+ On a passé 2 semaines formidable on a bien aimé la personne qui m'a accueillie super gentille. proche de tout Magazin plage la piscine très propre et calme Merci Bosque je recommande encore

− Al llegar al destino,los anfitriones nos mandaron un mensaje diciendo que la caldera estaba rota. Llamamos a Booking y ellos nos dijeron que había overbooking... Quién de los dos ha mentido?.....

Genial

+ Natalia, la anfitriona es muy amable. El apartamento está muy limpio, lo mejor es que se accede desde el patio a la piscina. Todas las instalaciones están muy bien, además, están muy cerca los centros comerciales, se puede ir dando un paseo.

+ Aunque el alojamiento en general todo bastante bien, la terraza es lo que más juego nos dió teniendo una bebé de año y medio.

− Algunos utensilios están para renovar. La sartén se nos pegaba la comida. El mocho de la fregona compré directamente yo una nueva. El microondas estaba estropeado y no funcionaba, pero si es verdad que al día siguiente nos trajeron uno nuevo.

BOSQUE, MORE LIKE BOTCHED!

+ The location was very good, close to all shops and restaurants.

− We had to buy tea towels, none in the apartment. The knives of the cutlery were unfit for purpose. The tips were curled up on 3 of them. The hand grater was split, the handle of the sweeping brush was rusted so a risk to us if using. Some of the pillows were not pillows, they were cushions stuffed into pillowcases. The outside small table and chairs should be replaced, they are unusable. The couch squeeked when we sat on it. All in all everything needs to be updated, it's all very dated. Beds hard too. No oven dishes provided so had to buy temporary ones. The cutlery was replaced along with the pillows and the brush after I complained.

Très décevant par rapport à d autres appartements de cette résidence.

+ Emplacement que l'on connaissait deja puisque l'on avait deja loué dans cette résidence. Le fait que l'on puisse garer la voiture sur une place privée et sécurisée. Très belle terrasse

− L’ appartement a besoin d être entièrement repeint. Les murs sont tous tres sales et les plafonds sont entièrement tachés par l humidité. Pas de machine à laver la vaisselle mais pas un seul torchon non plus pour essuyer la vaisselle. Pas de papier toilette d avance, juste un entamé. Ne soyez pas malade la première nuit... Très tres décevant par rapport à ce qu on avait déjà loué les fois dernières. Sans compter le bruit du dessus car c’est un rez-de-chaussée de chaussée et vous entendez tout ce qu il se passe au dessus...

+ I would like 2 setsbof keys because we went out apart and had to wait to get back in till the others arrived! I would deffo stay again with an exrta set of keys!! Apartment was lovely everything you needed there 10/10

Nice apartment, ideal for a short stay in the sun!

− Needs a good paint and freshen up . Furnishings and towels etc need modernising No plug in the sink to wash dishes No toiletries as advised there would be. Beds very uncomfortable.

Beautiful accommodation

+ Apartment was beautiful, had everything we needed for our stay, host Natalia was lovely to deal with and when we arrived she sent me a message where some of the local restaurants and pubs where we could go. The pool was beautiful, and the grounds were immaculate. Lidl was less than a 5-minute walk away. Would really recommend this place for a family for a chilled and relaxing holiday.

− The only issue i had was that the pillows in the bedrooms were far too soft, Other than that, we had a fantastic week.

Endroit exceptionnel, trop touristique

− Urgence absolue le compteur sauté, elle n'a même pas pris le temps de ce déplacer parce qu'il était 20h. Un électricien devait passer le lendemain entre 14h et 15h elle me demande de ne surtout pas bouger. A 16h elle m'informe que électricien passerai à 17h45 la blague. Une journée de gâcher. Et la veille un dîner qui a fini à la poubelle. Aucun geste n'a été effectué de sa part Le confort était catastrophe. Je suis sortie de la avec un mal de dos horrible Les murs son extrêmement sale. Le voisinage au dessus un cauchemar les enfants courait de 7h30 du matin à 1h du matin c'est pareil. Ce n'est pas un endroit pour se reposer.

+ El alojamiento estaba muy bien en general, las instalaciones, piscina, etc, el apartamento estaba bien equipado, aire acondicionado y todo correcto. Supermercados y servicios cerca de la zona.

− El horno estaba roto, lejos de la playa, necesitas coche para ir a las más cercanas.

June 2025 enjoyable

+ Apartment very convenient location. Lidl 5-minute walk, nearest bars and resturants 10 minute walk in Playa Flamenca centre and more if you walk for 20 minutes. Pool brilliant and apartment terrace excellent. Natalia the apartment host met us on arrival and explained everything. she was very good. We walked around the area visiting La Zenia and Saturday Market etc. Not too far to walk keeping on the shady side of the street, so if you do not want to hire a car, this apartment is ideal, but there is a parking space outside the apartment in the complex where you can park. It felt safe lots of gates/ security.

− Beds could be more comfortable, perhaps a mattress upgrade. A bit of a refresh, lick of paint generally would be nice.

Great holiday

+ Great location , walking distance to every thing , great lay out , pool area was excellent, we will use this again . Host Natalia was great , meet us there should us every thing.

The property was better than we expected and the grounds were kept really well and impressive.

+ We had to make own breakfast and other meals. It would have been perfect location except that we found when we arrived that the Lidl supermarket just over the road was closed for refurbishment until the day before we were due to go home. The other supermarkets were too far for my husband to walk as he has Parkinson’s. So I had to go by myself which was difficult carrying all the shopping on my own.

− We couldn’t get any news channels or tv programs on the tv in the room. We also had a problem with the table lamp in the main bedroom not working properly. Also the rail and the curtain in the kitchen came down. Natalia who met us when we arrived came and corrected the problem with the lamp and curtain pole.

A Beautiful Apartment

+ The apartment was clean, in an excellent location. Pool and grounds beautiful. Short walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. Natilia went above and beyond she was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely be back.

Pleasant

+ We liked almost everything about it. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Hand soap in the bathroom, some spices, and salt in the kitchen. Dishwashing detergent and rags were also present, which came in handy. The location of the complex itself is excellent! The Lidl and go-karts are close by. My boys were delighted. The courtyard has a swimming pool, and the terrace was very useful for sunbathing and drying things.

− We read the reviews before arriving and were prepared for what was written about pillows, towels,... But most of all, we were upset by an incomprehensible odour in the smallest room, which was supposed to be a bedroom for children. There are 2 single beds there. We smelled it immediately when we moved in. I contacted Natalia, and she came right away and took the powder out of the closet. But the odour didn't go anywhere in the end. Maybe it's a problem with the room in the corner of the apartment, where there is no sunlight and only a small window. But because of this odour, my kids slept in the big room on the couch and a cot for all 10 days. It was good that the apartment was designed for 6 people.

Exceptional

+ Natalia was amazing, always accommodating and went out of her way to return our forgotten items. The place is peaceful, calm, and conveniently close to a supermarket.

Great location, poor decor

+ Urbanisation was lovely, well kept. Great location, easy walk to bars, restaurants and the beach.

− Furniture all dated and well worn. Table full of stains, lights not working, very few glasses. All crockery mismatched. Just all needs an update.
