− Por desgracia los precios son desorbitados, cada año van subiendo más los precios de los alojamientos a cifras disparatadas para el tipo de alojamiento que es este ya que es el típico apartamento muy pequeño y con muchos años. Se está bien pero evidentemente no son primeras calidades pero el precio es como si lo fuera.

+ La ubicación genial, las vistas inmejorables

− Mobiliario y menaje del apartamento muy antiguo y estropeado.

+ Der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Das Haus liegt an einem Abhang. Vom Meer getrennt wird man durch eine kleine Grünanlage und einen breiten Fussgängerweg, an dem entlang man kilometerweit in beide Richtungen am Meer flanieren kann. Aber... das wird auch rund um die Uhr von Einheimischen und Touristen gemacht. Es wird gejoggt, spaziert, geradelt und lautstark diskutiert. So viele Menschen wie da in 1 Stunde sehe ich sonst selten. Leider geht das auch bis spät in die Nacht und beginnt schon früh wieder. Sehr positiv möchte ich erwähben, dass die Kaffeemaschine, die bei unserer Ankunft nicht funktionierte, direkt am nächsten Tag ersetzt wurde.

− Es ist alles da, was man braucht, es sei denn, man möchte nicht ein Studentenappartement mit einem Sammelsurium an Besteck, Tassen, Tellern, sondern möchte etwas mehr Chic. Die Wohnung kann wohl auch für 4 Personen durch die Doppelbettcouch genutzt werden. Ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen innen ist auch vorhanden. Allerdings frage ich mich, wie der gestellt werden muss, damit auch alle 4 Platz finden, da es schon für 2 nur mit viel umstellen möglich war. Wir konnten in der Zeit jedich den Balkon nutzen. Hier gibt es aber nur 2 bessere Stühle und einen Plastikstuhl. Das Bett erinnerte mich an ein Feldbett und für mich war die Matratze einfach zu hart. Das ist aber auch Geschmackssache, mein Mann hat sich gefreut. Die Möglichkeiten für Kleidung fand ich sehr eingeschränkt. Es gibt zwei Einbauschränke, davon wird einer für die Putzsachen, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen gebraucht. Die angebrachten Hängeschränke sind nicht nur ungünstig platziert, z.B.über dem Tisch, sondern auch in einer Höhe für Riesen. Ein Nachtschränkchen oder Regal auf der zweiten Bettseite fehlte mir als Brillenträgerin auch. Die seitlich am Bett nachträglich installierten Lampen hatten keinen Schalter. Sie konnten nur durch das Ein- und Ausstöpseln derLeitung betätigt werden. Leider befindet sich die Steckdose hinter dem Bett. Das Bad könnte auch etwas aufgepeppt werden. Der durchsichtige Wasserhahn ist zwar stylisch, aber im Laufe der Zeit entstehen da Spuren, die doch nicht zu übersehen sind.auch die Dusche mit ihrem Boden und den Randabschlüssen sieht nicht mehr attraktiv aus. Mit etwas Geschick und nur ein paar Euro investiert könnte man hier ein richtiges Schmuckstück entstehen lassen.

Très agréable séjour, le logement est très bien situé, près du train et tout près de la plage.

+ Beautiful view - sunrise.. sunset .. clean room, perfect location near to the beach and restaurants, shops , comfortable bed, free public parking, .. I would recommend this studio. For breakfast you need to eat in Blooming restaurant few meters from studio ! So delicious.

− Could have some washing powder if there is a washing machine.. room and towels had a bit strange smell so we kept doors on balcony nonstop open - then was better .. Would appreciate more informations about entrance to studio and where are lifts to beach or to reception, using a cards for entrance .. we were lost first days :-D we came in the night and they didnt speak english on the reception

Santa Clara and La Carihuela never disappoints.

+ I liked the initial response from the host and subsequently the contact with his local agent. I loved the fabulous view to the Mediterranean, all those beautiful sunrises and hours in the mornings enjoying the sun. Also, it was such a pleasure to have a dishwasher in this apartment and I would definitely book here again.

− All these Santa Clara apartments have their own little quirks but there is nothing to really dislike at all.

Vi sjekket ut etter 3 dager og fant et annet sted å bo resten av ferien!

+ Utsikten fra terrassen var flott bare man fikk skyvedøren opp! Vi var to som måtte skyve og dytte!

− Bøtter som samlet vann fra takene selv om det var innvendige ganger! De var overalt! Lite hyggelig!

+ Super lokalizacja,widok z apartamentu cudo,kuchnia wyposazona we wszystko co potrzeba oprocz deski do krojenia,nie ma piekarnika,blisko sklepy,stacja kolejowa gdzie zajedziesz na lotnisko w Maladze, winda na plażę, bez problemu mogliśmy zostać 2 godz dłużej beż zadnych opłat

− Apartament wymaga odnowienia ale lazienka najbardziej, czy bysmy tam wrócili to tak

l’emplacement et la vue expliquent le prix qui peut sembler élevé pour l’équipement et la grandeur

+ Vue incroyable, ascenseurs pour aller sur la plage ainsi que sur la rue, balcon privé de belle grandeur, belle grande piscine avec peu de gens et bien réglementée, grandes plages très proches ( location de chaises et parasol pour 12 euros par jour) toujours quelqu’un à la conciergerie, grandeur du studio respectable, set de patio confortable, assez grand frigo, air climatisé fonctionnel

− Les lits d’Europe sont loins des matelas de format king du Canada, laveuse qui coule dans la salle de bain (mais elle fonctionne) Dommage que rien n’est fourni en arrivant (parfois les « restants » des autres voyageurs y sont (huile, sel, papier de toilette, épices etc), aucune place prévue pour les valises mais il y a un garde-robe

+ The location was really nice.the apartament had everything you need and was located in the best part of the town.was close to the beach(lots of nice places to go out in the evening )very close to town as well.we did find everything we needed as well chairs and umbrella for the beach .we had a minor issue ,but Carolina contacted the owner and was sorted immediately so people that are saying otherwise they wrong .Carolina was very nice and always ready to help,she even give us a hug at the end.we will book again next year and maybe for a longer period

+ good place for vecation , but you need care about 🐜🕷 in beds , My daughter got a bite from the mattress, please take more care of cleaning the mattresses.

+ Fabulous location in between two lovely areas and beaches. Wonderful views, morning sun, comfy bed with views.

− Bathroom needs a little attention especially the shower tray and there were some tiny ants around it. The kettle and toaster could do with replacing as we had to use a strainer to stop the lime scale in drinks and the base of the toaster kept coming undone leaving crumbs everywhere. We thought they could have been better quality however this did not spoil our stay and we would come again and highly recommend this apartment.
