these are not issues if you don’t have small children

− Los baños tienen mala ventilación y aunque tienen un campana ventiladora, no resuelve mucho el tema

Comfort and style in the heart of Granada

+ Beautiful flat in a restored building. Amazing view at any time of day. Very comfy beds. Ample storage space. Well equipped kitchen. 2 good bathrooms great for a larger group. Elevator so no trouble with luggage. Excellent communication with the hosts. Lovely to walk around. Would definitely return!

Dream Appartement in a wonderful location

+ Everything with the appartment is great, wonderful location, vey central. The apparment is modern with a view of the oldtown, we were very happy there.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Altstadt Granada

+ Die Lage war sehr gut, die Wohnung sehr gut gelegen und die Möbel und das Geschirr waren sehr schön - hier gibt man sich sehr viel Mühe!

− Das 2. Bett / Zimmer war kein richtiges Schlafzimmer und nur eine Ausziehcouch, da hatten wir was andere erwartet. Die kleine Terrasse nicht nicht so einladend gestaltet- hier ist etwas Potential!

Ein stilvolles, komfortables Penthouse mit traumhafter Aussicht – ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Granada.

+ Das Penthouse war modern, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders die Dachterrasse mit dem schönen Blick über Granada war ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage ist ideal – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der Fahrstuhl war sehr praktisch, vor allem mit Gepäck. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert.

− In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es ein Parkhaus, was sehr praktisch ist, da das Parken direkt an der Unterkunft schwierig sein kann.

+ Location was central and quiet. Apartment was spacious with views over Granada. Lift access was added bonus.

− No internet access for the duration of our stay. Air conditioning was apparently on but had limited impact in cooling the apartment. Only 1 tablet for washing machine.

The apartment is very nice with great view. The air conditioner not working.

− Didnt realize that we had to pick up keys at office then drive further on to apartment. Luckily, our taxi driver waited while we checked in and collected keys. We found that taxis were at a premium during our two day stay and sometimes not available at all. We needed to be at the Alhambra for timed entrance and ran/walked when we couldnt summon a taxi for more than 30 minutes. Wish we had figured out the bus system as it was good within city center. Live and learn🙂 Also, upon arrival, air conditioner not working and let office know. Said they would remedy but not fixed and my husband was very uncomfortable..

Stunning property, perfect location.

+ Stunning property in a great location. The lift opens up into the apartment giving a real sense of luxury and quality. Only 3-400 metres from the Alhambra and the centre of town.

+ Nothing to complain about, everything absolutely perfect and beautiful.

+ Location, character and comfort. Lovely spot and modern. Gorgeous view over the city.

− I have teenage kids, I wouldn’t recommend it for younger ones due to the staircase leading to the top floor. It could do with a few more kitchenware such as, ice trays, chopping board.
