Canoas Hotel

Kategorie

• Limpieza5,0

Multiple reviews cite lack of cleaning, unpleasant smells, stained table linens and mold in bathrooms; a few isolated mentions of cleanliness do not outweigh frequent complaints.

• Servicio8,5

Staff repeatedly praised for helpfulness (organizing excursions, providing tips, specific mention of Cristiano); a few reviews note receptionists poorly prepared, but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.

• Ubicación9,5

Consistently identified as the hotel's main strength — ideal for the Transpantaneira and Porto Jofre, very convenient for excursions and local access.

• Habitaciones5,5

Reviews report old, poorly maintained rooms and bathrooms (peeling wallpaper, door frames damaged, gaps, outdated fixtures, some TVs not working); some guests found beds comfortable despite this.

• Instalaciones6,0

Facilities are described as outdated and in need of repair (no shower box in several rooms, limited modern amenities), though the hotel provides practical help for excursions and has a dining area/nearby restaurants.

• Relación calidad-precio8,0

Mixed comments: a few guests call it expensive for the physical condition, while others highlight good value because of location, excursion support and comfortable beds — overall perceived value leans positive.

• Comida y bebida9,0

Breakfast impressions vary but many guests praise a generous/ample breakfast; a smaller number call it simple or limited — overall breakfast often cited as a positive.

• Experiencia general8,5

The stay is valued mainly for location and helpful staff; persistent maintenance and cleanliness issues lower the experience but do not erase the convenience and service strengths.
