Multiple reviewers cited clean rooms and sheets and comfortable beds, though some reported a sticky carpet, a dirty recliner and a generally 'tired' unit across the street.

• Servicio8,6

Staff repeatedly described as pleasant, courteous and helpful at check-in; some front-desk limitations noted (e.g., microwave issue unresolved) and occasional dining service problems.

• Ubicación8,3

Convenient for driving routes and near a smaller casino; several guests noted rooms located in an annex across the street (less convenient, stair access and busy road).

Mixed: comfortable beds often praised but multiple reports of old/tired units, worn furniture, child-sized toilet, faucet issues and an uncomfortable/old mattress in some rooms.

• Instalaciones7,9

Indoor pool/spa and classic wood interior were positives; negatives include no included breakfast, some broken in-room appliances (microwave) and limited accessible bathroom features.

• Relación calidad-precio7,6

Mixed perceptions: some guests found the price reasonable, others called it overpriced (example: $150 on a Tuesday) and felt the room quality didn't match the rate.

Bar food received positive notes (good and affordable); restaurant/breakfast experiences mixed to negative (slow/limited service at JT's, toaster/cook issues, some enjoyed breakfast elsewhere).

• Experiencia general8,5

Generally positive overall: many guests said the stay was good, clean and would return, though annex placement, occasional noise and dining/value issues tempered some stays.
