Hotel Ismaele ★★★

Kategorie

• Limpieza5,5

Mixed reports: some guests note clean rooms and daily housekeeping after complaints, while others report poor cleanliness (blocked/dirty bathrooms, initial toilet filth, and occasional unclean areas).

• Servicio8,5

Consistently positive: multiple mentions of friendly, helpful and attentive staff at reception; staff responded to cleaning issues and assisted guests (including accommodating pets).

• Ubicación8,0

Strong: frequently praised for being conveniently adjacent to the highway, quiet surroundings, and with nearby bus connections — suitable for stopovers and easy access.

• Habitaciones5,0

Generally negative on room condition: repeatedly described as dated/retro, with uncomfortable mattresses, outdated fixtures, problematic shower (flooding), limited AC control and other wear-and-tear.

• Instalaciones8,0

Positive due largely to a pleasant swimming pool and garden; pool is a frequently cited highlight, though some guests reported a dirty pool on one occasion.

• Relación calidad-precio7,5

Good value: several guests mention a solid quality/price ratio and satisfaction given the price paid, making it a reasonable stopover option.

• Comida y bebida5,0

Mixed-to-poor: breakfast is often criticized for limited/packaged selection and lack of variety; restaurant portions are generous but some report bland flavor.

• Experiencia general7,7

Overall mixed but leaning positive: friendly staff, good location and a nice pool create a pleasant stay for many; however, dated rooms, mattress comfort, and inconsistent cleanliness/food lower the experience for others.
