+ Really enjoyed my stay at this lovely apartment. Great view from the cosy balcony. Perfect location in the heart of Las Canteras beach with a lot of nice restaurants and bars. Very friendly and helpful host. Even early check- in was possible.

+ La posizione molto comoda, bellissimo il terrazzino con vista sulla spiaggia. Malgrado sia una zona molto frequentata l' essere al 4° piano lo rende molto tranquillo. Letto comodo, si dorme molto bene. Arredamento essenziale ma c'è tutto quel che serve. L' appartamento è più carino di quanto sembri nelle foto. La signora Rosario è stata gentilissima, mi ha permesso un check-in anticipato di ben 4 ore e un check-out ritardato di un paio di ore, grazie ancora!

− Un lit pas du tout confortable et un vieux canapé usé presque sans assise... Bonne connexion wifi mais une télé ancienne génération et sans Netflix. Quant à la salle de bain, bien que rénovée la porte coulissante ne fermait pas. Heureusement qu'il y avait une vue superbe et un bon accueil du personnel pour compenser.

+ Good location and beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Lovely sunset view! Clean apartment and very friendly host, was waiting to meet us outside on our arrival!

− There was no air con, we had a tower fan in the bedroom but it didn’t work. We also bought some food to cook in the apartment but the oven did not get hot. Although the hob still worked so not really a massive issue as we are out most nights.

+ Fantastic location and views, comfortable bed and terrace furniture, super kind hostess, who allowed us en early check in and late check out, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need! Nothing nicer than falling asleep to the sound of the ocean!

Exceptional

+ The perfect apartment in the center of Las Palmas: beach, cafes, restaurants along the promenade, shopping center El Corte Ingles in 5-7 minutes from the apartment, all entertainment in walking distance. The apartment has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, huge wardrobe, washing machine, iron, and drying tower. There is a terrace with a stunning sunset view, a table, chairs, and armchairs with cushions. The apartment is very bright and clean. Warm welcome, the hostess met me at late check-in, prepared a bottle of mineral water for me, and answered all my questions. I will definitely stay here next time.

Our fourth trip to Las Canteras and our favourite so far!

+ We liked the location, which was excellent as it overlooked the beach and promenade. The sound of the waves in the apartment and on the terrace at all times was lovely. The host was very welcoming and informative. The apartment was spacious, bright, well equipped and very quiet. It was clean and comfortable. There are very good restaurants and tapas bars in the area. We would love to stay there again in the future.

− Minor issues really: the furniture is showing some signs of wear and some additional items are required in the kitchen.
