18 Suite Villa Kuta ★★★★

Kategorie

• Limpieza6,5

Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms, but multiple reviews call out unsanitary bathrooms, ants on day bed and unclear pool water — cleanliness is inconsistent and needs improvement.

• Servicio10,0

Consistently excellent: numerous reviews mention attentive, friendly and helpful staff, welcome gestures on late arrival and repeatedly emphasise very good service.

• Ubicación9,8

Very positive: many guests note a central, convenient location close to Kuta beach, Discovery Mall, restaurants and bars — easy access to amenities and attractions.

• Habitaciones7,3

Generally good: rooms described as spacious, private and comfortable with good beds and private pools for villas; some guests reported dingy or poorly maintained fixtures (broken taps, troublesome doors) and loft layout issues.

• Instalaciones7,5

Mixed: private pools and quiet villas are highlights for many, but common-area pool maintenance, lack of sun loungers and limited drying/hanging options were noted as drawbacks.

• Relación calidad-precio7,8

Mixed perceptions: several guests felt the stay represented good value (particularly villas with private pools), while others felt the property did not fully match claimed 4-star standards.

• Comida y bebida7,9

Generally acceptable: breakfast described as simple but hearty by some; a few guests skipped included breakfast or found it basic — overall food quality is adequate but not outstanding.

• Experiencia general8,8

Overall positive: many glowing stays (‘best place’, ‘fantastic week’) driven by location, staff and private-pool villas, though a minority of negative experiences (cleanliness, maintenance) temper the score.
