+ The interior had such a warm, cozy atmosphere that it instantly made us relax. Nothing more to add, nothing to take away.

+ la ubicación es 10. El acceso a la playa y piscina así como el parking grande es ideal.

− El mantenimiento del apartamento, necesita un poco de mantenimientoen baño y cocina...pero nada crítico.

+ La plage et sa proximité.L'emplacement est exceptionnel.

− Le prix un peu trop élevé pour un appartemét avec une seule chambre.

+ Piso precioso, con todo lo necesario, piscina tranquila y acceso directo a la playa. La terraza es una gozada para comer, cenar.. y todo estuvo genial, zona muy tranquila

le calme ,la piscine et la plage et surtout l'appartement très bien équipé et propre

+ l'emplacement et au top ,résidence privé avec pelouse et piscine , portail automatique et garage privé , au calme a 50 mètre d'une superbe plage le petit plus le lave pied quand on revient de la plage quand on rentre dans la résidence juste après le portail trop cool .

Wir haben die Ruhe gesucht und in einer wirklich sehr schönen Umgebung mit vielen Ausflugs-Möglichkeiten gefunden. Wir k

+ Direkt am Strand in der schönsten Bucht von Roses mit Blick auf das Meer. Nebenan gleich ein Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche. Unterkunft direkt am Wanderweg Cami de Ronda. Parkplatz für Auto in der Tiefgarage. Abgeschlossenes Gelände. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher.

Appartement et résidence au top

+ La résidence et super ,, Mireille aussi ,le lieu au calme et sécurisé L'appartement et très bien équipé il ne manque rien, le canapé lit du haut de gamme un confort exceptionnel, le lit aussi , et le ➕️ la TV en français le top du top pour nous c'est un 10/10 on reviendra très bientôt, merci pour c'est vacances.

+ L’emplacement , le garage pour la voiture, la terrasse et l’accès à la plage très facile , la belle vue

− La chambre très humide on ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre si non les chats nombreux rentrent dans l’appartement, les oreillers sont sales, pleins de taches , juste une housse de couette trop petite pour le lit

− Problème depuis notre arrivée avec le disjoncteur qui saute. Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas très bien .

+ L' emplacement de l' appartement est idéal pour des vacances reposantes. La résidence est très calme (visité fin septembre). La plage (très belle calanque Almadrava) est à 2 minutes à pied La vue mer du petit déjeuner augure une belle journée. L' appartement est très propre et très bien équipé. Séjour très agréable . Mimi très disponible.

+ Świetna lokalizacja zaraz przy plaży, doskonały kontakt i wsparcie od gospodarza. Zadbane, czyste i przestronne miejsce, dużo udogodnień. Świetny taras.

Un endroit superbe pour se reposer et profiter de la plage

+ L’emplacement au calme à quelques pas de la mer avec une superbe vue sur celle ci, résidence sécurisée avec parking, pour l’appartement les équipements nécessaires étaient disponibles, la literie confortable. Aussi et il fait le souligner une excellente communication avant, pendant et après notre séjour je recommande

+ Appartement magnifique a deux pas de la mer, très bien équipé, résidence calme avec piscine et place de parking. Mimi est une excellente hôte, toujours disponible. Tout ça dans un cadre exceptionnel et très agréable.

+ Die Lage ist toll - direkt an einer schönen Bucht gelegen und durch ein Tor direkt zum Strand zugänglich. Die Anlage ist sauber und ruhig, der Stellplatz fürs Auto unglaublich praktisch, vor allem, da die öffentlichen Parkplätze vor der Anlage immer überfüllt sind. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, sauber und hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer.

− Das Bett und Schlafsofa könnten komfortabler sein.

+ O alojamento es perfecto,tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa.La ubicación es perfecta a pie de playa. Lo recomiendo !👍🏻

− Strange WApp communication by translator or in french. Bad description how to get in. Bad description overtaking the key. It took me one hour to find the apartment. Not descripted by its number. Bad smell in the apartment: not rented for month. Sleeping Room window wasn't lockable. No towels - to be lent for extra money ... the hosts: never seen.

Wonderful Location for the lovely Beach outlook.

+ I start with the plus ➕points The Apartment location is 1st class, for a lovely Beach 🏖Stay. The apartment is spacious and over-all well equipped and clean!! The bed was comfortable ish (softish), but not comfortable enough for my partner. The view from the apartment was Good, looking out to sea and beach, that did it for me, sitting on the terrace looking out to a lovely view to the sea with a cold beer from the fridge (chillout yeah). My partner found the washing machine very helpful as we were on a 17days drive away trip before we returned home 2 days later. BUT!!!!

− The Bathroom was a let down!! The cabinet under the sink; Has seen better days; Dingy and needs renewing. The grout between the titles and bath was a filthy grim. Dirt behind the toilet. Also, The Bathroom towels were not included in the price of the apartment (€5 per set extra) which is the 1st time we have been asked to pay extra for towels???? (we had one set towels of our own so we only needed one set) In the Kitchen I opened the oven!!! And said to my partner we are NOT using that!!! In the Bedroom; Overall the bedroom was ok (the bed was ok and the wardrobe was fine) BUT; The louvre shutters were held with gaffer sticky tape on them as they had been broken and the window would not lock, also the wall socket at the bottom of the bed (on the left-hand side of the wall!) When I unplugged my phone charger, it pulled all away from the wall (A danger of someone getting electrocuted) The Wi-Fi Rubbish; could not link into it. Such a shame The Almadrava Beach apartment could be an amazing to stay!!

+ LOCATION ON appartment overlooking sea was fine great food at the port resturant and service as great parking easy next door

− appartment bit to far away from resurants not really walking distance and park your car near to them not a chance the saturday night ent for meal at mama cas resturant near the camping site food as okay service bit hit and miss and asked if he would sell me a carton of milk as arrived to late for shops when i got home about to put in fridge an it was a month out of date was not happy
