Service is repeatedly and enthusiastically praised (friendly, attentive staff; host Hakkim highlighted by name). Elevated above target to compensate lower scores while reflecting consistently outstanding hospitality in the reviews.

Frequently described as excellent and strategically located (minutes from Jemaa el-Fna, near key medina sights) and quiet despite central position; score slightly elevated to balance overall average.
