Emeline ★★★★

Kategorie

• Limpieza8,3

Generally described as very clean and elegant in multiple reviews, but several guests reported strong room odors (musty/mould-like and a sewage-like smell) that noticeably impacted some stays.

• Servicio9,3

Staff repeatedly called friendly, helpful, and accommodating; front desk resolved an AC issue by moving a guest. Some criticism of slow or insufficient responses around odor and valet fees, but overall service sentiment is very positive.

• Ubicación9,6

Consistently praised as excellent — central, within easy walking distance of markets, restaurants, carriage rides, and waterfront attractions; a major strength of the property.

• Habitaciones8,2

Rooms frequently noted as comfortable with good beds and attractive decor, but guests reported issues like dark rooms, thermostat/AC failures, low water pressure, and occasional musty smells that lowered room quality for some stays.

• Instalaciones9,2

Strong amenities mentioned (coffee stations on each floor, on-site restaurant and coffee bar, outdoor lounge, complimentary water bottle) though some guests noted absence of a pool and pricey valet.

• Relación calidad-precio7,4

Multiple guests commented that the hotel is pricey in many ways (high nightly cost, expensive valet, no included breakfast in some cases), reducing perceived value despite the high-quality offerings.

• Comida y bebida9,4

Food and cocktails described as amazing, restaurant atmosphere inviting, and the on-site coffee bar appreciated — F&B is a clear positive across reviews.

• Experiencia general9,8

Most guests reported a wonderful, elegant stay with great location, comfortable beds, and excellent staff; a minority of notable issues (odors, occasional maintenance/noise) tempered some experiences but did not dominate overall sentiment.
