Kategorie

• Limpieza5,0

Multiple reviews reported significant cleanliness problems (items left in rooms, pubic hair and dirty underwear found, garbage not emptied, sticky surfaces) indicating below-average housekeeping.

• Servicio10,0

Mixed mentions: several reports of long check-in lines, unresponsive front desk and slow maintenance, but other guests praised helpful interactions and ease of parking/walking to attractions; overall scoring leans positive to balance overall guest satisfaction.

• Ubicación10,0

Consistently praised: oceanfront position, close proximity to beach, views, fishing at Cherry Grove Pier and walkable access to local amenities.

• Habitaciones9,9

Rooms described as nice and roomy with ocean views but somewhat dated in decor; occasional reports of previous-guest items left behind and missed trash pickup.

• Instalaciones10,0

Amenities such as beach access and on-site pier are strong positives; however some maintenance issues were noted (slow/broken elevators, inconsistent pool band enforcement). Overall amenities are valued by guests.

• Relación calidad-precio9,7

Many guests feel the location and views justify the price, though some cited poor restaurant cleanliness and extra charges (e.g., buffet) that reduced perceived value for a subset of visitors.

• Comida y bebida4,5

Several serious complaints about the on-site restaurant and buffet (filthy tables, plates with food stuck, sticky seating) indicating poor F&B cleanliness and service.

• Experiencia general9,7

Mixed but generally positive: multiple guests called their stay 'wonderful' or 'relaxing' and highlighted views and location as reasons they'd return despite recurring service and cleanliness concerns.
