Staff repeatedly called out as friendly, helpful and attentive (named staff praised); however one guest reported poor behavior from a receptionist during check-in.

Frequently noted as an excellent, central location within walking distance of major attractions and with good access to transport; some rooms offer Bosphorus views.

• Habitaciones1,0

Rooms described as clean, modern, spacious and comfortable with good views and occasional balconies; isolated issues reported (noise for street-facing rooms, one blocked shower).

• Instalaciones1,0

Limited on-site amenities mentioned (no restaurant, some rooms lacked AC or balcony); inconsistencies reported across stays (e.g., no AC in winter, shower maintenance issues).

• Relación calidad-precio1,0

Several reviewers mentioned good value for the area and would return or recommend, though one guest felt misled by an upsell attempt at check-in.

Mixed to negative comments: while some said breakfast was good, at least one guest called the breakfast 'not really good' and others had no breakfast included — signaling inconsistent F&B experience.

• Experiencia general1,0

Overall impressions are mixed: many guests praise cleanliness, staff and location, but a few strong negative experiences (reception behavior, room allocation/noise, shower issues, inconsistent breakfast/amenities) lead to a polarized overall impression.
